Beautiful room with a huge bathroom in a overall gorgeous accommodation, very clean, the room was cleaned daily and towels were changed when needed, free baby cot, very good, rich and varied breakfast (sweet and savory), on-site parking available and free, the hostess is very nice and gives good excursion tips, we were overall very satisfied.

A wonderful discovery. We would have never thought we would experience 5 unforgettable days! The structure is stunning, furnished impeccably, location and furnishings integrated perfectly, very clean, located at the gates of Palmanova, in a well-kept and cared-for village. The difference, however, is made by the owners, Valentina and Roberto. Two exceptional people, always available, of great culture and manners that carry with them a piece of local history. We highly recommend this structure to anyone looking for peace, serenity, and culture. Last but not least, our 2 small dogs were accepted in the B&B without any problems. Thank you Valentina, thank you Roberto for enriching our vacation.

We stayed in two people for one night. We were punctually welcomed by Mrs. Valentina in the early afternoon, at the previously agreed time. Very kind and helpful person. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful, both sweet and savory. Structure that we recommend, both for the setting in a typical Friulian country house and for the friendliness received. To try.

Clauiano is included among the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”. Its traditional architectural features have been preserved through the years, and do witness the rural origins of the Friulian land populations.
The geographical position of Clauiano makes of this village the ideal starting point for visiting the most interesting historical and cultural sites, but also for taking a tour of the wine, food and natural beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia and also of neighboring Slovenia
Palmanova, the citadel famous for its fortress plan and structure, known as star-fort, which was founded by the Venetians in 1593 to defend against attacks from the Ottomans, is just a few minutes away.
The ancient town of Aquileia, founded in 181 BC, and the adjoining town of Grado with its beautiful beaches and its picturesque old town are a 30 minute drive away.
Udine, a small city with a great historical value, and Cividale, which was originally founded by the Romans and later became capital of the Longobards, are a 15 minute drive away
Only 30 minutes away from Gorizia, the “Goriziano and Slovenian Collio”, for a truly memorable gourmet itinerary through the local wines and the regional cuisine, and the Karst, sadly known for the Great War events.
Trieste, the magnificent Mittel-european city is just 30 minutes away, and so is Slovenia and its natural beauties.
By car: exit the A4 Venezia-Trieste highway at “ Palmanova-Grado: Clauiano”: Casa Barnaba- Manin is only 5 minutes away.
By plane: Ronchi dei Legionari airport (Gorizia) is a 25 minute drive away.
By boat: The harbour of Monfalcone, Grado, S. Giorgio is 30 minutes away.
