Terrible experience, it was very difficult to rest. Mattress of poor quality, lack of mosquito net. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower. The sheet provides for daily cleaning which did not occur. We decided to leave the structure early, and the owner did not respond to the complaints, ignoring them.

Small room without a TV but clean and tidy. Varied and abundant breakfast. No internal parking for motorcycles.

Excellent location. This does not justify the rest. An old apartment used as a B&B. Very old fixtures, rooms that should be renovated at least a little. It offers air conditioning but at an additional cost. Average breakfast, not a great choice. Cleaning definitely needs improvement (upon our arrival the trash can in the bathroom was not empty). There is no hairdryer available, we asked the owner who disappeared (seemingly annoyed) and reappeared shortly after with the hairdryer in hand (taken from home?). I repeat: excellent location but there is a lot to improve.

Property in a location close to the sea (a few minutes on foot) in a fairly quiet and not very busy area; shops and various services are available in the area. Room and bathroom quite large, abundant breakfast served in a dining room dedicated to guests. Very courteous managers, provided a bicycle. No Wi-Fi available in the property, but public Wi-Fi is available on the beach and along the promenade.

The structure enjoys a good location, well served by bars, restaurants, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, and ice cream parlors. Moreover, it is a short walk from the sea. Excellent reception and service. It's a pity for the lack of the possibility to use the kitchen, apart from a microwave that doesn't always solve the problems. Terrible bed conditions and even worse, the state of the toilet. It's a shame because the place deserves more.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days with our little dog and we had a great time! The 2 owners Pasquale and Cristina are very kind and always ready, the location 100 meters from the sea is excellent, the room with balcony overlooking the garden satisfied us. We recommend it to everyone.
