Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 25 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We spent a week at this B&B Lucamaria, what can I say, a lovely place. We were welcomed by the hosts Lino and Mina, extraordinary for their availability and welcoming attitude, never intrusive but always present and kind. The structure is well cared for in every part, the pool is the ideal place to unwind. We stayed in a tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment and what can I say, we appreciated the cleanliness and the colors of every space. The breakfast is always fresh and punctual, enjoyed under the patio in the cool. We love this place. Thank you very much, see you soon.

During our vacation at B&B Lucamaria, we spent wonderful days. Everything was perfect. Very clean rooms, breakfast with delicious pasticciotti and more, nice equipped pool, tranquility, outdoor spaces, ample parking, kindness and availability of the owners. Mina and Lino make you feel immediately in a family environment. They are fantastic people. Great location compared to the main tourist attractions. We hope to return soon. Ilena, Carlo and Rosaria.

We thank the excellent owners Lino and Mina for their hospitality. The B&B Lucamaria in the heart of Salento is a dream. What starts with a wonderful breakfast with a wide choice at your disposal continues throughout the day. Since the B&B is outside the city, there is always room to breathe. You can also spend the entire day by the pool, either under the umbrella or in the covered area if you are looking for sun protection. In any case, there is always enough space because the available space is greater. The rooms are cleaned daily. We would like to thank you again and look forward to the next time.

Ottima struttura immersa nella natura e curata nei minimi dettagli in posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali località turistiche del meraviglioso Salento. Piscina Molto bella e grande. Camere pulite e spaziose. Proprietari super ospitali e disponibili che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e insieme ad Aron e Nerina ti fanno sentire come a casa.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa struttura e ne siamo entusiasti, un posto ideale per soggiornare in una zona tranquillissima a due passi da Lecce e dal mare. Una struttura pulita e confortevole, un ambiente familiare con proprietari cortesi, generosi e disponibili. Colazioni veramente abbondanti ed un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo!
