Veneziacentopercento offers different solutions for individuals, couples or small groups: accomodation in apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms (up to 6 beds) or private rooms.

The apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, can host from 1 to 6 people.

Guests, on request, can have twin or double beds. Additional bed also available (double room – triple use).

Bed linen, towels, hair dryer and wi-fi included. Baby cot on request.

The rooms offers cozy private rooms with shared bathroom. Upon request in some rooms guests can have an Italian breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, biscuits, cookies, jams, honey and other sweets, coffee and hot drinks.

Our facilities are entirely non-smoking.

All the apartments and the rooms are located in Castello district, near the famous Via Garibaldi - full of shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, bakery, chemist - and walking distance to St Mark's Square (only 15 minutes) Arsenale, Biennale (art & architecture exhibition) and Giardini-Sant'Elena, the green heart of Venice.

Close to the waterbus stops 'Giardini - Biennalè and 'Arsenalè, all the properties are in a strategic position to easly reach anywhere in the city or the islands of the Lagoon, like Murano, Burano and also the Lido, the seashore of Venice, where every year take place the renowned Venice Film Festival.

There is also a direct connection with the airport VCE Marco Polo.

This was a very old apartment, but well equipped. It is a little far from the town center but very quiet and nice with friendly neighbors and church bells ringing. The shower holder was broken as was the glass support for shampoo in the bathroom. The reception was great, with fast communication and a lot of ideas for tourism, very friendly also. Two single beds were in the hallway which we found a little strange but we all slept well.

Nice authentic apartment, within walking distance of the Biennale and the city center.\n\nEverything you need is available in the apartment.\n\nThe apartment needs a little attention to fix some small issues.

La struttura è ottima nella posizione, confortevole e il personale è gentile ed efficiente. Manca una TV e nell'annuncio sul sito, nel prezzo, non è segnato il prezzo della pulizia della camera che avviene alla fine, dopo che hai prenotato.

Il prezzo della pulizia finale lo può vedere solo alla fine perchè il sito è organizzato in questo modo e purtroppo non siamo in grado di inserirlo come negli altri portali. Per scelta, nessuna delle nostre strutture è provvista di televisione come può vedere negli annunci. Speriamo che abbia comunque passato un ottimo soggiorno con noi ed a Venezia e speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente!

Positive aspects. 1) They gave us a better room than the one we booked (for their convenience), which was appreciated. 2) The structure has a shared kitchen, very useful for a relaxing evening without always having to go to a restaurant. Negative aspects. 1) The apartment is in a rather secluded location. 2) Sterile welcome. Personally, I prefer a more familiar and personalized welcome, one that strives to excite you, rather than just dealing with the management for arrival procedures. 3) Considering everything (location, welcome, shared spaces), the price is definitely excessive, especially to justify the extra 80 euros requested for room cleaning. I leave Venice with the impression that there is too much focus on profit here, with b&b prices (for the same service) even 3 times higher than other destinations.

Delightful and very helpful hosts, apartment located very close to everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, vaporetto stop) and equipped with amenities such as microwave and air conditioning. Quiet area without nighttime noises. I would definitely stay here on a future trip to Veneziacentopercento Appartamenti.

The property is ideally located for those attending the Venice Biennale. The set-back position from the main street of the area (via Garibaldi) where you can find the post office, pharmacies, supermarket, and all kinds of shops, as well as a wide choice of bars and restaurants, keeps it quiet and peaceful. The gardens are a short walk away, as is the vaporetto stop and the hustle and bustle of the center a fifteen-minute walk away. The simple and efficient payment procedure is completed in the office smoothly and transparently. The managers are courteous, welcoming, and available to meet customers' needs. Unfortunately, they proved powerless against the July heat.

Quiet area of Venice that manages, in part, to save itself from the chaotic tourism of the center and allows you to enjoy the silence of the absence of cars as you walk among bridges and canals not congested by the crowd.

Great location to explore the historic center of Venice on foot. Coop under the house not so convenient. Great cleanliness only the bathroom is a bit too small but you can adapt.

For a short overnight stay, we had a very good experience: The air conditioning allowed for a very quiet night; the shared bathroom was close to the room and clean; the bed was very comfortable; the extra bed for our daughter was also comfortable. Prices in Venice are high, but at least here we had a good time.

Two-room apartment recommended for 3-5 people in a quiet and decentralized location compared to the more touristic areas but very close to the center and well served by public transport.
