Iride Guest House, a modern accommodation facility inaugurated in 2012, stands out for its refined design and attention to art. Located in a quiet central area of Oristano, the guest house offers six open spaces of about 30 square meters, each characterized by a vibrant color and tastefully furnished. Each room is equipped with a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sleeping area, and a private bathroom, thus ensuring a warm and functional welcome.

The name "Iride" is not chosen by chance, recalling Greek mythology associated with the rainbow and evoking an atmosphere of harmony and color within the facility. On the first floor are the lilac, green, and black-and-white rooms, while the second floor houses units in red, yellow, and orange tones, each carrying a unique personality. Guests can enjoy bright and well-ventilated spaces, some of which also have private terraces or balconies.

This facility is also an example of sustainability, built according to energy-saving criteria, equipped with photovoltaic and solar systems, as well as windows with double and triple glazing to ensure comfort and efficiency.

Each stay is enriched by the presence of artworks by local artists displayed in the common areas, which can be purchased directly from the authors. For those traveling with pets, Iride offers a dedicated room and an equipped terrace, demonstrating particular sensitivity towards the needs of its guests and their four-legged friends.

The central location of the guest house allows for easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and pastry shops, and the proximity to the bus stop facilitates movement to explore the surrounding beauties. Cleaning services are daily, and linen changes occur every three days or upon the arrival of new guests, ensuring high standards of hygiene and comfort.

Managed with passion by Andrea, Paola, and the valuable support of Patrizia, Iride Guest House is a welcoming corner where every detail is designed to guarantee an unforgettable experience, in one of the safest places in Italy.

Very nice place and people. Good location (5 minutes walk to the torregrande!) Room clean and big, even with a kitchen. Bed very comfortable and clean too. Breakfast is only a few biscuits/cake and coffee, not a real breakfast but ok to start the day. However, very NOISY air conditioning and fridge, we hardly slept (all air conditioning motors are located close to the window!) It is a shame because it is a very nice place to stay.

Pleasant apartment, quite well equipped, a stone's throw from the city center with the possibility of parking for free on the street. The lift is very convenient for carrying luggage upstairs. 2 negative points: a strong sewer smell emanating from the bathroom that also invades the entire apartment if you leave the door open; the poor quality of the WIFI which, in addition to being weak, cuts out repeatedly.

Well-kept and clean facility. The only thing is that I would have preferred to find at least water in the fridge... another small note: the rooms, being opposite each other, if you go as a couple let's say it's not the best.

Very nice structure, well restored in a very interesting period context. Very friendly and helpful manager, accurate cleaning, excellent breakfast. Practically in the center but without any problems of annoying noises. Experience to repeat.

Good: Clean and welcoming B&B, the structure is welcoming and recently renovated, courtesy and hospitality are excellent. Only negative note is the breakfast: a coffee pod and a few cookies are really few.

In a central, quiet area, with the possibility of leaving the car in the parking lots in front of the building. The little apartments are new, well-furnished, each distinguished by a color and an artistic touch, in my opinion, of style; they are spacious, very clean. It's the second time I stop here, and I've had the opportunity to see 2 of them, every time I felt 'at home'. Also, the owner, Andrea, is a really kind person. I have already recommended it to friends, who are actually there now (with my healthy envy!) and they are really happy with it. I really recommend it to those who want to visit the Oristano area.

The environment is extremely clean and welcoming (the rooms are very pretty), the value for money is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful. We were really satisfied. Already recommended to friends!
