Warm welcome, as if we were at friends' home. We had a problem with the car and Annalisa and Beppe went out of their way to help us. The house's furnishings and layout are really nice.

An exceptional experience. Possibility of self check-in for this getaway to Forlì. Very discreet owners who are willing to meet my needs. Possibility to enjoy a beautiful panoramic terrace as well as have a great breakfast. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. Next time in Forlì, I will definitely return here. We had a really pleasant stay at this B&B. The breakfast was a real treat, with homemade pastries and bread that helped us start the day in the best way. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, ready to meet all our needs. Even though the bathroom was outside the room, it turned out to be comfortable and functional. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm welcome.

To manage the B&B Casa Arduà are a "team of strong" Annalisa & Beppe. Welcoming, kind and very helpful but NEVER intrusive. It was like going to visit grandma, I would even say a grandmother with excellent taste! The house is an ancient rural structure skillfully restored by two very young people who, have put time, dedication, attention and above all love into it. Every single corner tells the story of the house, the territory and our beautiful Italy, often, but this is not the case, drowned in trendy reinterpretations that have little of "ours"! The house is indeed furnished with a few pieces, each with its own reason, the 1940s wooden armchairs covered with beautiful fabrics, the lights, all unique pieces, the pre-Montessori primary school desk that is in the living room and the very modern kitchen skillfully matched and framed with original materials of the house, exposed bricks, perfectly recovered light wood ceiling; and then pieces of modern art for connoisseurs like the depictions of two characters from the now historic advertising campaign of the 60-70s for Paulista blend, Lavazza, nostalgic "Carmencita and Caballero": I was almost moved to tears! Clean room and services, fragrant and tidy environments, comfortable beds and abundant breakfast with all kinds of goodies, including homemade cakes and fresh pie, a real delight! Positive judgment on all fronts we highly recommend it and we will not fail to return. Thanks for the welcome guys and good job. I forgot to mention the house puppies, who welcomed us warmly, affectionately and I would say unforgettable.

Pleasantly impressed by the friendliness and cordiality of the host, by the uniqueness of the skillfully recycled objects that furnish the house with a unique taste and the meticulous renovation of this villa not far from the center of Forlì. Even though we arrived last minute at the B&B, the host welcomed us with surprising availability. A great and plentiful breakfast in the spacious room after a truly comfortable sleep. Bed and Breakfast very particular and cute. The interiors are furnished with a well-gauged retro taste. The room and the bathroom were clean. There wasn't much space to hang clothes and there was no wardrobe. I would have expected some shower gel and shampoo for the shower. However, towels, bath towels, and hairdryer were present and clean. Overall, the structure and the room met my expectations. I believe the value for money is fair. I will definitely take advantage of this structure if I find myself in that area again.

Lovely place, tastefully decorated by the owner who is a very nice person. Close to the hospital and the city center, it's a perfect place both for those who need a base in Forlì and to relax and enjoy the terrace and the excellent breakfast in the morning. A stone's throw from Casa Arduà, an excellent base when I travel back from the Marche to visit my family. My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast to rest for three days, a marvel. Carefully furnished with attention to detail and very unique, the place is immersed in the greenery of the Forlì countryside, very quiet, extremely quiet (practically not a fly was buzzing). Excellent terrace for sunbathing during the day and relaxing under the moon and stars at night. Abundant and tasty breakfast (thanks for the pancakes, Annalisa). A beautiful living room on the ground floor, with TV, music, and soft background light, which the hosts leave on all day and night, great for those like us who love to read. They also have dogs and cats, each cuter and friendlier than the other. And last but not least, the renowned Romagna hospitality never disappoints. Annalisa and Beppe, the hosts, are very kind and hospitable. They made us feel truly welcome. In practice, if it weren't for the different surname on the doorbell, it was like spending three days at our own home. In Furlè! Long live Romagna! Dario and Saviana.

I was pleasantly surprised by this B&B in the open countryside but a stone's throw from Forlì. The structure has been beautifully renovated, with innovative techniques while still respecting the soul of a country house. Also worthy of note are the furnishings. The landlady is fantastic, present but never intrusive, and a special mention for the pie served at breakfast.

The Casa Arduà is wonderful, the furniture is studied down to the smallest details.
