Very welcoming structure with three bedrooms, enchanting location with a panoramic view of Perugia and many other towns. Extremely tidy, very clean and fragrant rooms. Abundant and spectacular breakfast. Very welcoming especially the lady who welcomed us. Definitely worth returning.

I stayed at this B&B over a weekend. Fantastic experience thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the managers of this splendid structure. The excellent cleanliness of the premises is highlighted as well as the very rich assortment offered for breakfast (exceptional pastries baked daily by Simona!). In short, everything is fantastic. The guest is exquisite, discreet but always attentive to the needs of the customers. Impeccable and punctual cleaning. The dining area is super stocked and accessible at all hours of the day and night. A special mention to the cakes of the Hostess, excellent. Quiet location, easily reachable and above all safe, with ample parking in front of the property. Comfortable and cozy bed, rooms equipped with all comforts, welcoming and functional. Feels like being in the family!

To say 'Exceptional' is an understatement. Fantastic! Friendliness, availability, sympathy, courtesy, cleanliness, breakfast at any time, professional service are more than one could expect. My wife and I felt at home. Simona makes delicious desserts. The place is very nice, close to a road junction from which you can go in any direction. No, I couldn't find anything better.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts we have ever visited. It is the best Bed and Breakfast where we had the pleasure to stay. Extraordinary cleanliness, excellent service. Simona and Massimiliano truly unique, kind, and friendly. They made us feel like family. And what about breakfast. Very abundant with quality products and homemade sweets, especially the goodness of Simona's cakes that she prepares with passion. Located in a prestigious residential area, quiet with a beautiful view from where it is easy to reach all the destinations to visit in the area. A Bed and Breakfast that I would highly recommend to a relative or friend, managed by two fantastic people.

I was a guest at this Bed and Breakfast during a festive period on my own. But upon arrival I was greeted by Simona like one of the family, kindness and courtesy throughout. Location near the center very convenient, relaxing, quiet. You can easily move around Perugia. Warm room, very clean, impeccable bathroom, super abundant breakfast with an extra touch from Simona who adds homemade sweets. Coffee always available as well as sweets and fruit and everything that is part of breakfast! Quality and price? Excellent quality for me. The price is lower than everything offered by Tre metri sopra il cielo! I highly recommend staying at this Bed and Breakfast. You will leave a piece of your heart there, I assure you! I will come to visit soon!

My husband and I have traveled a lot and seen many Bed and Breakfasts but this one has surpassed them all. The owners are delightful, truly very kind people. The cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is excellent and, something never seen elsewhere, available all day! Homemade sweets, packaged goods, yogurt, cereals, Nutella and much more; coffee, tea, milk, microwave, and water? The dispenser available all day even sparkling and cold! Heating and services deserve a 10 out of 10. Recommended to everyone, including families with children. We will definitely come back, thank you.

Just returned after 6 days.\n\nI can only confirm everything that has already been written.\n\nGreat location, convenient as a base to visit Umbria.\n\nIt was our first experience with a B&B, we would never have expected to find such a beautiful environment, cleanliness reigns supreme, the breakfast is actually very limited to consider it as such, every good thing was present: from Simona's cakes, which were at least of two different types every day, and often also the 'torta al testo', to pastries, snacks, butter, jams, chocolate, cookies, 'pavesini', 'ringo' and other things that escape me at the moment, to abundant and different types of fresh fruit, to beverages like tea, coffee, barley, chamomile, milk, yogurt, fruit juices. And if you just thought of something, you could find it: the fridge was always stocked, in addition to still and sparkling water, fruit juices, in short, I think we couldn't have imagined finding more than that.\n\nEvery morning, a good morning was given to us with a nice kiss on the breakfast cup.\n\nThen, last but not least, the exquisite hospitality of Simona and Massimo who never missed a chat every evening, with advice on the various destinations and impressions on what we visited.\n\nA few words also about the little family with the two beautiful girls.\n\nDear, we hope to see you again soon and we wait for you in Bologna.\n\nA kiss, Roberto and Nadia.\n\nThank you for everything.\n\nOf course, we recommend this B&B to everyone.

"Just like home"..But better! A corner of paradise to come back happily for romantic moments on the splendid panoramic terrace, pampered by every comfort even "taste-wise", yum yum Simona's cakes: -) Passion, sensitivity, enthusiasm: you see them immediately in every aspect of the B&B but above all you "feel them in your skin", because just a few words from Simona, her look, are enough to understand that you are in a cozy palace. Splendid attic villa, with rooms with parquet floors, new bathrooms and exceptional cleanliness. What can we say about Mrs. Simona (and consort), simply exquisite, for her welcoming, kindness, and care! Not to mention her sweets that enrich with genuineness and delight, a table already quite abundant! Then there is so much greenery that you never tire of admiring the surrounding hills, so that the attic terrace becomes a splendid naturalistic and, if you wish, stellar observatory! P.S.: the nearby highway perfectly connects all the tourist area. Convenient.

Just one word: perfect. Starting from the room that is cleaned every day, impeccable cleanliness, and comfortable spaces. But the best thing is the food! It may be a Bed and Breakfast, but there are always homemade desserts and savory pies that Simona (the owner) prepares and are available day and night! I have traveled to several Bed and Breakfasts in Italy and abroad, honestly, this has been one of the best places I have stayed.

My experience in this enchanting apartment with my partner has marked, and united even more, our lives. No parking problems, especially for motorcycles. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are tastefully furnished and what can I say about the wonderful desserts for breakfast and snacks, to lick your lips and, last but not least, the strong point, the great cleanliness and hygiene that reigns throughout the house. A big thank you for the dedication shown by Mrs. Simona and her partner for helping us find that peace and tranquility that each of us should find every now and then.
