We are immersed in a colorful flower garden and very large with a beautiful sea view. The houses are colorful and welcoming Soleesale. We have rooms with B&B service and furnished apartments.

The rooms are equipped with every comfort, welcoming and relaxing.

We are waiting for a dream holiday between sea, beach, sun and relaxation.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 25 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 24 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 19 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We loved our stay here - super friendly, super relaxed - a feeling of being away from it all yet not too far to restaurants, beaches, etc. Comfortable, clean room - our dog was made very welcome with a wonderful garden and other pets. Luca was a lovely host and the breakfast was charming with homemade jams and cakes - will definitely return!

Perfect accommodation, a bit far from the city, but accessible by bus and with parking if you have a car. Lovely and very helpful host, we stayed only one night but we had a great time!

Saubere preiswerte Unterkunft. Schöne Lage, ruhig. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Hilfreich wäre ein Hinweis an der Hauptstrasse. Wir fuhren einige KM in der Gegend umher um es zu finden.

Die beste Unterkunft während unserer Sardinienreise. Man hat sich einfach nur wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschön angelegtem B&B. Unser Zimmer war zwar nicht das größte, aber einfach nur gemütlich eingerichtet, modern und vor allem sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und bemüht sich um ihre Gäste. Wir können das B&B nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne B&B Unterkunft, liebevolle Inhalber Domenico und Gianpaulo die sich sehr sorgfältig um ihre Villa und den Garten kümmern. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an in der Unterkunft willkommen. Guter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich zu erholten. Auto erforderlich um die tolle Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Tolle Strände in der Nähe und das Städtchen Pula. Top!

Positive aspects: location quite close to the sea (about two km), good breakfast, covered parking space, friendly host. Negative aspects: in one week (8 nights) the bath towels were not changed, in my opinion, very serious.

We stayed at Luca's in July and had a great time. The manager is always available to customers, but discreetly. The location is excellent, in a quiet and private setting. The breakfast with homemade products is another plus. We hope to be able to come back soon. Highly recommended!

If you go to Sardinia, near Pula, contact Luca. But above all, book for the time you can dedicate to your vacation at his Sole e Sale. You won't find anything better even paying more! The location is breathtaking, the property is exceptional: fridge, air conditioning, TV, hydromassage shower, kettle and herbal teas in the room, mosquito nets, private veranda with sun loungers and clothesline all surrounded by greenery, Italian and continental breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale Stefano per una settimana, tutto perfetto. Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, arredata con gusto all'interno di un giardino meraviglioso. Monolocale dotato di angolo cottura, veranda con tavolo e sdraio in giardino. Proprietario, Luca, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo; ambiente tranquillo e molto rilassante a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge più belle della zona. Davvero incantevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, immersa in un'oasi di pace. La posizione è ottimale per poter accedere a tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Sara è un'ottima padrona di casa, sempre discretamente presente, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità... insomma, la padrona di casa perfetta. B&B da consigliare: posizione strategica per raggiungere numerose spiagge della zona. Calorosa accoglienza da parte di Sara, disponibile a rispondere a ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era piccola ma non mancava nulla, all'interno di un piccolo complesso nuovo e molto curato.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in totale tranquillità nel Monolocale Stefano, ambiente molto accogliente, ben arredato, dai colori brillanti su pareti bianche, gioia e relax. Immersi in un giardino di piante da frutto e fiori, dalla terrazzina con vista mare abbiamo potuto finire le nostre giornate dopo mare con ancora qualche pagina di lettura e cenare quando eravamo troppo stanchi per ripartire alla volta di Pula e dintorni e degli ottimi ristoranti consigliati da Sara, padrona di casa impeccabile, discreta ma sempre presente e disponibile. La sua colazione è deliziosa e mette a disposizione degli ospiti la possibilità di farsi fare dei massaggi di Barbara, che arriva con il suo lettino portatile e ti regala un ora di puro piacere all'ebrezza del venticello di Sardegna e dei profumi del Sole&Sale. Grazie di nuovo a Sara, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Davvero molto bello, vista magnifica del mare e dei vigneti, un giardino fiorito molto curato. La camera pulita, orientaleggiante, colorata, calda, accogliente; una bellissima terrazza privata con sdraio a disposizione. La colazione fantastica con dolci preparati da Sara, la proprietaria, persona solare, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo già prenotato per tornare a Settembre, quindi: consigliatissimo.
