The property is owned by the wonderful Fiorenza, whose hospitality truly made the trip special. Fiorenza went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She provided excellent recommendations for local beaches, even giving us detailed information on the wind conditions, which was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect beach for the day. Her knowledge of the area made it easy to find the best spots. The accommodation itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms tastefully decorated. The peaceful setting and Fiorenza’s personal touch really enhanced the experience. Pula of course is ideally located for exploring the southern coast of Sardinia. It’s just a short drive to some of the island’s best beaches, like Chia Beach and Tuerredda Beach. Thanks to Fiorenza’s tips on when and where to go, we enjoyed the beaches at their finest. The proximity to Nora, an ancient Roman site, is also a big plus for history lovers. The ruins, with their backdrop of the sea, were fascinating to explore.

The house/estate is very nicely located and has the advantage that everything is very easy to reach. The beach, the town with dining and shopping options, and the airport are nearby. However, a car is required. The owner is very attentive. She gives very valuable "insider" tips without being intrusive. Very pleasant.

It was so great at Casa Fiore. Fantastic breakfast, accommodation cleaning every 2 days (a luxury!), Fiore's grand help and her knowledge about the wind..:) She speaks excellent German and English. To add would be that the beds are insanely comfortable!\nNow emotionally:\nit was SO, SO beautiful at her place; the second I arrived, I knew I was in the right place. I loved sitting on my small private terrace and learning Italian (I took an Italian course in Pula for 2 weeks), or lying on the garden loungers reading. I couldn't try all the beaches despite a 2-week stay, but many; they are Caribbean-like! Some I found only thanks to Fiore.\n\nThe atmosphere in her B&B is so cozy, relaxed, and loving that I can't wait to return.\n\n38 stars!

The structure is very beautiful, nothing was missing either in the kitchen or in the bathroom. The lady who manages it is very helpful and efficient. Waste management is green. The structure is in a quiet area but convenient for reaching both the beaches and the center of Pula. The apartment we stayed in (two-room) was very clean and super functional, complete with anything. The outdoor area, where you can eat and relax, is also nice. At Casa Fiore nothing is missing! The structure is new and well-kept in every detail. The studio was very clean, the bathroom and shower spacious, the little kitchen provided with everything (microwave, coffee/tea machine, dishes, placemats, electric hob), the bed very comfortable. Each apartment has an external patio overlooking the garden, also very well-kept, with sun loungers and a dining area. The owner is kind, professional and always available for everything. We stayed at this property the last week of July. The studio, nestled in a large and well-kept garden, is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is located in a strategic area about 10 minutes from the most popular beaches of Chia. Comfortable bathroom with a large and new shower, the accommodation has a very small fridge where you can store the essentials. The spaces are suitable for those who want to use the accommodation as a pied-à-terre. The entrance is directly on the main road, you need to be very careful with the car both for the entrance and the exit. Fiorenza, the owner, has always been super helpful and attentive to our needs. Lovely person, she gave us all the tips to make the most of the experience in this wonderful part of Sardinia.

A comfortable and logistically perfect accommodation. The apartment is very functional, clean, and quiet. There are 2 small gardens with a porch to have dinner or relax. The house has everything you need: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hairdryer, cooler bag, beach umbrella, comfortable bed. There is also a washing machine, an outdoor shower, gazebo, and sun loungers for use by the 3 apartments. You can easily shop at the cooperative next to the house. The owner Fiorenza and her family were very kind and caring. On the last day of vacation, we were able to leave our luggage until evening and take a refreshing shower before going to the airport. We had a great time and definitely recommend Casa Fiore as a base to explore the beautiful sea of Southern Sardinia.

With my husband, we spent 8 days at the relaxing Casa Fiore. It is a small villa in the green with a beautiful garden in front and a large green space at the back (with a vegetable garden) and delicious fig trees! The two-room apartment that hosted us is very clean and comfortable! Fiorenza is very kind, as well as her husband, helpful and discreet. Fiorenza gave us detailed advice on the coves and beaches to visit, also based on the wind to help us appreciate those places even more! The house is in a strategic position to reach and visit the entire south coast of Sardinia. The owner, having asked for the kitchen, offered us an apartment at the nearby Pinus Village (between Pula and Chia). We stayed there for 8 days (and nights) at the beginning of July. The apartment is perfectly in line with the description on the website and is really complete with everything needed. The owner, Fiorenza, is caring, very kind, and nice, but... she didn't tell us that there was also the spectacular view of the full moon reflected on the sea below (which we were lucky enough to find during our stay); it was priceless to lie on the outdoor loungers until 3 in the morning admiring it like a painting, accompanied by the breeze and the sound of the sea. The beach, the sea, and especially the small coves (at least 4) easily reachable to the north and south are really beautiful, so much so that it was almost a shame to leave every day to visit those wonderful places in the area (especially Chia, Cala del Morto, Tuarredda, Is Arenas in Teulada above all).
