Our B&B is on the fourth floor with an elevator in an old building, and is equipped with a bright and sunny room with a double bed and two French windows from which our guests can take in the view of the Basicilia di San Siro, a cathedral in Genoa. It is also possible to add a third bed.

The bathroom is for the exclusive use of our guests and is located outside the bedroom.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet with a faucet in the wall, bathroom towels, blowdryers and everything necessary for personal cleanliness.

In the bedroom, (24 mq)) you will find internet connection with free wifi, and a refreshment corner with an electric kettle for coffee, tea and herbal tea, In order to be able to enjoy maximum freedom during their stay, our guests will be given keys to the apartment, permitting them therefore to come and go from the apartment as they please.

How to arrive:
From the international airport of Genova Cristoforo Colombo
Taxi (duration of travel around 20 minutes)
Volabus (amt) (duration of travel around 30 minutes). Get off at railway station Principe.

From the ferry terminal
Taxi (duration of travel around 5 minutes)
Bus to Caricamento and get off at Caricamento.

From the train station Genova Porta Principe
Travel time by foot around 10 minutes
Take Via Balbi, arrive in Piazza della Nunziata after about 100 meters, turn right at Via Cairoli, and then turn right again at Via San Siro.

Arriving by bus from Principe Station
Take bus number 34 and get off in Piazza Nunziata.

Aaariving by car:
The Bed and Breakfast is located in a pedestrian area, where access is surveilanced by video cameras and is permitted only to residents.

Seeing as during your stay you will have no need to use your car, given that you will be in a central position and able to easily find all principal tourist sites of interest by foot, we will provide you with the most economically convenient parking lot:
Marina Park (daily cost 15 euro)
From Marina Park to the Bed and Breakfast, we advise you to take the metro and get off at SAN GIORGIO (one stop), then to continue by foot for about 150 metres, and you will have arrived at the B&B.

Everything was perfect, the warm welcome from Rafaela, the cleanliness and arrangement of the place, the location of the accommodation, the value for money. We had a wonderful time with family and will not hesitate to repeat the experience during our next visits to Genoa.

The bed and breakfast is located in a strategic place to visit all of Genoa on foot. The room is cozy and equipped with every comfort, at night super quiet, you rest very well. Raffaella and Maurizio are very kind and welcoming. A bed and breakfast that I recommend!

"The thousand and one Genoa" is not just a simple Bed and Breakfast: it is much more, so much so that a rating of 10 is not enough to give the right value to what Raffaella has created. A house of friends that opens its doors to tourists, which is diligent from the booking stage to provide information and services that 4-star hotels often do not bother to provide; a super functional room equipped with all the comforts (including complimentary drinks in the minibar and various gifts); a fabulous location just steps away (two) from the Old Port; an incredibly advantageous quality/price ratio that includes late check-out on Sundays. In short, Raffaella has created a very precious gem that reflects her great heart and her attention and care for the tourist. I would go back and recommend it without any doubt! B&B located a short walk from the historic center and near Piazza Principe station. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main Genoese tourist attractions. The old port, the aquarium, the sea museum, the Rolli, as well as the departure point of the funicular and elevators to reach the upper part of Genoa. Very clean room, welcoming, very kind and discreet owners. Bath linen with daily change (a service rarely encountered in starred hotels). We had a great time and will definitely consider it for any future stay in Genoa.

B&B in a very convenient position to reach all the main attractions of the city comfortably on foot. There are many bars and restaurants in the area for every taste. We had a great time and the hosts were really kind and welcoming, even before arriving it was very easy to communicate to agree on the arrival, information, etc. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable... and with a very useful small fridge (for example, we also used it to store our baby's purees) and provided with water and more. The B&B is in a strategic position, convenient even for those arriving in Genoa by car as it is very close to a garage (for a fee), and just a stone's throw away there is a delicious typical cuisine restaurant. Surely when we return to Genoa, I will try to book here again.

I review with great pleasure this facility because it deserves to be recommended. The location is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the beautiful Via Garibaldi. My compliments, however, go in particular to the 'hostess' who provided us with the utmost assistance even before our arrival, booking the garage for our car and giving us every possible indication to facilitate our arrival. The room is large and spacious, the cleanliness is excellent. There is a minibar in the room with every type of drink, all kindly offered by the facility. Furthermore, on our departure, she made us find three small water bottles for the return journey (since we were three) and a pack of cookies. An undeserved kindness that describes well the level of hospitality of the facility. Finally, a note of merit goes to the price, absolutely below what we expected considering the extremely central location. Many more compliments, thank you for everything!

Beautiful structure in the historic center, ten minutes away from the Aquarium. Very kind and helpful owners. They redo the room and the minibar every day, from which you can take what you need. Fabulous.

The overnight stay was pleasant and relaxing, the facility is equipped with all amenities. The manager welcomed us very well and was super helpful. We liked the location of the property because it was close to the Old Port, always using the boats to move along the coast. The property offers absolute privacy and independence and is spacious. The breakfast (included) at the bar just steps from the property was also very pleasant, with outdoor seating in a cute little street in front of our favorite shop. Don't miss the elevator to access the panoramic terraces near the property, truly beautiful.

The property is excellent, spacious, clean and very close to the Porto Antico; it is in a strategic position to explore Genoa. The managers are very kind and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. If we had the opportunity to return to Genoa, we would go without hesitation to this Bed and Breakfast. We had a great time. The only flaw is that breakfast is served in an old and beautiful bar in Genoa, very close to the Bed; the food is good, but the staff is not very welcoming.

Bellissima posizione per visitare tutta la città sia alta che portuale. Raffaella, la propietaria, è gentilissima e disponibilissima. Massima privacy e indipendenza. Stanza luminosissima e ben tenuta. Io ho soggiornato con mia figlia che se ne è innamorata... Consiglio di soggiornarci a tutti!

B&B veramente eccellente. Posizione comodissima, proprietari disponili e accoglienti, camera ottima spaziosa e confortevole e colazione degna di nota! Il soggiorno qui è stato davvero piacevole. Super consigliato!

La posizione di questo B&B è ottimale per camminare comodamente a piedi nel centro di Genova, in quanto si trova vicino a tutti i principali luoghi di interesse (acquario, musei, palazzo ducale e cattedrale). Struttura degna di una buona recensione: i proprietari sono disponibili e gentili, ottima pulizia, camera luminosa e spaziosa.
