Weekend getaway for a couple. Spacious room fully renovated in wood, cared for in every detail and set in a huge, well-maintained park, peaceful and close to nature. Breakfast was very good and the owners were very helpful. The property also offers a sauna and a delightful wine tasting. Quality and prices are reasonable.

The Villa San Liberale - Suites & Wellness is spectacular, even with a small chapel. The main issue is the shower, which practically didn't work. Considering the price of 170 Euros per night, they should at least have a functioning shower. The breakfast was nothing special but acceptable: some fruit, croissants, two slices of speck.

Gentile Salvatore, ci spiace che l'esperienza non sia stata del tutto piacevole; abbiamo un manutentore interno, se aveste segnalato la problematica alla doccia saremmo intervenuti prontamente; quanto al resto, confermo il prezzo, ma contestualizzando il fatto che lo stesso si riferisce non ad una camera ma ad una suite di circa 50 mq. , nel vostro caso per tre persone, in una villa seicentesca (da voi definita spettacolare). La colazione prevede sempre, oltre a quanto da voi indicato, formaggi, prosciutto cotto e crudo, uova, yogurt, marmellate, cereali e muesli; integrata con dolci in base alle giornate. Klara and Ulisse are kind, welcoming, and friendly. The ancient Venetian villa has been carefully restored. The beautiful park and the tree-lined avenue invite you to take a walk. Private parking included. Generous breakfast, including a chat with Klara!

Wonderful villa built on the ruins of a castle in 1700. The owners Ulisse and Clara welcomed us with extreme kindness and showed us the Villa and its Spa. Villa in a spectacular setting, overlooking the city of Feltre and surrounded by mountains. In the evening we went out for a walk in the center of Feltre which is reachable in 5 minutes. In the morning, having to leave early, they made us find the breakfast ready, complete and with fresh products. Appreciated the fresh orange juice that I hadn't asked for and that they silently placed on the table. So used to packaged orange juices, I admit my pleasant surprise in noting the much appreciated detail. Thank you Ulisse and Clara, ours was a "hit and run" but there will be no shortage of opportunities to take advantage of their hospitality more calmly.

Lovely place and very kind hosts. Splendid historical Villa excellently renovated and furnished. Set in a beautiful park of absolute tranquility. A fascinating residence that perfectly combines the past with the present. Excellent view over the Feltrina valley and the surrounding mountains. Elegant and comfortable rooms. You sleep in absolute silence. "Essential" structure, in the sense that it does not have unnecessary adornments that would weigh it down. Abundant and quality breakfast. Klara and Ulisse are courteous hosts with whom a direct and almost "familiar" relationship is immediately established. Strategic position also for visiting the area. We will be back.

Villa San Liberale is located at the edge of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, just a 2-minutes drive from the medieval town of Feltre, one of the most extraordinary alpine boroughs, with palaces and streets to explore, museums, the archaeological area and with the possibility of guided tours; in Feltre are held throughout the year numerous cultural and sporting events, such as the Handicraft Fair, the Palio, the Gran Fondo Sportful, the 24 Cycling Hours and the Giro delle Mura.

Feltre is the final goal of Alta Via n. 2, called Alta Via of the Legends, and is located along the Via Claudia Augusta (viaclaudia. org), imperial Roman road linking the Danube with Altino, at that time important port in the northern Adriatic.

Close to Feltre you will find the Sanctuary of the Saints Vittore and Corona, point of origin or destination of the Walk of the Dolomites, religious and scenic route in 30 steps, the century-old factory Pedavena, famous for its good beers and the always crowded restaurant, the mountains Vette Feltrine, the Monte Avena ski resort, an ideal setting for outdoor sports and free flight, the Vincheto di Celarda, a wetland under the protection of the European Community, and the Lipoi’s peat bog.

A little further away, but still easily accessible by car, the Monte Grappa with its historical and natural trails, with the Prosecco hills and the Cartizze area, and the spectacular scenery of the Dolomites, an UNESCO World Heritage, which make Feltre the ideal starting point to explore a landscape of incomparable beauty.
