The host is very responsive to booking requests: within an hour everything was confirmed. I appreciated the bars and restaurants nearby as well as Ancona airport, a 15-minute walk away.

Warm welcome and treated like family members. Owners' availability promptly if needed. Friendly and discreet neighborhood.\n\nVery busy main road nearby, causing noise disturbances especially at night.\n\nThe room does not have wifi.\n\nToo bad the terrace is not equipped with a table, chairs, and parasol. A barbecue would be a significant plus to have small outdoor grills in the evening, enjoying a bit of cooler air.\n\nCorrect breakfast with a variety of infusion products, a pity for the industrial pastries and the lack of butter.\n\nGood place to relax, with the sea not far away.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at La Dimora. Enrico treated us with great kindness. The structure was bright, clean, and comfortable, and its location near Ancona airport was ideal. It is a great place to stay.

Better than the pictures. Everything perfectly clean. Quiet residential area. Convenient because it's on the ground floor, easy to unload luggage, excellent welcome from the manager. Mosquito nets and window grilles allow you to leave the windows open and sleep well. Everything very functional. The breakfast is with packaged products, we used few because we had our own. However, coffee machine and plenty of pods. Since it is an independent solution, it would be suitable for an even longer stay, we stayed for three nights and we were fine.
