Description
Elegant apartment of 81 square meters with a small terrace in the Isola neighborhood, close to Garibaldi.

It can accommodate up to 6 people, is located on the 6th floor of a building of the early 900.

The apartment consists of a large open space with kitchen, sofa and TV, two bedrooms each one with a double bed and a single sofa bed and finally the toilet.

Free wifi.

If necessary you provide camping cot for small children.

All rooms have wooden floors and air conditioning.

The bathroom is in the resin of artistic workmanship.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, iron, microwave, stove, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and kettle.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Abbiamo prenotato senza problemi pochi giorni prima. Informazioni chiarissime e dettagliate. Siamo arrivati alle 22 e il custode ci ha aspettati. Vicinissimo all’ospedale, Stefano è venuto addirittura li X le pratiche burocratiche. Casa pulita, nuova, con una bellissima vista. Parcheggio vicino e sicuro. Grazie di tutto!

Tre miei familiari hanno soggiornato lì quattro giorni in occasione della laurea di mio figlio e si sono trovati benissimo. Ampio appartamento superiore alle aspettative, elegantemente arredato, con mobili funzionali e letti comodi. Il terrazzino di cui è dotato, offre una vista suggestiva sui tetti di Milano che in quei giorni apparivano magicamente innevati! La presenza poi di un box auto in un limitrofo parcheggio, messo a disposizione dai proprietari, è un grande valore aggiunto. Vicino all'appartamento c'è di tutto, negozi, farmacia, supermercati etc molto vicino anche la metro, tram e bus. I proprietari sono delle persone fantastiche e disponibili. Sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze legate ad imprevisti sopraggiunti. Consigliatissimo!

Sono stata lì una settimana e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo con le persone del condominio e con il portinaio, una persona educata, disponibile e gentile. Vicino all'appartamento c'è di tutto, negozi, farmacia, supermercati etc molto vicino anche la metro e l'ospedale San Pio X dove ho fatto un'intervento. I proprietari sono delle persone fantastiche e disponobili. L'appartamento offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno non manca nulla. Sul terrazzino possiamo ammirare una bella vista! Grazie di tutto Elena e Stefano. Se ne avrò bisogno in futuro senz'altro risceglierò il nostro appartamento. Ve lo consiglio.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, con tutti i confort, accogliente, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno. Le camere sono spaziose e arredate bene, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e a circa 200 metri dall'Alcatraz dove ho visto un concerto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la serietà, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura accogliente ed anche ben arredata, gestori disponibili ed altrettanto accoglienti, appartamento molto vicino sia alla discoteca Alcatraz sia alla fermata della metro dalla quale si può raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Da prendere se si vuole trascorrere un bel soggiorno sia per pochi giorni sia per più tempo!

Appartamento superiore alle aspettative. Raramente ci è capitato di trovare una tale quantità', qualità e varietà di cibarie per la prima colazione. La "cambusa" poi comprendeva anche il necessario per una cena.. Cucina dotata di ampia gamma di stoviglie e accessori. Appartamento elegantemente arredato, con mobili funzionali e letti comodi. Situato in posizione semi centrale, con affaccio delle camere da letto su di un viale abbastanza trafficato. Bagno modernissimo, dotato di una vasca elegante ma non eccessivamente agevole per la doccia o per persone con ridotta mobilità o protesi (come mia moglie). Grande valore aggiunto è la presenza di un box auto in un limitrofo parcheggio, messo a disposizione dai proprietari. Eccellenti le comunicazioni con i cortesissimi proprietari sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Non esiterei a prenotare di nuovo questa struttura in caso di ritorno a Milano.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì una sola notte, ma l'accoglienza è stata eccellente. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la serietà e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Colazione ottima, come anche la pulizia. Il box auto è veramente strategico e utilissimo. Scelta consigliatissima!
