My friend and I stayed for three days. Gianluca, the manager, was friendly and very helpful. Certainly, if we decide to return to Noli, we would go back there.

Thanks to Gianluca for the great availability and truly unique friendliness! Hotel right in the center, rooms a bit dated but clean, very comfortable beds. The real plus is the location and the manager's availability. Breakfast at the bar in front with brioche or focaccia and cappuccino or coffee with tables on the very characteristic alleyway.

We stayed for 3 nights. Extremely central accommodation just a few steps from the sea, the rooms were a bit dated but very clean (clean towels and disinfected bathrooms were provided every day). The manager was friendly and helpful for any needs, helped us find parking and recommended the best local places. Excellent value for money! The only downside is the breakfast... the guesthouse is affiliated with a nearby bar that offers a free hot drink of choice (coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc.) and a brioche. Apart from that, I would give it top marks.

Structure in the center of Noli in an old building and without air conditioning. Recommended for short periods of 2/3 days. The manager is good, excellent location and room cleanliness. Not very appreciable breakfast (croissant and cappuccino) outside in a bar. Overall rating 7/8.

Perfect location in the center of the village. The room is small but equipped with everything you need, excellent cleanliness. Gianluca, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Perfect location in the center of the town close to the sea, shops, and restaurants. Impeccable cleanliness, small room but equipped with everything necessary (very useful the fridge in the common area). Extremely kind and helpful owner. Highly recommended property.

It is central and with a fair value for money. Could improve the quality of the beds and cleanliness. We stayed for only one night and wanted to be in the center, went very well.

Excellent solution, exceptional quality/price ratio (it was the cheapest among all those I searched for). Optimal location, in the heart of Noli and a stone's throw from the sea. Beautiful, large and comfortable room with all amenities, nice big TV, makes you wonder why it only has one star. Gianluca, the owner, is very nice and helpful (he even came to pick me up on foot to escort me to park). I absolutely recommend. Only downside, if we want to nitpick, a couple of burnt light bulbs. But I didn't even report it, I'm sure he would have taken care of it immediately. For breakfast, he offers cappuccino and croissants at the bar in front, of excellent quality and in a nice environment. Considering the cost, top.

Friendly and helpful owner, room and price as agreed over the phone without surprises. It is located in a great position, within the pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants, but still close to the sea. Breakfast is in agreement with a nearby bar, the quality could be improved.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in the center of Noli and very convenient to the beach. Rooms are very simple but functional. Great solution for weekends or short getaways from the cities. The manager is very helpful and cleanliness is guaranteed. We will definitely return.
