This is a beautiful and lovely bed and breakfast. Everything you need is there or can be provided. Ines is a lovely host and the breakfast is amazing. The room/apartment is spacious and lovely, and the location has fantastic views. Would definitely recommend it to everybody! We will come back here. Thank you Ines.

It is one of the most charming and spectacular places I have been to in a long time. The lady who welcomed us and prepared our breakfast was very kind and attentive, she did not speak Spanish or English but we understood each other perfectly. The room was amazing and very comfortable, with a very charming decoration. If I have to make a criticism, it is how to get there. There are few buses and the taxi driver did not transport foreign tourists. But otherwise it is 100% recommendable for a few days of disconnection.

A pleasant surprise. As soon as you pass through the gate you find yourself immersed in an enchanting setting, with a large parking area and a park that immediately catches the eye for how tidy and well maintained it is. We stayed in an apartment on the upper floor with one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. Here too all the rooms are spacious, furnished with taste and attention to detail, as in the rest of the property. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied; there is everything and it is of good quality. Before departure, thanks to the availability of the hosts, we visited Palazzo Poggiano located in the park, and it is truly a jewel that leaves you speechless. Finally, the most important thing: the kindness and availability of the hosts, starting with a warm welcome that immediately makes you feel at ease and makes visitors feel at home in this wonderful place, leaving you wanting to return.

We come to this charming place every year for a few days. Great location to reach the coast without the hustle and bustle. In the hills, the evenings are very pleasant and nearby there is the beautiful Santarcangelo. The hosts are like family. Highly recommended.

Ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing stay, to pamper yourself in a fantastic location, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The rooms are very well-kept and clean. The beautiful furnishings and the cool, airy room make you feel really good. The lady who welcomes guests is very kind and breakfast was served in the garden, with care and courtesy. This stay for me and my husband was a dream!... And to think it's just a few km from the sea!

Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery, part of the historic residence of the Malatesta, with a suggestive view of the surrounding hills. Truly beyond expectations, we stayed one night at grandma's house and I must say that everything was extraordinary, from the welcome and kindness of the manager, to the apartment cared for in every detail set in a stunning context! Highly recommended.

Stayed one night at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Position with a view of San Marino and the surrounding hills is truly special. The Bed & Breakfast is meticulously cared for in every detail, making it truly exclusive, both the rooms and the surrounding garden. Excellent breakfast with quality products. The managers are truly caring and kind, making you feel more than at home. They even accompanied us to visit the historic residence of the Malatesta family located within the park, truly a wonder to see. Congratulations, it deserves to stay at this Bed & Breakfast.

Splendid stay in this farmhouse immersed in a truly stunning landscape. The structure is beautiful and the hosts are very kind. The apartment was carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, including a good wifi reception. The breakfast, then, rich in every delicacy. They accept dogs, even large ones, as long as they are well accustomed to staying indoors, like mine (Czechoslovakian Wolfdog). We will definitely come back.

I stayed at this splendid B&B during the Easter period. What can I say, I highly recommend it for many reasons. Firstly, the structure is very beautiful, meticulously maintained, very clean, the breakfast is abundant with a wide selection of products served by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious where, in addition to the bathroom and the bed, there is also a large living room. It is in a strategic position for those who wish to visit the various points of interest in the area. I will definitely come back because it truly deserves it.
