Hello, magnificent air-conditioned apartment located in the city center and the market that takes place every day and on Friday there is a large market like a braderie. If you come by car the apartment is in a pedestrian area so not accessible by car, but there is a minute drop-off a stone's throw from the apartment and it is very convenient for unloading luggage. We rented the proposed garage which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (you have to cross the pedestrian area) it is cheaper than the price of parking on the street and avoids looking for a place. Except for our mistake for a Bed and Breakfast, breakfast was not included in the price.

Great apartment. The cooking equipment is good, the size of the apartment is perfect and, above all, the location is very central! Close to a small café with great aperitifs. Only negative point: you need earplugs because it's on a main and lively street. Recommended for visiting the 5 Lands.

I stayed for two nights in the studio 'La Giara del Centro' with my girlfriend. The apartment is spacious, the bathroom is large. Very clean and nice. There is air conditioning that provides hot/cold air. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment's location is on the main street of La Spezia, with bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets just a short walk away, the central station is a 5-minute walk. The homeowner is a very kind person who gave us many useful tips about La Spezia and the Cinque Terre in general. For the price requested, the location, and the apartment itself, it's a real bargain! Recommended to everyone.

The apartments are situated in Via Del Prione no. 203, at a few minutes walking distance from the train station, from where you can reach Cinque Terre in 10 minutes ride. The cost of the train ticket is included in the price of the card you need to visit the Cinque Terre National Park.
In a few minutes on foot from the apartments, you may easily reach Porto Mirabello, the parking place of tourist coaches and the dock to go to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Portofino.
The apartments are situated in the heart of the historical centre of La Spezia, in a prestigious building that faces the very central Via Del Prione, the famous down-town shopping area. They are also close by Pizza del Mercato, where every day a very traditional open-air market takes place. There you may find fresh vegetable and fruit, fish, meat and a few stands selling clothes.
In a few minutes on foot you may visit important museums such as: Museo Amedeo Lia, the Naval Museum and the Modern Art and Conemporary Museum (Camec).
Below our apartments there is a bar, where on request, breakfast may be served also in the room.
