Sehr schöne Unterkunft und nette Besitzerin. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. Zu bemängeln ist einzig die Lage an einer doch recht vielbefahrenen Straße und in der Nähe einer Diskothek, so dass es nachts laut ist.

Ein sehr schönes B+B mit allem drum und dran. Ein kleiner Haken ist die Lage außerhalb von Bologna. Ein Auto ist hier von Vorteil, wobei auch die Anbindung mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt sehr gut funktioniert. Die restlichen Punkte wie Frühstück und Zimmer sind mit dem Auge für das Detail einfach super umgesetzt.

We stayed at Casa Morandi in June 2022 for 3 nights to visit Bologna. The house is not located close to the center, but Bologna is easily reachable by bus. Additionally, near the house there is a tavern with delicious dishes, definitely better than what we found in Bologna. House reached by taxi from the airport. We walked a lot to reach the bus and the tavern, but the atmosphere was beautiful, the house magical, with 3 beautiful cats, the garden, and very kind owners. Normal breakfast with the very kind lady, with whom we enjoyed chatting very much.

It was only one night but we had a great time, the landlady is very kind and available for any information, in a good location you can reach everything in a few minutes. I recommend it.

Very beautiful structure. I don't give it a 10 only because of the location. In fact, being outside Bologna, it is absolutely necessary to have a car to reach it. However, I had chosen it, so I have no complaints at all, but for those traveling without a car, it is not recommendable. Clean, bright, sunny, welcoming. It's worth the price and I will definitely come back. The breakfast is very rich. I give it an 8 because unfortunately I don't like coffee with pods and only that was served (together with tea, fruit juices, and herbal teas).

Diciamo subito che non sono stato male, perciò sgombriamo il campo da interpretazioni fuorvianti! Concordo con chi si lamenta della colazione perché un caffè in camera con una brioche confezionata (tra l’altro senza nemmeno marca e ingredienti così da poter capire gusto o allergeni) per me non è il massimo, anzi, mi fa tristezza! Ma capisco le regole, però una piccola sala colazioni ci starebbe bene! L’arredamento delle camere (tutte diverse) potrebbe essere una chicca ma non sempre si possono soddisfare i gusti: personalmente la Napoleone la trovo inquietante! Ultima annotazione: alle ore 10 una persona di colore non ben identificabile come cameriere ai piani mi bussa la porta per vedere se c’ero o se ero già uscito. Ma se l’orario per lasciare la camera è alle 11 perché bussi alle ore 10? Inizierai a bussare dalle 11:15 in poi dico io! Personalmente non amo gli animali in casa e troverei giusto che nelle note di presentazione della struttura fosse scritta questa annotazione! Capisco che i gatti sono animali da interno più che esterno.

La casa è molto bella, tipico stabile antico ben restaurato, le camere sono molto curate, spaziose ed eleganti e il livello di pulizia è impeccabile. I gestori sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili nei nostri confronti, e la colazione preparataci era più che soddisfacente. Il bed and breakfast è in una posizione ottimale, in una zona di campagna tranquilla, ma non troppo distante dalla città e da altri luoghi di interesse (da Bologna 15 minuti, da Fico 5).

Bed and Breakfast di alta qualità, struttura accogliente, moderna, ambienti pulitissimi, stanze spaziose, colazione abbondante ricca di prodotti di ottima qualità. La titolare è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Bed and Breakfast vicinissimo al centro di Bologna, ma comunque in un contesto green. Struttura moderna ristrutturata di recente, comfort elevati grazie alle più moderne tecnologie impiantistiche. Ambienti caldi. Disponibili sempre bibite e bevande calde o fredde. Un gioiello di Bologna.

Ero a capo di una comitiva di undici persone. Tutti si sono trovati benissimo, hanno apprezzato molto la struttura, la bellezza e comodità delle camere, la disponibilità di Maurizia, sempre pronta ad adoperarsi al meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La posizione della struttura è ad una giusta distanza dalla Tangenziale di Bologna, quindi non troppo lontana da nulla, ma abbastanza per risultare tranquilla e silenziosa. Le camere sono comode, ognuna arredata secondo un diverso tema, molto carine. La struttura è pulitissima. Anche per quello che riguarda la colazione, la comitiva è rimasta molto soddisfatta della varietà dei cibi presentatici. Ci torneremo sicuramente in un prossimo viaggio a Bologna.

Il voto al gestore, non è per mancata gentilezza, ma per la difficoltà di organizzazione al nostro arrivo. Camera pulita, anche se un po' rumorosa (lato strada), colazione buona. Nell'insieme un buon B&B.

Una sensazione unica, la camera Napoleone è fantastica. La cura per i dettagli della proprietà sono impagabili, come le candele profumate e la disponibilità di vivere come se si fosse a casa. Comodissima per chi deve lavorare in zona fiera, a non più di 8-10 min in macchina. La prossima volta che ci ritorno voglio provare altre camere, visto che sono tutte una diversa dall'altra e soprattutto vorrei godermi il barbecue che è a disposizione degli ospiti per grigliate fra amici. Un B&B naif come piace definirla alla proprietà:) Consiglio l'integrazione nella colazione anche di prodotti salati, dalle uova, al prosciutto, al formaggio, a qualche torta salata.

Grazie per la bella recensione che mi era sfuggita. Purtroppo per quanto riguarda la colazione è la normativa che disciplina i b&b a prevedere che possano essere serviti solo prodotti confezionati e monodose. C'erano però a disposizione un frigo e dei fornelli per cucinarvi ciò che preferivate....questo per offrire il massimo dell'elasticità rimanendo nei parametri di ciò che è consentito.
