We booked the accommodation during our hike on the Via Francigena. We were very kindly welcomed. The room with kitchen and bathroom is in a small house in the middle of the olive grove. Everything was very clean and lovingly styled. A small pool is available for refreshment. The breakfast is very tasty, especially the homemade jams and the homemade bread. A very idyllic location for accommodation. We felt very comfortable.

Daniela, the owner of the property, is extremely kind and always very helpful. Her recommendations were extremely valuable in discovering the highlights of the Tuscia. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and in an excellent location to reach Viterbo and all the points of interest in the Tuscia. Beautiful place to stay. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. The garden feels like a small paradise. You can relax in a hammock, lie in the sun or in the shade, or cool off in a small pool. It is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Viterbo. A place suitable for dog lovers! The hostess, seeing that our dog got along with the others on the property, immediately let us let him run, play and graze off-leash in the large garden around the house, which is very well fenced. We stayed during the Ferragosto period for a week, and we had a great time! Highly recommended!

Daniela, the owner, was very kind and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained, with the possibility to eat in the garden and enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the use of the small pool and the comfortable hammocks and sunbeds. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything necessary, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was varied and Daniela even prepared a delicious cake for us. Excellent location, close to the thermal baths and places of interest, highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Optimal location to visit Viterbo and its surroundings. Daniela and her big dog are two excellent "hosts". Daniela is a super welcoming host and gave us great advice on seeing the area. Every day we found fresh fruit in the fridge, picked from her trees. Our apartment was very nice and spacious. Perhaps the only thing missing was a small shelf in the shower to place the soaps. Too bad about the breakfast, which the B&B rules require to be packaged, but it was still complete with everything.

The location is great for those who, like me, chose it having a dog. In the very large and fenced garden, the pet can run freely and safely. A very beautiful and well-maintained place. Comfortable apartment. All just a few kilometers from Viterbo and various points of interest. Definitely a place to consider returning to. Highly recommended for spending a few relaxing days.

The structure is very beautiful, with a large fully fenced garden, perfect for those traveling with their dog. The lady who manages it was very kind and helpful, she provided us with a map and explained the places to visit nearby. The only downside was the breakfast, which, although abundant, consisted almost exclusively of industrial products (except for the fruit). However, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Beautiful house in the countryside with a well-kept exterior and magnificent ancient plants. The room is spacious but a little cramped, lacking a bit of air and light. The negative note is the breakfast with 99% of the items packaged. We were expecting, as read in other reviews, homemade breakfast with products from the surrounding countryside. Only a small piece of cake "made by the owner" and the rest all packaged and of medium-low quality.

Purtroppo questa è la colazione che la legge ci impone di fare anche se fino ad ora me la ero rischiata mettendo a tavola le cose fatte in casa Purtroppo se viene un controllo Mi fa chiudere e prendere una grossa multa la legge regionale del Lazio impone solo alimenti confezionati e non è possibile la manipolazione quindi già il mio ciambellone fatto in casa era una attenzione in più che non avrei nemmeno potuto fare Mi dispiace molto ma queste sono le regole e alla fine ho dovuto adeguarmi pure io. Spero almeno che le mie mele cotogne super biologiche che ha potuto raccogliere direttamente dall'albero siano state gradite.

The B&B is located in a very quiet area a few kilometers from Viterbo and the thermal baths. It is immersed in a beautiful and well-kept garden, equipped with a small swimming pool, sun loungers, and small sofas available for customers to relax. Mrs. Daniela, very kind and always very helpful, delighted us every morning with a plentiful homemade breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, and much more. Her advice was very useful for visiting the Tuscia Viterbese area. The room, with a fridge and fan available, was very well furnished, spacious, and very clean. Great structure both for its location (close to the main road and the thermal baths) and for the management: Mrs. Daniels is a serious and helpful person, capable of making you feel comfortable. The green space on the property is suitable for staying with pets because it is all fenced and therefore safe. In the garden, there are hammocks, deck chairs, and sofas that allow you to spend leisure time in total relaxation. Last but not least: an outdoor tub with continuous water change where you can immerse yourself and relax. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely worth recommending!

Pleasant B&B, clean, well-furnished rooms, light heating so not suitable for those sensitive to the cold. Pets are allowed but they cannot be left alone in the room so be careful with your plans. Payment in cash or bank transfer, no cards accepted. Accessible only by car as there is nowhere to go on foot, but the city center is just a few kilometers away. Not exactly cheap, the lady managing the place is kind and polite, overall a positive experience.

Stay of 4 nights with Holiday Bonus. The location and the place are excellent, the room and the structure in general are good. I expected more from breakfast, the products offered, apart from the homemade cake and jam, are of low quality. For the price paid with Bonus, it was a great stay. Mrs. Daniela sparkling.

Quiet and welcoming place near Le Pozze Terme, which can be reached on foot. Nice structure with everything you need for a relaxing holiday where you can also bring your dog. Daniela is a kind person who always tries to meet the needs of her customers. Good and plentiful breakfast with the possibility to buy excellent house oil. The three of us stayed only one night with a bit of bad weather and we had a great time. Definitely worth trying if you happen to be passing near Viterbo.

The place is very cozy and Gianluca, the owner, was kind and helpful. The spa girls were fantastic, my girlfriend and I felt reborn after the session. The whole structure is delightful, the apartments are lovely and furnished like independent houses. Optimal location, breakfast with fruit, toast, and cookies, too bad there was no choice for breakfast, only flaw.

A beautiful place in unspoiled nature, in the morning we had breakfast in the garden surrounded by greenery and in total silence, broken only by the chirping of cicadas and comforted by the kindness and courtesy of Mrs. Daniela, who pampered us with cakes and jams produced by herself. We had a great time in a large room with a large bathroom, all very clean and tidy, as Daniela takes care of the cleaning personally. A large garden with trees and plenty of shade brightened our free time. The property is located 10 minutes from Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi, which we visited and where, thanks to Daniela's advice, we ate well and had a splendid day. I recommend it to families also for the excellent quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!

The B&B Le Pozze is located a few minutes from Viterbo, near the Terme delle Masse. The welcome and hospitality of the owner and her furry friends was joyful and full of useful tips to visit the city and enjoy the local cuisine. I stayed with my wife (and our two dogs) in this beautiful Bed & Breakfast on the outskirts of Viterbo, spending the night in a nice spacious room with a private bathroom. Finally a real B&B where the manager lives and takes care of his guests with kindness and sympathy. Mrs. Daniela immediately took care of us giving us many valuable tips on everything surrounding her B&B, from restaurants to the most beautiful places to visit. Daniela's breakfast is truly tasty and abundant: we appreciated everything, from sweets to jams, to fresh fruit. The location of B&B Le Pozze Terme is truly strategic: in a few minutes you can reach the center of Viterbo or you can visit the thermal baths or many beautiful locations in the province, including the lakes of Bolsena and Vico. I highly recommend this B&B for its location, for the excellent breakfasts and, above all, for the kindness and friendliness of the owner Daniela and I hope to return soon to these splendid places! We stayed there for the long weekend after Easter. We booked a comfortable accommodation equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to have two dinners on site, after two intensive days of visits. The owner is a pleasant conversationalist always generous with useful advice. The location, about 8 km from the city center, does not hinder easy access, given the excellent road connections. The proximity to the small but well-maintained thermal complex of Le Pozze Terme adds another highlight to the accommodation. We had a great time.

We were there this weekend, my husband and I, together with another couple of friends. We had two opposite rooms that were both beautiful: ours was red, with very warm colors, with a small bathroom but adequate, the other even more beautiful in light color with a large bathroom, envy-worthy! The place is a beautiful area full of greenery, which we would like to return to see in the nice season since unfortunately it has rained almost all the time. What impressed us the most was the breakfast, both for the goodness of the cakes all homemade by the owner (including a spectacular Nutella!) and, of course, the owner Daniela, very kind and very knowledgeable in giving advice on places to visit/restaurants etc. In short, we will definitely return!
