A window on the gulf in the center of Naples, just 20 meters from Piazza Municipio and the Maschio Angioino Castle.

Latt' e Liett' is an enchanting and welcoming residence/abode with three mini-apartments, recently remodeled, that have a small terrace with sea-view (only 1 without) and independent entrances.

The apartments are in the perfect location for getting to all of the most interesting areas of the city on foot, and is also near all forms of public transportation.

Right in front us there is the Port with ferries to: Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento, Sicily, Sardinia and Eolie Islands.

Only 2 minutes by walk to the "SITA" Bus station to: Vesuvio, Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi coast.

Latt' e Liett' has three adorable, sunny and warm mini-apartments each with its own entrance, confortable king-size bed, fully-eqipped kitchen, bathroom with shower box.

The mini-apartments have all of the comforts:

The mini-apartments are on the second floor with elevator service.

Latt e Liett is easily reached by all means of transportation.

From the port from where the hydrofoils arrive and depart for the islands in 2 minuts walking.

From the central train station by bus, tram or metro in 10 minuts
From the airport by bus ALIBUS or taxi in about 25 minuts.

From the nearest highway exit for those travelling by car (2 km.)
30 meters from us there are many guarded private garages with special rates, parking of the taxi and stopped of all of the means publics

Tolle Unterkunft: zwischen Altstadt und Hafen. Blick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber und eine sehr persönliche, englisch sprachige Beratung vom Vermieter. Was will man mehr?

Mini apartamentos muy bonitos, funcionales y con vista al mar. Estuve unos días con mi novia y todo ha estado genial. Giancarlo disponible y amable de manera no común nos sugerido sirios para ir a cenar increíbles! Muy bien ubicado y céntrico y en frente al puerto donde había la lancha para ir a la maravillosa isla de Capri y a la costiera. Sin duda cuándo volveremos nos alojaremos otra vez aqui.

We had a great time. The structure is comfortable, close to the metro, center, port, bars, market, and shops. It is very clean, they arrange and restock every day. Giancarlo is an exceptional host, welcoming, kind, helpful, and caring. He arranged us so that we were more comfortable, gave us many tips on what to see, what to eat, and how to get around. In short, we felt pampered by a friend. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, the rooms are well taken care of in every detail, the bathroom is small but functional. Mrs. Daniela, personally praised for her great aesthetic taste, was very kind and helpful. Recommendation. I love Napoli.

Posizione strategica. a pochi passi dal porto turistico, dal teatro, dai castelli/musei, dal centro, metro, bus, tram. Ottimo prezzo. Ben attrezzata come cucina, bagno, clima. Proprietario molto gentile. presente (ogni giorno un sms o chiamata) e sempre disponibile per tutte le esigenze. Non ha parcheggio ma c'è convenzione con Garage Turistico.

Giancarlo è un ospite attento e molto gentile. I suoi consigli sono preziosi. La camera con angolo cottura è ben accessoriata e il bagno spazioso. In più c'è la vista sul porto.

Ritengo questo B&B al top per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima posizione (si raggiunge facilmente dalla stazione anche a piedi), palazzo signorile e discreto, appartamento confortevole e pulito, corredato di tanti piccoli dettagli perfetti per il viaggiatore. Le "dritte" di Giancarlo poi sono state perfette anche per me che frequento spesso Napoli.
