Il Podere sul Mare is a charming recently renovated farmhouse located in a privileged position on the hill facing the sea, from which one can admire views stretching from Vasto to Termoli. Immersed in the greenery and tranquility of nature, it offers an environment of extraordinary beauty thanks to its well-kept garden, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and the gentle sound of the waves.

The facility features five elegant and functional mini-apartments designed to ensure comfort and a pleasant stay experience. Among these, three two-room apartments and two studios are furnished with great attention to detail, each inspired by beautiful Vietri ceramics, creating atmospheres that range from the warm and welcoming tones of wood to the vibrant and bright colors of modern furniture. Each apartment is equipped with a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a private bathroom, making them perfect for families or travelers seeking independence.

The common areas offer further opportunities for relaxation and socializing. The large garden offers spectacular sea views, enriched by pergolas and areas dedicated to relaxation, while the free Wi-Fi connection ensures that guests remain connected at all times. The farmhouse by the sea is located in the hilly area of Termoli, very close to the small village of Petacciato. The garden and the pool are very well maintained. My little apartment, Il Papavero, tastefully furnished, was cool on our arrival (also with air conditioning). It has a private bathroom and a small terrace with a wonderful sea view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa bed and two wardrobe spaces. I highly recommend the property: it is enchanting and the management is excellent.

A unique, stunning place, immersed in greenery but with a breathtaking view of the sea. The pool is excellent for families with children. The hosts are friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have been to (and I assure you, we have visited many....).

A breathtaking view surrounded by the sea, immersed in nature with the song of the birds as accompanying music in this magnificent Podere, managed by genuine people who make you feel pampered. Enchanting pool. We discovered a magical place where we will definitely return.

Everything perfect as seen in the proposal, fabulous rooms clean with kitchen furniture like at home, high-quality floor coverings bathroom spacious shower box, it is located on a hill with sea view, 10 minutes by car you arrive at the beach, car essential.

The structure is undoubtedly very beautiful and well maintained, immersed in the green with a wonderful view. It is located about halfway between Petacciato and Termoli. The managers are very kind people. If I were to come back to Molise, I would definitely go back there.

Il Podere sul Mare overlooks the sea from the top of a hill and offers a breathtaking view (which alone is worth the ticket price!). Panorama, silence, and tranquility, far from the city chaos is what we were looking for for a family vacation. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. The welcome from the managers was excellent. The pool, overlooking the Tremiti Islands, although not very large, offered us extraordinary moments of relaxation. From the Podere, you can quickly reach Termoli and Vasto as well as the beaches of Molise and southern Abruzzo. We had a beautiful vacation. Thank you so much and congratulations!

Wonderful structure with a truly enchanting sea view. The only flaw is the location that always requires moving by car. We stayed in the lilac studio: complete with all the comforts and equipped with everything needed, very clean and functional, the only flaw is not having direct access to the outside but it has a small balcony where you can eat. Highly recommended structure also for the kindness of the managers. To complete everything, the available pool.

Structure located in a quiet position that allows you to rest and sleep away from any noise. Beautiful panoramic view overlooking the sea, instilling a sense of relaxation. In the lawn below, there are tables, chairs, sun loungers, and everything useful for sunbathing and breathing in the sea air if you don't want to go down to the beach. The only downside is the absence of a swimming pool, but the owners were working on this. We will definitely return next year and find the pool.

Wonderful landscapes, felt like walking in a Van Gogh painting. The location of the farm allows you to enjoy the view of the sea at any time of the day; enchanting sunrise and sunset. Actually, I stayed in an apartment owned by the managers in the town of Petacciato. Fair price and nice apartment. In 8 minutes by car to the beach.

Our stay (two adults and two children) lasted two weeks and we had a great time. The structure is a joy to the eyes, cared for in every detail without being unnecessarily pretentious: immersed in greenery, a 10-minute (real) drive from the beach of Petacciato Marina. Our apartment (Rosa) is well furnished, very clean, with attention to details, equipped with all comforts, with the only exception of air conditioning (and washing machine). We were really good, the owners made themselves immediately available when we needed them (they are very polite and kind people) and we believe that a stay at Il Podere Sul Mare is suitable for anyone looking for a quiet holiday away from any source of stress. For us, a beautiful discovery and we hope to be able to come back soon. Thank you.
