Like a little jewel nestled in the greenery, the beautiful Villa Vestricciano stands on a hill, from which you can enjoy a truly pleasant and relaxing view and even admire nearby Perugia. We chose it to spend a weekend that proved to be very positive. We received a truly excellent welcome that made us feel immediately at home. The premises were clean and well cared for, as were the very spacious rooms we stayed in, comfortable, with very comfortable beds; they provided us with the necessary rest and relaxation after visiting Assisi and Perugia. The owners, very kind and affectionate, pampered us as if we were old friends. They served us a good Italian breakfast, suited to our needs, with an excellent quince jam prepared by the lady of the house. We highly recommend this B&B, even just to enjoy a few days of relaxation away from noise and cheered by the birdsong. We warmly thank the owners, attentive to the guests' needs, whom we will not forget. We really hope to return soon. Angelo, Clelia and Chiara.

We needed a comfortable place close to the hospital in Perugia and Villa Vestricciano proved to be the perfect solution. Affordable and with the owners' maximum availability, who accommodated every one of our needs. The room was spacious, clean and simple, and breakfast was simple and typically Italian. Nice place, quiet and with a lovely view in the middle of nature. Recommended.

The main reason for choosing this property was the lower price compared to others but it is far from the city center. It is a 15-minute drive from the nearest Minimetrò stop to reach the center of Perugia. The owners are friendly and kind. Breakfast is served in a common room with other guests and consists of all packaged products. There is parking available inside the property courtyard.

La ringraziamo per la racensione. Dobbiamo specificare che la nostra struttura è in cima ad una ridente collina e la distanza dal centro è di dieci minuti di auto. A volte noi indichiamo il minimetrò perché è anche esso una attrazione della città. Per legge dobbiamo dare agli ospiti alimenti pre confezionato. Spesso dimentichiamo di dirlo agli ospiti stessi.

The villa is located less than 10 minutes (by motorcycle) from the historic center, which is reached by crossing a residential area. It has an open view of the magnificent countryside and surrounding mountains. The hosts are very attentive and kind. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and well equipped, in a traditional style. For the price of the room, I honestly expected less. The room is spacious, the terrace has a beautiful view, is furnished in a simple but functional way and embellished with two bedside tables and an old chest of drawers chosen with care. The bathroom is private, the entrance is independent, the owners are kind and helpful. I would only improve the shower flow.

Excellent location with spectacular view, peace and quiet, and excellent cleanliness of the property. The owners were friendly and very hospitable, and it was a real pleasure to stay with them and exchange a few words and life memories. The price is affordable but there were no lacks in comfort and cleanliness. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. The critical points are: lack of hot water for the shower (reported to the owner but not resolved), unsuitable mattress in one of the double rooms (reported to the owner but not resolved), also, during the 3 days of stay, the cleaning of the 2 rooms was never done.

La sua stroncatura è indicativa di un malanimo incomprensibile dato i complimenti che abbiamo ricevuto da tutto il gruppo per la posizione e per la struttura, due camere matrimoniali di 40 mq con bagno con ingresso indipendente televisione wi fi e riscaldamento acceso e parcheggio prospiciente. L'acqua calda ha scarseggiato per un guasto avvenuto di domenica mattina e risolto il lunedì mattina, di quattro ospiti del suo gruppo uno si è lamentato del letto costituito da rete a doghe e due materassi uno di crine ed uno sopra di lana, mentre il coniuge non ha avuto problemi. Pulizia giudicata 3 perché non è stata rifatta la camera che per regolamento regionale è d'obbligo ogni 3 giorni e la vostra permanenza è cessata dopo la terza notte. La colazione giudicata 4 incompresibilmente nonostante il caffè servito bollente appena fatto con caffettiera moka, latte caldo tisane e fette biscottate incartate con biporzione con marmellate plurime e Nutella monodose oltre a buondì Motta ed altre merendine fornite in confezione monodose incartare. La ringraziamo comunque per la segnalazione e saremmo stati disposti al rimborso su sua richiesta.

Suggestive location, panoramic view, and a sense of tranquility unfortunately disturbed at night by a nearby farmhouse probably used as a discotheque, which forced us to close the window and endure a bit of heat since the room lacked air conditioning and a fan. Some easily solvable details, such as the small fridge, which was indeed quite noisy but forewarned by the manager, and the bed frame somewhat outdated. Abundant breakfast, kindness and availability of the managers highly appreciated. Excellent location for visiting Perugia, Assisi, and much more. For lovers of morning walks, several pleasant up and down routes to take.

For work reasons, I often come to Perugia, and from the first time I came to this property I fell in love with it, I have no intention of changing because it's like being with family, close to the city but far from its noises. Giancarla and Maurizio are fantastic, very kind and always ready to meet the guests' needs, in fact there are never any problems with arrival and departure days and times, even with very short notice. I love chatting with them and listening to their stories from the past. Staying in the garden during the summer heat, rejuvenating after a long working day listening to the sounds of animals "the noise of nature", was fantastic. The view over the valley and the surrounding mountains is definitely an added value, in the morning while having breakfast I never want to take my eyes off this stunning panorama, the latte coffee has a completely different taste. The quality/price ratio is definitely exceptional, unbeatable in the city.

Sicuramente la struttura a cui si riferisce il commento non è B&B Villavestricciano, infatti la sua permanenza è stata di una sola notte e non di cinque notti come riportato nel calendario. Inoltre non ha manifestato nessuna contestazione nel suo soggiorno brevissimo, è arrivata la sera alle ore 19 ed è partita il giorno successivo alle ore 7. La struttura è una villa signorile, come si vede anche dalle foto, in posizione dominante da cui si ammira il panorama a 360° di Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Bettona e sullo sfondo i monti Sibillini, intorno il verde del prato e degli alberi ad alto fusto su cui nidificano passeri e usignoli, posta comunque a pochi km dal centro e dall'ospedale e dal centro commerciale Emisfero il più grande di Perugia. La camera matrimoniale, pagata come singola, di 32 mq con bagno, fornita di bollitore con te e tisane a disposizione gratuita, di televisione e wifi e parcheggio interno al giardino compreso nel prezzo di 25€. La biancheria fresca di bucato comprendente asciugamani salviette ed accappatoio. La colazione la mattina servita in una sala di 40 mq con mobili dell'ottocento intarsiati, il caffè ed l latte serviti appena fatti, alle 6,45 di mattina come richiesto da lei, con merendine di svariati tipi fette biscottate marmellata miele e burro tutti in confezioni di marca sigillate singole come prescritto dal regolamento regionale. I pavimenti ed i bagni puliti e lucidati tutti i giorni prima dell'arrivo di ogni ospite. L'accoglienza è stata fatta all'arrivo con molta gentilezza e fair play così come il giorno dopo abbiamo accolto la rinuncia alla prosecuzione della sua permanenza, come lei aveva prenotato, senza nessuna recriminazione e rimborso economico. Quindi sicuramente ha confuso con un'altra struttura visitata successivamente dato che sono intercorsi quindici giorni dalla sua uscita.

Villa Vestricciano is a lovely place, located on the hills but a stone's throw from the center. Family atmosphere, warm welcome and very useful tips on how to move by car. I am pleasantly surprised by attentions like the kettle in the room. The breakfast, prepared by the lady and served in the beautiful living room, smells like home and the wonderful view over the valley is an unexpected added value to the holiday. I will come back.

We recently stayed at this B&B and had a great time. The structure is Villa Vestricciano, in perfect condition, with ample internal parking, immersed in greenery, with a breathtaking view of Perugia and the surrounding landscape. Despite the bad weather, we were warm and completely comfortable, thanks to the friendliness of the managers Maurizio and Carla. Calling it a B&B is very reductive. If we return to Perugia, we will come back here.

We stayed at the property for just one night during Eurochocolate but the managers were very kind. They escorted us to our room, which turned out to be a cozy, spacious, and well-furnished mini apartment. They recommended a lot of things about the event, and even the next morning for breakfast, they were very friendly, accommodating us in every way. The property is also in a great location from the center of Perugia, it's really ten minutes away, and then it must be said that the view from that little hill is truly spectacular. Satisfied in every way. If I were to return to Perugia, I would contact them immediately.
