A cozy and charming B&B in the heart of the most lively and characteristic area in the heart of Rome!
Elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. All rooms are en suite. Its position is strategic for visiting the city, in fact, with a pleasant short walk you can reach the beautiful Piazza Navona, San Pietro, Castel S. Angelo, S. Maria in Trastevere, etc. etc.

Of course there are no time limits, the guest has his own key to return at any time.

All rooms are equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, coffee maker
The price includes:
”Italian” breakfast which consists of coffee pods, milk, different teas, chamomile, fresh orange juice, fruit juices, cereals, croissants, biscuits, toast, jam, butter, nutella, yogurt, seasonal fruit.

Daily cleaning of rooms

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 6 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 5 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces

Other notes

Please remember to tell us, as soon as possible, the arrival time in Rome. Our B&B do not have a reception h24 so we need to arrange check in before arrival.
Please note for late arrivals ( later than 20.00 hr) there is a supplement of 20 Euro and that balance has to be paid in cash at arrival.

Area Trastevere

Trastevere is the most popular district and one of the most characteristic of the city. The people of Trastevere consider themselves the most “authentic” among Romans. The urban and social texture has remained the same throughout the years; entering Trastevere from the Tiberina Island you will notice narrow labyrinth-like streets, ancient buildings, “pittoresque” corners, medieval towers and houses, renaissance cloisters and some of the most beautiful medieval churches of Rome.

Trastevere is a very lively and dynamic Rione of Rome; many artisan shops and art galleries are open until late at night. Romans themselves go to the numerous clubs and restaurants of Trastevere which are suitable for all tastes and pockets. Every Sunday morning, near Viale Trastevere, the famous “Porta – Portese” flee-market takes. If you happen to visit this market remember that bargaining on the price is mandatory!
