We stayed with two couples of friends and we all had a great time, the rooms are very beautiful, well-kept, as in the photos, excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet environment. The landlady Francesca immediately puts you at ease, caring and attentive to the needs of the guests, she indicated a delightful place to have dinner, much appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast, abundant and with fresh products. We only stayed one night but it would have been nice to stay longer as from the location you can reach several villages. Upon Francesca's advice, we visited Montefalco and especially the San Francesco museum, truly beautiful and worth visiting, then Bevagna, equally beautiful village. What can I say... Highly recommended B&B.

I stayed with my wife for 6 nights and we had a great time, beautiful place in the green, lovely location. Good area for traveling to the tourist areas of Umbria. Then the owner, Mrs. Francesca, always kind and helpful. To return.

Non c'è nulla da dire! A parte il voto, da 10 e lode, l'accuratezza e la cura del particolare, sono elementi importanti per chi ha una struttura ricettiva. Lo posso dire con certezza, visto che anche io ho una casa vacanza a Roma! Brava signora Francesca. Alle prossime gare di scherma a Foligno saremo nuovamente da lei.

Grazie di cuore alla signora Francesca e a suo marito. Veramente gentili e disponibili in tutto, ci hanno persino accompagnato presso un rivenditore di vini che ci interessava e ci hanno fornito ogni tipo di indicazione. Inoltre il loro B&B è davvero stupendo, arredato con stile ed eleganza molto curato e ricercato. Di sicuro ci torneremo e grazie ancora!

Ho trovato un posto incantevole, stanze arredate con gusto, molto romantiche soprattutto molto pulite, appena fuori Foligno. La signora Francesca si è dimostrata di una cortesia e disponibilità più unica che rara, senza essere oppressiva e ci ha lasciato ampia autonomia nella gestione del soggiorno. Il B&B merita in toto. Grazie mille.

Non credevo di trovare un posticino essenziale. Pulito, confortevole, materassi doc, accoglienza al top. Un'atmosfera elegante, al di là di ogni tensione. Al di sopra delle mie aspettative e posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi turistici.
