Posso dire che è il terzo anno consecutivo che godiamo di questa struttura, e questo di per sè dice tutto, ormai ci sentiamo di famiglia, Giuseppe è un padrone di casa d'eccellenza, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, Lidia si occupa delle camere e della prima colazione come se fosse per lei. Un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti.

Struttura carina e tranquilla, in cui siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo Giuseppe e dalla sua aiutante, Lidia, che si è prodigata in tutto e per tutto per metterci a nostro agio. Grazie a lei, camere ordinatissime e pulizia ai massimi livelli. Ogni giorno, a colazione, brioches fresche e piccole golosità. Il B&B è in ottima posizione, a soli cinque minuti dal mare, in una zona tranquilla della città quasi al confine con San Benedettto. Considerata la struttura, la gentilezza dimostrata e la piacevolezza della vacanza, consigliamo decisamente il soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. Buona la colazione, stanza pulita, posizione tranquilla, abbiamo usufruito delle bici. Da ritornarci.

Stanze ottime e confortevoli. Gestione valida. Colazione normale. Pulizia ottima. Conduzione famigliare. Purtroppo distante dalla spiaggia ma per un soggiorno senza pretese è molto valido. Lo consiglio e lo tengo sicuramente in considerazione per il futuro.

Un bel posto ci siamo sentiti a casa personale molto attento alle necessita e sempre pronto a soddisfarci struttura nuova funzionale ben rifinita e completa di tutti i comfort pulizia impeccabile a livelli superiori a tanti hotel molto blasonati cortesia e familiarità ci tornerò sicuramente lo consiglio per un soggiorno tranquillo a due passi dal mare.

Nella settimana di nostra permanenza siamo stati ottimamente trattati. Struttura ben posizionata, bici a disposizione, stanza confortevole e sempre pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti, la struttura è nuova e curata, il gestore e la signora della colazione\pulizie sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Eravamo in moto non abbiamo avuto problemi negli spostamenti. Sono disponibili anche delle bici eventualmente e la spiaggia dista pochissimo, l'unico inconveniente è che si deve attraversare una strada molto trafficata per raggiungerla, ma niente di troppo problematico.

Siamo capitati in questa struttura quasi per caso è devo dire che ci è andata di lusso un B&B pulito, fresco, accogliente, rilassante, liberi di vivere il proprio soggiorno in massima tranquillità. per chi volesse ci sono anche delle bici a disposizione. Il Proprietario e la signora Lidia persone disponibilissime per qualsiasi cosa. lo consiglio a tutti ed io ci tornerò molto volentieri. Grazie per l accoglienza.

Questo B&B è stata una sorpresa. Struttura nuovissima, giardino carinissimo all'esterno, colazione alla mattina, bici a nostra disposizione, vicino al mare, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e cordialità. Lo raccomando a tutti.

Io, il mio compagno e mio figlio siamo stati davvero bene negli 8 giorni trascorsi nel B&B Sotto gli ulivi. La struttura è nuova e molto curata nei dettagli. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Inoltre la pulizia quotidiana era da 10 e lode grazie all'efficienza della disponibilissima Lidia. Giuseppe, il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e il mare raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e meno di 5 in bicicletta. Inoltre è vicino a tutto ciò che può servire: supermercato, distributore, farmacia, persino un punto vendita bio. Una vacanza indimenticabile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Questa struttura è stata una bella sorpresa! Siamo appena tornati da un weekend a Grottammare e siamo stati benissimo! Il proprietario è veramente molto gentile, la struttura è nuovissima e molto carina, dotata di ogni comfort e in zona molto tranquilla, noi eravamo in 4 e siamo rimasti tutti molto contenti. Torneremo sicuramente!
