AB Suite Innovative Design is a brand new and charming bed and breakfast in Bologna Charming, very particular with exclusive furnishings and refined. It stands at the Porta San Donato, at 100m away from Irnerius and Via Zamboni, a few steps from Via Independence in a highly strategic location for mobility.

All of our suites have a private bathroom with a shower room, air conditioning, a mini-kitchen equipped with crockery, fridge with freezer, electric hob and microwave oven.

Inside the rooms you will find a coffee machine and tea pods, LED TV 40 ".

Free WI-FI, complimentary toiletries and linens.

Breakfast is served buffet style and is worn inside the rooms.

Our hotel has private parking spaces in the garden of the property.

We are 100 meters from the historic center but outside the LTZ.

Perfectly connected to the main train station (walking distance) for those who must go to the Fiera Di Bologna (1, 200 m), Villa Torri (300mt.) Policlinico S. Orsola Hospital (500m) Sismer.

The Rizzoli Hospital is connected by public transport, the central hub for all public transport is located opposite the B & B.

The university district of Bologna, which begins from via Zamboni, is 100 meters. Going away on Via Zamboni will come directly under the TWO TOWERS and THE SQUARE GREATER.

If you arrive by car AB SUITE offers you the opportunity to take advantage of the car park owned by ensuring the utmost discretion, with independent access.

The rooms of AB SUITE offer all the services of a real apartment equipped with appliances, kitchen top, tv, wi-fi, air conditioning, in which you can eat breakfast at home.

It is located on the ground floor of a historic building typical of Bologna in 1800 where there are no barriers.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

We are having a good time in Bologna and this b&b. Although very central we can have a good night sleep in the good bed and quiet room. Hosts are helpfull and very nice! Car is parked perfectly and safe. The room has a small kitchen but no utensils but who needs a kitchen when in Italy! Very happy with good airconditioning because at the moment it is 30+ degrees in Bologna. One thing I would change is the curtains, although multiple layers, it doesn’t totally black out the big window. Be aware in Italy breakfast is never what you are used too in other countries, the b&b does offer some sweet cakelike yummies and you can make yourself coffee in the room but for a proper breakfast you walk to a very nice bakery directly on the left (1 min.) for a fabulous breakfast, delicious cappuccino’s and fresh orange juice. Would definetly come back at this b&b!

Habitación con todas las facilidades necesarias para un óptimo alojamiento. Incluía una pequeña cocina portátil (nevera, pila de fregar... .) dentro de un armario. El desayuno dejaba mucho que distar de lo que esperabamos aun sabiendo que en Italia el tipico desayuno es cafe y algo de bollería o pastelería todo lo que ofrecía era prefabricado y estaba ya dentro de la habitación en una mesa junto a la cama. El café era de cápsulas y los dulces bollería industrial cuando hubiesemos preferido menos cantidad pero algo reciente y un café hecho en el momento de máquina. El trato de la propetaria demasiado impersonal y directo al grano a la llegada: cobrar la habitación e informar del check-out el cual al ser a las 10: 00 nos parecía un poco temprano para lo normal.

La struttura si trova nel quartiere San Donato, a pochi passi dal centro di Bologna. Non è facile parcheggiare su strada ma eventualmente hanno un parcheggio loro da pagare extra. La camera era arredata con cura, non grande ma gli spazi ben studiati. Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha accolto. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Delizioso B&B a pochi passi dal centro, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata. La camera è accogliente, pulita e ben disposta. Il bagno è grande e spazioso, all'interno della camera c'è anche un tavolo sistemato in modo elegante con il necessario per una buona colazione. La camera è arredata con gusto e tutti gli spazi sono utilizzati in modo strategico. La titolare è gentile e disponibile, tornerò ai prossimi soggiorni a Bologna!

Un posticino favoloso, situato a pochi passi dal centro (zona Porta San Donato). Cristina, la proprietaria, è una persona fantastica, molto disponibile e gentile. La camera singola in cui ho soggiornato era bellissima e molto, molto pulita. Non ho altro da aggiungere, sono stato benissimo e consiglio vivamente questo b&b.

Cristina ci ha accolto con un grande sorriso e ci ha proposto il soggiorno nella camera più grande presente in struttura. La camera è arredata con stile e l'abbiamo trovata perfettamente pulita. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina, anche dopo aver fatto il check-out. A due passi dal centro!

Stanza arredata con gusto e completa di tutti i comfort (anche una mini-cucina), a pochi passi dal centro. Cristina, l'host, è stata gentilissima e ci ha riservato un'accoglienza memorabile. Cristina e Antonio sono due host disponibili e alla mano. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza Princesse, pulita e fornita di tutto l'essenziale. Un piccolo suggerimento per chi ha difficoltà a dormire con la luce: la tenda oscurante non filtra completamente la luce per cui consiglio di munirsi di mascherina per dormire.

Siamo stati in struttura per 2 notti. Bella camera, spaziosa e accogliente, pulita e funzionante, fornita di tutto. Unica piccola cosa fuori posto era la macchinetta del caffè che non capivamo bene come funzionasse e ci ha dato qualche problemino. La responsabile è molto cordiale e gentile, ci siamo trovati bene. Se dovessi ritornare sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura data anche la buona posizione, vicina al centro e ai servizi bus anche nelle riduzioni del fine settimana. Approvata!

Ottima location, discreto, pulito, ottima posizione. Unica nota negativa il prezzo molto alto. La camera è piccola, il bagno senza finestra, tutto molto puliti, ma 260 euro per due notti è un pochino esagerato. Io vado a Bologna almeno una volta al mese e un prezzo così non l'ho mai trovato. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e attenta, ma credo che a questo prezzo si può trovare un monolocale più spazioso dove poter gestire anche un pranzo e una cena senza dover per forza andare al ristorante con un aggravio di spese.

L'esperienza nella struttura è stata molto buona, l'arredo è molto particolare e di design, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La posizione è comoda per chi ha necessità di transitare in zona San Donato o porta San Donato, ma si tratta anche di un'area ben servita dai mezzi per cui ci si può facilmente spostare in tutta la città. Migliorabile solo il servizio di colazione in camera, per il resto l'esperienza è stata piacevole. Prenderò di nuovo in considerazione il B&B.

Struttura molto carina particolare e pulita sita all interno di un palazzo con entrata indipendente, Cristina di fatto vi fornirà le chiavi per essere completamente autonomi di muovervi come meglio credete All interno le camere sono ben curate nei dettagli, nella suite princess potete trovare una macchinetta del caffè the e qualche snack. Forno microonde e frigo. Stanza dotata di Smart Tv e Wi-Fi, asciugacapelli e tutto L occorrente per il bagno. Disponibilità di usufruire del parcheggio privato a 15€ al gg. La posizione strategica, appena fuori dalle mura di San Donato e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Bologna, la comodità delle camere e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo fanno di questa struttura una soluzione ideale per un soggiorno in città. La possibilità di parcheggio privato e la gentilezza di Cristina sono un valore aggiunto ed una stella in più sulla nostra visita alla città felsinea.

La struttura è ben curata, design moderno in tutti gli ambienti e pulizia al top, soprattutto nel bagno (privato). La colazione, in camera già apparecchiata su di un ampio tavolo, è stata ampia e varia con macchina del caffè in capsule, vari biscotti e brioche confezionate, latte e succhi di frutta. La camera è inoltre indirizzata quindi si ha la sensazione, chiusa la porta, di essere ovattati e distanti dal traffico, un ogni caso leggero. Gentilissima la gestrice e ottimo il prezzo della camera oltre che il fatto che il caso centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Si raggiungono facilmente le due torri.

Un bellissimo B&B, piccolo ma molto curato nei particolari e nella pulizia. la colazione non siamo riusciti a farla perché siamo partiti molto presto ma nella camera c'era un tavolo con tutto e di più, anche la macchinetta per il caffè espresso, la titolare è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Con una minima spesa ulteriore abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio interno che per chi arriva in auto è una salvezza (no stress parking). Noi lo consigliamo vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Lo consiglio, é fantastico, accogliente, pulizia al massimo dove non si può pretendere di più e poi la cordialità della signora Cristina è impeccabile, un ambiente non grande ma bellissimo. Giancarlo.

Tutto assolutamente ottimo: la padrona di casa discreta e disponibilissima, la stanza bella, la zona tranquilla ma comoda, la colazione perfetta. Anche la sera, poiché vi è la fermata del bus praticamente davanti al portone di casa, anche se si è da sole o solo donne, organizzandosi appena un po' si può girare tranquillamente. Inizialmente avevo preso una singola ma la proprietaria si è subito dimostrata disponibile a renderla doppia e siamo state comodissime. Di sicuro tornerò.

We are 100 meters from the historic center, Via and Via Zamboni Irnerius.
Villa Torri, on avenue Filopanti, is only 300 meters.
The Hospital S. Orsola is 500 mt.
We are now at the beginning of Via San Donato, a part of town where shops, bars and restaurants abound.
To eat near the B & B: 100m recommend the Pizzeria Il Saddler and Flavors of Taranta, always open.
If you want to take a walk in the city center, in 10 minutes you will find yourself in the heart of the city, where restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias will not miss.
