House with a certain charm, courtyard to park the vehicle (notify the owner). Well located, spacious and functional apartment, clean but a little dusty (the only negative point). Friendly owners.

Cozy apartment, warm upon our arrival in mid-December. It has a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, if desired, but we preferred to go out for it. Very comfortable bed with latex mattresses and functional bathroom. The B&B structure was decorated for the Christmas period and it's like being at home. The possibility of internal parking is an added bonus.

Beautiful property with private parking just a short walk from the center and strategically located for moving both towards Florence and towards Pisa-Livorno. The train station is also not too far and you can reach the Livorno to Siena route with comfortable trains, spacious rooms and spacious, also equipped with the necessary for breakfast/fast lunch, spacious bathroom. The management is very present and helpful. I stayed there in winter and they turned on the heating for free.

Very welcoming environment: clean and accommodating. The manager was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return here in the event of my next visit to Empoli.
