Villa Muligunis is very comfortable and tastefully decorated; the wide kitchen it's full furnished with all comforts.

A big table in the middle offers 8 seatings and a beautyfull view, there is a double sofa-bed in the living room and color Tv.

The two bedrooms are double, one of them has separate beds, both are really fresh and airy, in case of need have airconditioner.

The bathroom is in between the bedrooms has no window but is broad and easy with a big blue shower.

The terrace furnished with recliners and a table offers much more space where to chill and enjoy your vacation.

It’s meant for 4 but it can accomodate 7 persons confortly.

Villa Meligunis it's a good option for a group of friends or a large family.

Panarea appartament has two double bedrooms a bathroom and a kithchen all with sea view.

The little garden beside offers a good spot for breakfasts, refreshing showers and BBQ.

It has a wide terrace in front with a table in the middle sorrounded by typical Aeolian columns "pulera".

Is considered for 4, but it can hold up 5 persons, there is a sofa-bed in one bedroom.

It's a nice solution for two friends couples or a family with 2 or 3 kids.

Stromboli is a studio apartament with just one bedroom with bouble bed and a spacious bathroom.

It's at the first floor absorbed in a colorfull and peacefull garden with private entrance.

On a side of the big terrace wich offers two great views there is a simple but comfortable kitchen covered by typical
Aeolian canopy in bambù that keeps the house fresh during the day.

The studio is perfect for a quick stay for a couple or a family with one kid. Possibility to add a little bed.

We should have booked for longer! We have been travelling Italy for 6 months now and this has been one of the highlights of our Italian odyssey. Case Quattrocchi is comprised of three units and all have incredible views over Lipari and Vulcano, two beautiful islands of the Aeolian. The property is only 4 km from the town centre and our host, Luca, is available to assist with transport to and from the residence which is adjacent to the Belvedere Quadrocchi panoramic lookout. We had onsite parking and the property was pure bliss, even enjoying an outdoor kitchen that worked perfectly so we had a never-ending view of the islands. Luca provided information about suitable hikes, sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, history and ecology of the area. We walked to the summit of Lipari, Monte Sant Angelo for the most spectacular view of the islands. The facilities were comfortable and spacious. I have never felt so relaxed after 5 nights at Quattrocchi. We managed to see all the islands using this as our base as it is a quick trip to the local port for daily excursions to Stromboli, Panarea, Salina and more. Thank you Luca for such a memorable experience!

We can definitely recommend Case Quattrocchi. It is one of the most beautiful houses where we have ever spent our holidays. Particularly noteworthy are the extremely friendly and helpful owner, the dreamlike terrace, and the tasteful decor. Thank you very much!

Breathtaking view. Beautiful garden. The apartment is simple, but designed with great attention to detail. Extremely kind host. Luca organizes the transfer to the port. Provides valuable tips and is always approachable. A bus stop is right outside the door, so the somewhat secluded location is not a problem either.

We stayed at Case Quattrocchi and it was very nice. We had a bedroom with a bathroom and the kitchen outside. The place and the view are beautiful. Luca, the owner, was very kind from the beginning. He picked us up at the port, gave us valuable advice, and offered to take us back for departure. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and we found salt, oil, spices, soaps, cherry tomatoes, and figs available. We absolutely recommend.

The bed and breakfast Casa Quattrocchi is a corner of paradise. Surrounded by lush, eclectic, and well-maintained vegetation, the houses in perfect Strombolian style overlook one of the most scenic spots in Lipari, Belvedere Quattrocchi precisely, from which you can admire the sea stacks and the island of Vulcano. The silence is interrupted by the chirping of birds, butterflies like I haven't seen in years, and at night a quilt of stars; these are just some of the things I appreciated the most. The apartments are clean, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and Wi-Fi. Luca, the owner, is kind, discreet, and helpful. I recommend this bed and breakfast to those who want a vacation to savor the Aeolian Islands.

Pleasant stay in a structure with a charming location. Luca, the owner, besides giving us all possible information, is a dynamic and enterprising young man, passionate about managing his own business. Even though it was our first time there, we felt like regulars, it felt like home.

I had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting place with my partner. The first impression I had upon arrival was the breathtaking view from the well-kept garden in which the house is immersed. The owner personally takes care of the fruit plants with great skill and produces excellent jams. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and perfect Aeolian style are the ingredients that make this place a place you want to return to. Luca proved to be a precise host, always available and discreet; if you decide to stay in Lipari, I definitely recommend this property.

For those accustomed to city life, there can be nothing better.\n\nA place completely immersed in nature; the meticulously maintained garden, spectacular panorama overlooking the crystal clear sea of the islands and the island of Vulcano standing out in its wonder. A place where you can listen to the silence of nature.\n\nThe villa, in typical Aeolian style, makes the stay even more characteristic.\n\nLuca, the owner, always very helpful; there have been many of his recommendations on things to do and see.\n\nIt is without a doubt a residence to recommend and where I hope to return soon!

I had the opportunity to be a guest at Case Quattrocchi with my wife and daughter towards the end of May. Only the location and the view are worth a stay in this property. Adding Luca's availability in recommending itineraries and local places to visit based on our tastes and expectations, and a characteristic structure, typically Aeolian, just outside the chaos of the center, the final result was that we spent a few days of great relaxation and fun. Highly recommended.

What can I say, fantastic experience in a paradisiacal place. The photos, although beautiful and well made, do not capture the beauty, tranquility, exclusivity, and peace that reign in this place. It's a real pleasure to relax in the evening, reading a good book, away from the chaos of the town, with only the cicadas in the background. Having breakfast or dinner with such a breathtaking view is priceless. Luca was also very good at making us feel at ease, giving us advice and supporting us in every need. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment outside the hustle and bustle of the center. A few minutes of road to get there but it's absolutely worth it. Silence, nature, and spectacular view. Everything perfect, I would say. Luca, the owner, knows how to recommend the right places based on everyone's needs. A must try!

Breathtaking view, cool and quiet house, the garden is well-kept in every detail and the house is spotless. Luca welcomed us with availability and extreme hospitality, making us find fresh fruit and essential goods. Convenient beaches and city center just a ten-minute drive/scooter ride away. Hey, I'm Luca

I live in the complex. I'm always very busy, however, if there is need for clarification and advice i'm available, on the other hand if the guest does not want to be disturb I know exactly how to do it. I offer meet and greet service at the port with freight up at home (to agree). Often I offer a basket of fresh fruits and vegetables picked in the garden to wish a good start of the day to my guests. I am available to accompany you to go for walks and excursions.

There is a garden of 8000 square meters where you can walk to collect fruit and observe the beauties of nature,
but always respecting the privacy of others in the other villas on the property.
Loc Pianoconte is the first group of houses that is going in the direction to Quattropani.
In the area there are Bars, restaurants and pizzerias, tobacconist, butcher, supermarket, post office, bakery and pastry typical.
Do not miss the ancient Terme di San Calogero.
Loc Quattrocchi is located at 3 km of provincial road had to Quattropiani.
There is a bus stop at the front gate of the car park.
From Catania airport there are bus connections from various companies: Giuntabus, Garage Aeolian Islands (Alibrando).
