We celebrated New Year's Eve in this beautiful place. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended. The managers are super helpful and friendly!

Mountain cottage, very well adapted for tourists. Located in the Apennines, very quiet area. Cleanliness well respected, beds made, obviously being a mountain house it cannot be as perfectly polished as a hotel. Modest breakfast. Being a house for drinks we bought milk etc. All in all, beautiful place. With swimming pool and clean air.

The location is very beautiful for the tranquility and the nature that surrounds it. Total relaxation. The structure is very typical and welcoming. The owner and his wife are very kind and helpful. However, I recommend putting mosquito nets on the windows and doors, in September there are many flies and bees. Everything else is very good. Highly recommended.

The Bed and Breakfast Le Peschiere is a little gem nestled in the Apennines. The house is very nice, equipped with all comforts. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and silence, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the city's concrete jungle. The pool is a significant added value, but the real difference is certainly made by the guests: two people who made us feel at home. Definitely a place to return to.

We had a spectacular weekend, my husband and my two children of 7 and 10 years old. The main attraction was obviously the hot tub in the room, in front of the fireplace which in the evening was even lit by the owner creating a unique atmosphere. Moreover, the peace and the surrounding landscape contributed to making this weekend relaxing. The bedroom was comfortable. The breakfast provided by the B&B was complete. Little Tommaso cried when leaving; we will come back to try the outdoor pool. The owners are truly delightful! It's a pity that time flew by!

Upon arrival we were very kindly welcomed by the owner, Mr. Stefano. He showed us the apartment and made us feel immediately at ease. Nice kitchen corner with peninsula where you can have your meals.\n\nIn the pantry everything you need for breakfast and other basic things to cook. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a nice shower with sauna. The master bedroom also has the possibility of having 2 bunk beds that can be opened on the wall. Then the "gem" is the living room with a large white sofa bed (so potentially 2 more beds) with fireplace and in front of it a large whirlpool tub. This room leads directly outside where there is a nice sitting area and a table for dining outside.\n\nMobile bar with assorted liqueurs.\n\nQuiet place with a beautiful landscape in the middle of the mountains. Relaxation and romance are guaranteed. In the large garden there is also a new swimming pool that can be used in common with the owner's family (the very kind wife and her 2 children) and other guests of the property.\n\nWe were supposed to check out at 11:00, but since there were no reservations for the night, we were allowed to stay all day, without any additional expense.\n\nWe highly recommend going. It's really worth it.\n\nWe had a really good time, everything was perfect.\n\nWe will be back as soon as possible.

Really nice place, clean and tidy house, the hot tub in front of the fireplace definitely adds that extra touch! Highly recommended for days of relaxation and romance. Owners are helpful and very nice. A gem, in short!

Beautiful apartment, modern and brand new furnishings, complete with all the comforts, from the sauna shower to the spectacular large whirlpool tub located in the room in front of the fireplace: ideal for a romantic getaway! We had a great time, also thanks to the attentions of the owner, who is very kind and helpful: we are planning a new visit to the Modenese Apennines and we will be back.

A beautifully renovated cottage with environmental respect parameters, an incredible host who provides services beyond normal expectations, and impeccable courtesy. A memorable experience of relaxation and tranquility. The Jacuzzi is a touch of luxury in a rustic setting. The surroundings are rich in peace and amenities. I can already imagine returning.

The structure is brand new, full of comforts and enriched by the kindness of the managers. It is ideal for those who want to relax for a few days in the setting of the Modenese Apennines. The real gem, however, is the romantic and large hot tub with a wonderful fireplace in front, a real gem.
