A wonderful cozy place to stay! Very quiet neighbourhood but only a five minute walk to a great bar with a good craft beer selection, to a park where you can see deer, and to a VERY good pizza restaurant. We loved the homemade jam and cake served at breakfast, there are also savoury choices available. Excellent coffee :-) Ample parking, there was a covered shed for our bicycles. Simone speaks very good English, much better than our limited Italian.

Very enjoyable stay, Simone was an excellent host, welcoming and helpful. The BeB has a very nice setting, the village is known for deer, the mountains are wild. A gorgeous location. Highly recommend for quiet sanctuary.

Simone was a helpful and accommodating host! Check-in was a breeze and he gave us some recommendations of sights and hikes in the area. We spent two nights at the B&B looking to explore the park and get out of the city and this town was the perfect vibe. There are a few spots for lunch and dinner in the area, but we particularly enjoyed the breakfast that Simone provided and he did a great job accommodating one gluten-free member of our group. The room itself had great views and was very clean! We highly recommend Simone and his B&B for anyone looking to visit the park and experience a quaint Italian village.

A beautiful place near a picturesque village, by a river, by a lake, and hiking trails. The B&B has a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It is spacious, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was exquisite. Simone is a great host, helpful, and his homemade yogurt is divine. I highly recommend a stay here.

The structure resembles a mountain chalet, with a nice fireplace on the ground floor and the room was spacious and clean. The manager, Simone, helpful and kind, immediately shows the love he has for his land, nature, and the wildlife that inhabits that area. Special attention, to be greatly appreciated, to being plastic-free and avoiding waste at breakfast.

Welcoming and family-oriented, just as one would expect from the name. The rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable, and very well-kept, just like Simone's welcoming nature, which is never intrusive. Many small details show how much he cares about the structure and the well-being of his guests. The pastries at breakfast, made by him, are very good. Also, he is a great connoisseur of his territory and provided valuable advice to fully enjoy the park. The lounge in front of the fireplace in the common area is fantastic.

Beautiful B&B, surrounded by a beautiful garden, with four spacious rooms, balcony, private services with quality cleaning products. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent. Simone takes care of the guests, adding valuable advice for excursions. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Excellent facility, comparable to a hotel rather than a B&B. Large and clean room, spacious and windowed bathroom. Delicious breakfast, even though the buffet was missing due to Covid restrictions. We stayed with our little dog, who was welcomed very well and could enjoy the splendid garden. The internal parking was much appreciated, considering the difficulty of Villetta Barrea. The manager is friendly, discreet, and attentive to any need (I asked for an extra blanket and in a few minutes I found 4 in the room). We will definitely come back.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend. The structure is very welcoming, clean, and quiet, and being located in a central area, it is possible to reach most of the park's points of interest in a few minutes by car. Simone was very kind and helpful and didn't let us miss anything. We hope to be able to come back in the summer.

The B&B Da Nonna Lì is located a short walk from the center of Villetta Barrea and not far from the lake, on a secondary road that guarantees tranquility and silence. The structure is taken care of in every detail, from the garden to the lounge where breakfast is served; it has a convenient internal parking. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows on which we had wonderful sleeps. Good breakfast, absolutely try the homemade yogurt, jams, and ricotta. Simone, the owner, was friendly and helpful. He provided magnificent mountain bikes with which we managed to take a nice ride to the nearby Camosciara and around Lake Barrea; a service that we really appreciated.

Clean environment, all new, excellent finishes, maximum availability for every request, rich breakfast with homemade jams and donuts, digestive drinks. We had a great time, we recommend it also for families with children like in our case. The village is hospitable and convenient for visiting the surroundings, excellent restaurants. We will come back also because Simone called us as we had forgotten the hairdryer, maximum seriousness.

We were the first guests, just before Christmas, to enjoy Simone's hospitality! Every corner of this beautiful structure has been taken care of by him. Each room evokes the names of the places surrounding Villetta Barrea. The wood, the fabrics, the lighting. Every detail has been created to welcome guests in the best possible way. It may also be for this reason that he wanted to dedicate this B&B to his grandmother, to convey the affection he received from her. One of the rooms even has a fireplace! Just as a fireplace welcomes you in the entrance living room, where breakfast is also served in the morning, of course with exclusively homemade products! For those who really cannot forget their urban commitments and technology, each room has been equipped with wifi, a real rarity in such contexts! What can I say, the rest is up to you. You will thank my advice. Ah, one last thing, please remember to close the courtyard gate at night, otherwise you will find deer near your car that destroy the flower beds that Simone has taken so much care of!
