A ticket to a bar gave you a coffee and a croissant, nothing more. The rest you have to pay. It could have been better. But it was something anyway.

We had a great time. The manager is a very nice person and always attentive to us. The location is excellent for the city center and the sea. The room is cleaned every day and very cozy. The breakfast at the bar is great.

A really good structure. Impeccable cleanliness (and that's an understatement in terms of care level), a very convenient location, and Mario is very friendly and helpful. The wifi was not working at the time. The breakfast at the bar may not be to everyone's liking, but the coffee and croissant are very good. Highly recommended!

Mr. Mario is a lovely and helpful person and his property is new, centrally located and at the same time close to the sea, with almost manic daily cleaning. Absolutely positive value for money. Only downside, a shaky internet connection that doesn't allow for effective work.

My wife and I chose the property for our summer vacation. Good location (central, but quite secluded from the hustle and bustle of the evening walk), excellent cleanliness and attached services, very kind and helpful Mr. Mario, the owner. Restaurants within easy reach. Beautiful beaches, beautiful sea, a good starting point to visit splendid places and take excellent photos. We visited Matera, the archaeological sites of Metaponto, Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni, Alberobello, the Grotte di Castellana, Polignano a Mare. Excellent holiday.

Together with my wife, we stayed for several nights at B&B Le Coccinelle run by Mario. The structure and cleanliness are meticulously cared for in every detail. It's a beautiful area that we didn't know before, where we could enjoy the splendid sea and the cuisine of local restaurants suggested by Mario. During our stay, we also visited the nearby Matera and the archaeological parks of Metaponto.\n\nMario, thank you for your kindness and availability.\n\nWe will gladly return if possible.
