Description
Only 8 km far from Lecce, centre of the Salento, and few km far from the uncontaminated seashores of both coasts, Villa delle Palme, typical rural Apulian structure with arched ceilings, is immersed in an olive grove that extends for about 40000sm and it is surrounded by a lot of fruit and garden trees. Our guests are accomodated in a welcoming attic room and in two large ground floor bedrooms, both ensuite. Breakfast is served under a shady portico.

B& B Villa delle Palme is the ideal place to stay in contact with nature and to visit our Salento.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Excellent facility, fantastic welcome, pure relaxation, ideal for visiting all of Salento, priceless when returning from excursions the dive into the spectacular natural pool surrounded by local flora.

Un posto incantevole immerso nella campagna. Un luogo unico da vivere in completo relax godendo della meravigliosa piscina scavata nella roccia e dei profumi della natura che inebriano i sensi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni o raggiungere il mare. Ben servito: supermercato, panificio, ristoranti/pizzerie raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti. Colazione casalinga squisita degna della migliore coccola mattutina. Il punto forza di tutto, però, è la cordialità con cui Giuseppe e la sua famiglia sono pronti ad accoglierti e a dedicarti gesti semplici per farti sentire a casa. Siamo stati benissimo e saremo contenti di rivivere questa esperienza. Grazie di cuore Camilla, Vito, Emma e Lidia.

Ciao Nicole e Giuseppe. Siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie ai vostri consigli abbiamo scoperto posti incantevoli. Cosa dire: struttura bellissima soprattutto la piscina davvero particolare scavata nella roccia, tipica piscina naturale salentina. Posizione ottima per raggiungere sia costa adriatica che ionica e vicinissima a Lecce. Massima disponibilità e pulizia dei gestori. Colazione abbondante, torte squisite e pane di produzione propria. Davvero una bellissima location con tanto spazio all'aperto. Da consigliare assolutamente. Ciao Maria.

Struttura meritevole dell'equivalente punteggio recensito (10). Incantevole spazio aperto immerso nella natura tipica salentina curata con magistrale sapienza. Location adatta sia a coppie con figli e bestiole al seguito, che a single o coppie che hanno voglia di scoprire le meraviglie salentine senza essere ossessionati dal caos delle zone più frequentate. Villa delle Palme dista solo 7 minuti da Lecce e 15 circa dalle spiagge adriatiche. La squisita accoglienza dei gestori è senza dubbio il punto di forza che contribuisce a far sentire l'ospite in famiglia. Senza contare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuro di non sbagliare, mi sento di consigliare Villa delle Palme a chiunque abbia voglia di soggiornare in Salento, io sono residente a Treviso e ci tornerò sicuramente!
