Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

We had a splendid stay at Il Gioiellino, which really is a ‘little jewel’! Well situated for public transport, an elegant room in a fine palazzo and a splendid breakfast. Best of all, Federica is a very professional host who is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to make an exception for this excellent B&B!

Federica was a wonderful hostess. We were able to leave our luggage with her before the check-in time, the room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was perfect: a mix of foods familiar and unique to Torino. Would definitely recommend.

We were very sad to have to cancel this reservation because of COVID and so we cannot give our impressions. The high ratings here are given only to allow the review to post, except for our contact with the host. He was kind, helpful and professional from the start. We thank him for returning our payment, in full and quickly, since the situation was not in our control. When we are able to travel again, we hope this property will be available for us to stay in.

Everything about the property was excellent. The host Federica is a very attentive and caring lady. She is happy to give as much advice as she can and genuinely loves looking after her guests. The property has some really nice touches that you don't get at other places. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Il Gioielino was great. Federica’s hospitality superb ! She was wonderfully helpful in advising us about our visit to Torino and responsive to our requests, very friendly. Breakfast selection was good and location excellent. We highly recommend and would return.

Avete presente quando cercate con tanti dubbi? In questo bed and breakfast andrà tutto bene, stanze pulite e comode, colazione eccellente, responsabile della struttura impeccabile. Vicino alla stazione di Porta Susa, 15 minuti a piedi e siete in piazza San Carlo. Ottimo.

Posizione tranquilla, in zona centrale tra la stazione ferroviaria di Torino Porta Nuova e quella di Porta Susa, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Bar e ristoranti sono vicini. Il bed & breakfast è al primo piano con ascensore in un palazzo storico. La proprietaria è attenta ad accogliere le richieste e a suggerire le soluzioni per rendere il soggiorno gradevole e mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio. Colazione abbondante e varia. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. Da consigliare.

Ottima struttura, camera molto ampia, ben pulita e ben curata anche negli arredi. Posizione ottimale a pochi minuti dal centro di Torino. La colazione ricca e ricercata nei prodotti di qualità (anche bio). Molto comoda la posizione perché vicino alla stazione porta Susa e ai mezzi di comunicazione urbani. Stanza pulita, arredata con gusto. Colazione con prodotti di prima qualità. La Sig.ra Federica che mi ha accolta è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.
