Is with pleasure that we welcome you to the Happy Island B & B.

In the heart of the university area, button by day and quiet at night, you can enjoy our home and all its amenities. We have three rooms of different sizes and types, each with en suite bathroom, and a relaxing space in sharing room with kitchenette. Ideal for business travelers as well as tourists thanks to its proximity to the metro stations and trains. You will not have any time restrictions and you will be completely autonomous in their choices and in the time of your stay.

Our stay at Happy Island BnB has been great. Cristiano has been a welcoming and helpful host. The room is very clean and well maintained and is located in a well catered area close to various shops, eateries and bars. The Bologna metro is close and the Tiburtina train station is also within walking distance - approx 800 metres. Being only 3km from central Rome we were also able to walk there. A comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you Cristiano. We hope to be able to return soon.

Christiano was a very welcoming and kind host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's located in a nice area with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. It's within walking distance of metro station Bologna, so you're very quickly in the city center. It was very hot during our stay mid June (>35C), but the apartment was easy to keep cool.

Awesome and spacious room, great and abundant breakfast and really close to Bologna station which takes you to Roma Termini in less than 20 minutes. The host is very attentive and helpful, totally recommend it!

Very accommodating host. The main sights of Rome are comfortably reachable from here by metro. Very clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay at Happy Island. The location is ideal, very close to the metro and in a central area. The place was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for resting after exploring Rome. Cristiano was an exceptional host, always attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good at Happy Island, Cristiano (the host) was kind at all times and we had our privacy, it was like coming home. The Bologna metro station was very close and many buses passed through the area, which allowed us to get around from one side to the other both to leave the area and to return, we highly recommend this space.

The accommodation is very good, it is close to a subway station which allows for easy mobility. Cristiano took great care of us, he is super friendly and is attentive to everything we need. Highly recommended.

The host is very polite, kind and helpful. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent location with services just a short walk away, such as the metro and the train station. Very quiet area. Spacious room with bathroom. I recommend it.

Convenient location, halfway between the two train stations, from where you can easily reach any point in the city by subway (less than 5 minutes on foot) or bus (which stops right in front). Nice room, equipped with all comforts, and the owner is polite and helpful. The only downsides are the busy and noisy neighborhood and the dimly lit room. But for those looking for just a "base" to sleep and have breakfast before heading out to explore the city, it's perfect for me. The price is also very good.

Betty and I found ourselves very well at the structure of Mr. Cristiano, so we highly recommend it to everyone who wants to take a trip to Rome, a beautiful city, the eternal city! The B and B is very close to the metro (five minutes on foot), in three stops you reach Termini Station and you can also reach many other places to see in the city. Cristiano, the manager, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Abundant and varied breakfast. Proximity to Metro Bologna is definitely a big plus for getting around easily and planning daily visits. Quiet and well-insulated room even though facing the street.

The B & B is 100 meters from Bologna Metro B Station from which you can reach the Termini Station and center in a few minutes, and at 500 meters from Tiburtina Station, from which 45 'is reached by train to Fiumicino Airport. Always at 100m bus stops number 61 and 62 for the center. At 500m the university town of La Sapienza. At Piazza Bologna and surroundings you will find a post office, shops, cafes and famous pastry shops.
