Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bologna, our B&B is a cozy refuge enriched by modern and sustainable design. Completed in 2006, the building is an example of bio-building, designed according to the strict criteria of "climate houses," ensuring superior energy efficiency. The structure, entirely made of wood, stands out for its simple and contemporary lines, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Located along the characteristic Via del Pratello, our B&B offers direct access to the lively city life, lined with taverns, pubs, and restaurants that tell the story of local culinary traditions. Despite the charming hustle and bustle of the historic center, guests can enjoy the tranquility of our establishment, a corner of serenity just a few steps away from the main attractions. In just a few minutes' walk, one can reach Piazza Maggiore, the iconic towers, and the monuments that make Bologna one of the most fascinating cities in Italy.

The three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with private bathroom, television, and Wi-Fi connection, are designed to ensure maximum comfort. Every morning, guests are greeted with a rich breakfast of genuine flavors, prepared with natural products, and served at one of the affiliated bars, allowing them to immerse themselves in Bologna's social life from the very first meal of the day.

Additionally, to explore the city in an alternative way, two bicycles are available courtesy of the association Re-use with love, ideal for discovering Bologna's secrets from a different perspective. Caring for the environment and guest well-being is a priority for us, synthesizing love for the city and sustainable architecture. Thus, our home becomes not just a place to stay but an experience of connection with the culture and territory of Bologna.

Not bad, but for such price I would expect something more comfortable. In a five-minute walk from downtown and about 25 minutes from the railway station. The host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a coffee and brioche in a nearby bar.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Our host was very helpful and flexible with the check-in, the room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was provided by 3 charming cafes, and the location is in the city center. Thank you very much!

I stayed happily at this B&B. We were given the opportunity to use the kitchen on the upper floor. Clean room and the location is perfect for reaching the center and, in our case, the stadium. It is possible to have breakfast at 3 bars near the structure. Highly recommended.

Delightful, clean and quiet place despite the location on a street full of local eateries, pubs and trattorias that are very busy in the evening. Convenient for eating and drinking authentically and economically. With a short walk (10-15 minutes) you reach Piazza Maggiore. The breakfast consists of a coffee + 1 croissant at the bar across the street, and is therefore minimal, but this corresponds to the low price of the accommodation. Tania is a kind, friendly, accommodating and precise host in communication. Highly recommended!

The structure is clean, in a quiet area. The center of Bologna can be easily reached with a ten-minute walk. The managers are available, they kept the luggage after leaving the room. The rooms are on the first floor with access via a staircase that is not very easy, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Kind and helpful host. Room in the midst of nightlife and a bit noisy. Unfortunately, a negative note about breakfast: at the bar where we could use the voucher, they asked us to add 0.60 cents for 2 cappuccinos and 2 mini brioches.

Great experience: the B&B is located on a street just a few minutes walk from the center, full of bars and very lively and crowded but, despite the room overlooking the street, we rested very well and without any disturbance. Comfortable and clean room, spacious bathroom. Additionally, on the upper floor the B&B offers a delightful common space where you can cook, play board games or listen to music, also accompanied by a lovely furnished terrace. Welcoming and helpful owner, generous with suggestions. Breakfast is offered in selected bars in the area, very pleasant and with a good choice of pastries. Absolutely recommended!

It was really nice staying at 'A Casa Mia'! Tania was really kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the B&B before leaving, when we would have already had to leave the rooms. Cozy location equipped with all comforts, just a stone's throw from the center. Ideal for visiting the beautiful Bologna. Thank you!

We had a great time at the bed and breakfast A Casa Mia. An excellent location and, despite the many bars in the lively street of Pratello, there were no noises in the bedroom. We were welcomed very warmly by Tania, one of the owners. The bars where to have breakfast were different from each other, but all good! We will gladly return.

I love those who try to do their part for the environment! This 'climate house' all in light wood instils tranquillity! Welcoming like Mario, the owner, who welcomed me! Spacious room and bathroom, clean and with a large TV! Kitchen convenient for guests to have breakfast and meals! Breakfast is not served! Very pleasant rooftop veranda! Despite being located on one of the liveliest streets in the center, I wasn't disturbed at night: good soundproofing! The only thing I recommend optimizing is the wifi, and maybe adding a microwave... but these are details! I will come back if needed! Recommendation!

The B&B 'A Casa Mia' is a very warm and welcoming place and it's the second time I come back; I especially like it for how it has been renovated and furnished, with a lot of wood, beautiful soft colors, paintings, and details that make you feel more at home. The location is very central, convenient to transportation, in one of the liveliest streets of Bologna, but you don't hear annoying noises at night. The managers, Mr. and Mrs. Ciammitti, are very kind and friendly, I felt treated like a family member. I will come back.
