Description
The Bed & Breakfast "Lo Smeraldo" With a beautiful garden where to spend relaxing in your free time. Just 2 km away you will find the beautiful caves of Castellana, the Trulli of Alberobello, the famous city of the oldest carnival in Italy (Putignano), the balconies overlooking the sea of ??Polignano a Mare, the famous White City of Ostuni, the Itria Valley, the beautiful beaches of Monopoli and for children, the Zoo Safari of Fasano.

The B&B "Lo Smeraldo" is ideal for stays of relaxation and fun, has double bedrooms with the possibility to add any single beds, bathrooms complete with shower or bath. The linen is provided by the B & B. Each room has a TV. The rich and familiar breakfast will be served in the dining room or in the outdoor area near or in the garden. The structure is completely independent, there is a fenced parking lot with outdoor spaces available to guests at any time of the day.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

If you arrive by car, I recommend 100% this spacious accommodation located in a large house surrounded by olive trees outside the city. Only positive aspects: central location compared to various tourist attractions, space, cleanliness, tranquility, safety, and pleasant conversations with the hosts Maria and Tony.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo tanto da prolungare con enorme piacere un altro giorno il nostro soggiorno. Immerso nel verde trasmette una grande sensazione di tranquillità. Colazione a dir poco straordinaria e gentilissimi i gestori, ci ha colpito una frase spontanea "se tornate ci fate piacere perché questa è anche casa vostra" ed infatti questa è proprio la sensazione che si avverte sin dal primo passo in questa struttura.

La struttura è ben tenuta, con possibilità di permanere in spazio tranquillo, ed in mezzo al verde. Il gestore sempre disponibile, affabile e attento alle esigenze dei villeggianti. Colazione abbondante, preparata con cura e ricca di prelibatezze della casa. Consigliatissimo!
