Set in a panoramic location overlooking the Piceno hills, Agriturismo Casa Rosa is a working organic farm, recently renovated, producing wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables. The medieval town of Offida in 2 Km away.

Rooms and apartments at the family-run Agriturismo Casa Rosa all come equipped with a flat-screen TV, frigde and private bathroom. Apartments also feature a kitchen, seating area and air conditioning.

Homemade cakes, jams, juices and hot drinks feature daily in the buffet breakfast. Guest can also buy organic olive oil, tomatoes, aubergines, potatoes and other vegetables on site.

Excellent bed and breakfast, simple and homely but with some touches that make it a quality establishment (for example, the fridge in the room, truly useful, and impeccable cleanliness). The location is strategic both for the sea and for visiting the inland, the view you can enjoy is beautiful and it is very quiet. The breakfast is not very varied but abundant and with excellent homemade cakes and jams. I highly recommend Agriturismo Casa Rosa for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The family that runs Agriturismo Casa Rosa is spectacular, they are all very kind and very respectful of tourists. They are truly hospitable and take care of their farmhouse. Starting from the handmade breakfast with always fresh cakes and seasonal fruits just picked. The bed and breakfast is a half-hour drive from the beaches and 5 minutes from the center of Offida; there is a last small stretch of dirt road to reach Agriturismo Casa Rosa. Ideal for those who want to experience a quiet holiday in the cool, ensuring however the proximity to the sea and the mountains. Thank you very much.

Offida is always wonderful, but seen with this breathtaking view, it's even more beautiful. Agriturismo Casa Rosa indeed has a breathtaking view. Mrs. Maria and her husband were extremely friendly and made us feel at home right away. A new stay will definitely be worth repeating. The breakfast is very abundant and prepared with genuine ingredients.

My husband and I had a great time. We appreciated the panoramic view, the extremely clean, perfect, super clean and comfortable structure and we were welcomed in a superlative manner better than a 5-star hotel. The Ubaldi family knows the true meaning of hospitality, which is a very rare trait as often one comes across unprepared improvisers. Therefore, we highly recommend it.

Structure in a splendid panoramic position. Small but cozy rooms. Small blanket (suitable for a single bed) and not very warm. Broken hairdryer. Very poor breakfast. Also missing the bread that should be the basis of breakfast. 2 cakes available, jam without bread, some packaged products and hot drinks on request.

Ma ritengo indispensabile precisare alcuni punti a onor del vero. - Tutte le stanze dell'Agriturismo dispongono di un letto matrimoniale con coperte per letti matrimoniali. Oltre ai piumini e ai copriletto, gli ospiti dispongono di un plaid che effettivamente copre solo la superficie del letto, essendo concepito come aggiunta al resto della biancheria da letto. - Durante il suo soggiorno presso l'Agriturismo i riscaldamenti erano accesi e come in ogni stanza regolabili a piacere (con termostato). In quei giorni inoltre non abbiamo constatato malfunzionamenti all'impianto di riscaldamento, né altri ospiti hanno riportato disguidi con il riscaldamento e la sua regolazione. - Non appena ci ha fatto notare la presenza del phon rotto, gliene è stato fornito uno sostitutivo. Purtroppo il guasto non ci era stato segnalato precedentemente e nell'ultima ricognizione che avevamo effettuato nella stanza era risultato funzionante. - La colazione che offriamo rispetta le regole regionali in materia di somministrazione di alimenti presso le aziende agrituristiche. Stante l'indiscutibile centralità dei gusti personali, non è precetto la presenza del pane nella prima colazione; nonostante ciò è giusto raccontare come sono andate le cose. A Pasquetta (lunedì) almeno ad Offida non ci sono forni aperti e non disponendo di pane di nostra produzione, le abbiamo offerto il pane del sabato, ma lei lo ha rifiutato perché non fresco. Colgo l'occasione anche per farle notare che l'Agriturismo Casa Rosa dispone di 6 stanze e che quindi può ospitare un massimo di 13 persone. In generale forniamo almeno 2 tipi di torte, 2 tipi di marmellate e la frutta di stagione quando presente. Sebbene possano sembrare poca cosa, riteniamo questa una scelta consapevole e responsabile. Dovremmo prepare una colazione per 25 persone per rendere il buffet bello alla vista e poi buttarne via la maggior parte? In realtà preferiamo fare delle torte piccole, in base al numero degli ospiti, per poter offrire sempre un prodotto fresco, di stagione e magari anche gustoso. Lo stesso vale per tutti gli altri prodotti (freschi e confezionati) che offriamo. D'altra parte siamo sempre disponibili a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti, per quanto nelle nostre possibilità. Sappiamo che certi dettagli fanno la differenza, per questo intendiamo mantenere la nostra politica anche se ci dispiace constatare che la quantità sia preferita alla qualità. Villa located a few kilometers from Offida, it is very peaceful, clean and warm apartments, all equipped with a shower bathroom. The cakes served in the morning were exquisite. I recommend it to those who want to spend a period of vacation in complete relaxation, perhaps with friends.

Family of 4 we stayed a few days (too few) at the Agriturismo Casa Rosa in San Barnaba di Offida. The farmhouse is in an excellent location, surrounded by nature and a few minutes by car from the historic center of Offida, a truly suggestive medieval village that was a discovery for us. A region rich in vineyards where we enjoyed excellent wines. Compliments to Signora Maria who manages the agriturismo with passion and great love, preparing a superb breakfast with homemade cakes and delicious homemade fig jams. For us 'Milanese' citizens always rushing against time, it was an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the scent, flavors, and colors of this wonderful region!

Beautiful and welcoming structure, with a splendid view of Offida, Mount Vettore, the Laga mountains, and Gran Sasso (which were snowy these days). Everything is new and comfortable, I will definitely return. Excellent cleanliness, hospitality, and availability of the owners with an exceptional quality-price ratio.

The structure is new and very clean. The location is excellent; in a few kilometers, many places can be reached. The managers are sunny and very helpful people. The quality-price ratio was one of the best, especially considering our stay period. The rating for breakfast is also very high, given the wide selection we were presented with. The mother's cake was delicious.

We were guests at this property for a very short stay but we still had the opportunity to appreciate it in every aspect. We felt great, it is a place full of peace and you can enjoy a magnificent view. The managers are really kind and helpful. The house is very nice and we also liked the room. We were able to enjoy a fantastic breakfast made of homemade sweets and jam. The flavors of our childhood came back to mind. We promised ourselves to return for a longer period. It is truly worth it. I forgot to mention that the restaurant affiliated with Agriturismo Casa Rosa is excellent and served us a plentiful dinner at a truly ridiculous price.

Family management, with all the positive aspects of the case. The family is fully available. The father accompanies you to the structure, the mother prepares breakfast, and the daughter acts as a guide in the treasure of Offida. Excellent location to visit the beautiful Ascoli and the nearby villages and reach the coast. A nice revelation.

There are other small towns situated nearby, all developed during the Middle Ages. They are mostly perched on green hill tops: Ripatransone, Acquaviva, Castignano, Montalto delle Marche, Cossignano, just to name a few located within a few kilometres, also worth visiting.
Ascoli Piceno has ancient origins and was strongly influenced by the Romans, and boasted the title of “Little Rome”. It is located 180 kms from Rome and is well connected with several daily bus services.
Ascoli Piceno is a popular destination for tourists due to its numerous artistic jewels such as the famous Piazza del Popolo, the church of S. Francesco with adjoining cloister, Piazza Arringo, the Municipal Art Gallery (Pinacoteca civica), the Roman Amphitheater, the Malatesta Fortress, the theatre Ventidio Basso and the arch of Porta Romana. The recreation of the ancient jousting tournament known as the “Quintana” is held on the first Sunday in August, and is well attended by locals and tourists alike.
