Somewhat shabby property: bathrooms without bidets, showers with curtains and no enclosure, the bathroom floods. General cleaning is imperfect, breakfast is poor and of low quality. Positive aspects: spacious rooms and enclosed parking.

We stayed with two couples of friends and we all had a great time, the rooms are very beautiful, well-kept, as in the photos, excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet environment. The landlady Francesca immediately puts you at ease, caring and attentive to the needs of the guests, she indicated a delightful place to have dinner, much appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast, abundant and with fresh products. We only stayed one night but it would have been nice to stay longer as from the location you can reach several villages. Upon Francesca's advice, we visited Montefalco and especially the San Francesco museum, truly beautiful and worth visiting, then Bevagna, equally beautiful village. What can I say... Highly recommended B&B.
