Description
ROSSO DI SERA Country House is situated in Alghero’s countryside on a wonderful 2 hectare olive grove, in a zone called “Valverde”, just 5 min. driving from the historic centre and beaches of Alghero.

The accommodations consist of 2 colorful modern rooms equipped with a color LCD TV, a mini-bar and air conditioner. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom including a toilet, a shower, towels and a hairdryer.

One can find a very welcoming lounge for the breakfast, that consists of fresh high quality products and a comfortable porch with a view on the swimming pool.

Also available for the guest: car parking, magazine and books, free newspapers, internet key and bicycles.

The landscape that surrounds the house offers our guests the possibility to take a nice walk or a bicycle ride through the peaceful countryside.

Here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sunset filled with its magnificent colors and beauty, with the stunning promontory of Capo Caccia in the background.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 11 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 10 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €6.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 25.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00

A big thank you for this stay. Magnificent and peaceful villa in an olive field. 15 minutes by car from Alghero. Bike rental is top-notch.

Claudia nous a très bien accueillis dans sa superbe maison: très joli jardin très bien entretenu, très belle piscine et maison moderne de grande qualité. La très grande propreté et la décoration du logement, la mise à disposition de tout ce qui est utile pour passer de bonnes vacances (parasol, sac isotherme, etc) ont contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse face à la piscine étaient bons, copieux et proposaient des spécialités Sardes. Claudia nous a également indiqués des plages très peu fréquentées très agréables ainsi qu’une liste de bons restaurants. C’était un excellent séjour!

Ein wundervolles, sehr persönliches B&B. Toller Garten und inmitten von Oliven-Feldern sehr ruhig. Man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto in 10 min. in der Altstadt von Alghero oder am Strand. Perfekt - auch dass wir dort Fahrräder ausleihen konnten, um in die Stadt zu fahren. Claudia ist sehr hilfreich mit Tipps und sehr bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Auch ein Nachmittag am Pool ist sehr erholsam. Nicht zu vergessen der sehr gäste-freundliche Hunde Fioco, den wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen haben.

It was a wonderful holiday, the place is located on a little hill in Alghero, 3 4 Km from the center. Very beautiful with a pool, clean place very nice for a relaxing and fantastic stay. The owners are exceptional people. If I have to give a rating 10 and praise on everything!

Friendly hosts. Well-kept structure down to the smallest details. Stunning location that allows access to the city center in 10 minutes but by means of transportation (car, scooter, etc.). Very well-equipped kitchen to enjoy meals under the beautiful portico. Recommended for anyone wanting to spend a peaceful period surrounded by nature and a few minutes from the sea.

Excellent solution for those looking for tranquility and independence, we stayed in a spacious, modern, clean and functional apartment in the annex, equipped with a wonderful veranda equipped with tables, chairs, and sofas. Guests have access to umbrellas, beach mats, a cooler bag, and ice packs. The garden is extremely well-kept with an adjacent olive grove and swimming pool, perfect for ending the day in total relaxation. Really compliments to the owner Claudia, kind and helpful.

My partner and I stayed at this property for three nights, and the review is excellent! Ideal for those who love tranquility, and at the same time being a stone's throw from Alghero to enjoy all the beauty of the area. Thanks to Claudia and her husband, we had a wonderful vacation. Right from the start, they welcomed us very warmly so that we had all the necessary information. Their attention made us forget about the cold of Sardinia and the rest of Europe during our stay. Their accommodation is beautiful, very well furnished, the place is simply magical. The shops are close, but not too close. I highly recommend this accommodation! 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

Bella struttura, pulita ed accogliente, situata a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Alghero ma immersa nel verde della campagna. Claudia, la padrona, di una gentilezza ed una simpatia squisita. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, se tornassimo ad Alghero sicuramente pernotteremo nuovamente da lei.
