El desayuno se toma en un bar en otra calle, no en el B&B, como aparece en la presentación. No había desayuno ni el domingo 30 de Diciembre ni el 1 de Enero El lunes 31 por la tarde no había calefacción en la habitación. Muy poca luz natural y mala iluminación, no se puede leer. Por estos motivos acorté mi estancia en el B&B.

The owner is welcoming and helpful, the B&B Idea is located in a great area convenient for moving around Termini area. The room is spacious, with all the comforts and the availability of shower gel and shampoo, not common. As I have already mentioned, the shower leaks a bit of water and the environment is cool, but in summer it's practical for this. In the absence of breakfast, the presence of coffee pods or a moka pot would be appreciated. The fridge is available for common use. I recommend it and will return.

Buongiorno. grazie per la recensione. I riscaldamenti per legge si sono stati spenti dal 9 aprile. Nell' armadio a sua disposizione in camera c erano più coperte in caso di bisogno. La colazione era stato detto che doveva pensarci lei fuori. Niente sorprese.

The room was very clean, the owner of the property very kind. Strategic location near Termini. The price is high, in my opinion, but less than the usual madness in Rome. Too bad about the kitchen unusable even for a kettle or coffee. There is no elevator but the stairs are not steep.

Mi dispiace che non ha specificato il prezzo reale per tre persone e che con una piccolissima aggiunta sua moglie e' potuta restare in camera fino al pomeriggio ad aspettare voi che tornavate dalla partita per le 16. Cosa per la quale mi ha ringraziato tantissimo. Anche perché dopo le 12 la camera andrebbe pagata per intero.comunque grazie mille.

We had a great time. The room was truly beautiful, modern, and spacious. Very close to Termini station and very convenient to the metro. Impeccable cleanliness and the owner is very kind and super helpful. On the last day, we were leaving with the evening train and she let us keep the room all day to keep our luggage. The price was also really good. When we return to Rome, it will definitely be our place.

Very clean room, Mrs. Gianna very kind and helpful. The only problem is the absence of the elevator and the size of the room and bathroom, a bit small and therefore you have a bit of difficulty in movement. Everything else great. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this B&B Idea with my family for 4 days and I must admit that we had a very good time. Mrs. Gianna is very kind and not intrusive, the room is a bit small but clean and especially in a quiet area and close to the train station and metro. Great price. I recommend it.

Mi serviva un B&B nei pressi del policlinico Umberto I. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare quest'ottima struttura, confortevole e molto pulita. In una zona servita da ristoranti e pizzerie e a dieci minuti a piedi dal policlinico. La consiglio caldamente. La proprietaria, signora Gianna, è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, ed ha reso più piacevole un soggiorno tutt'altro che semplice. La colazione si fa ad un bar lì vicino con caffè e cornetto. Grazie signora Gianna, spero di poter tornare presto per motivi turistici e sicuramente soggiornerò nel suo ottimo B&B.

Ha risposto immediatamente alla mia richiesta di informazioni, la proprietaria Signora Gianna, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Vicinissimo alla stazione termini e alla metro si và tranquillamente a piedi e sul percorso molti i bar e ristoranti peraltro gentilissimi anche loro. struttura molto tranquilla. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Consigliato.

Struttura accogliente, pulita, senza particolari pretese. Posizione ottimale in un quartiere residenziale a pochi minuti a piedi da Termini. La colazione (cornetto + caffè o cappuccino) si fa al bar in strada, tramite un ticket che ti consegna il gestore al momento del check in. L'unica cosa: i ticket riportano il nome del vecchio bar con cui il gestore aveva la convenzione (il bar è chiuso oramai). Al momento del check in il gestore non ha specificato questa cosa e siamo stati costretti a chiamarla alle 7 del mattino perché non sapevamo quale fosse il bar dove fare colazione (il bar giusto è a 50 metri, ma vallo a sapere., non era l'unico bar in zona). Un consiglio al gestore: getti via i ticket vecchi (dei semplici pezzi di carta stampati) e ne stampi di nuovi! Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Ho soggiornato nel b&b idea perché ho sostenuto un concorso in polizia nel mese di febbraio. È vicinissimo alla caserma di Castro pretorio quindi comodità estrema nel raggiungerla! Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro che ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, ben organizzato e soprattutto ottima pulizia e gentilezza della signora Giovanna (ci ha accolti come se ci conoscesse da una vita mettendoci da subito a nostro agio). La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo ed è in un bar vicino al b&b oltretutto con una vasta scelta e anche lì abbiamo trovato il personale gentilissimo. Ora torno a Roma per un concorso che dovrà sostenere il mio compagno e ovviamente non ci pensiamo due volte torniamo qui... a presto signora.

Buona la posizione, vicino la metro e la stazione termini. Struttura semplice e pulita. La colazione è prevista in un bar vicino la struttura ma la domenica il bar è chiuso per cui non è possibile fare la colazione.

Sono stata a Roma Per un concorso di polizia posso dire che la padrona di casa è davvero una signora eccezionale: simpatia e rispetto assicurati! La camera è pulita e se si richiede c’è anche la possibilità di avere il wifi! Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Posto assolutamente da consigliare. Posizione centrale e collegata benissimo. Pulizia indescrivibile. Appena sono entrato nell'appartamento, mi sono sentito subito a casa. La padrona di casa di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmante. Dovete assolutamente andarci. Provare per credere. Ho alloggiato 2 giorni in questo posto stupendo, e sono stati i giorni più belli della mia vita. La prossima volta saprò sicuramente dove andare! Ho letto di cellulari che non prendono, e non è assolutamente vero. A me prendeva benissimo. In più la signora mi ha fornito la password del WiFi. Meglio di così non potevo trovare. Ho soggiornato in questo B&B lo scorso fine settimana, assieme ad altre due persone, in una camera tripla. Ottima posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e due minuti dalla metro B, zona silenziosa. Ottima anche la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza della proprietaria che abita proprio di fronte alla camera (abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano ma ci sono stanze anche al terzo). Colazione compresa nel prezzo presso un bar nelle vicinanze, caffè/cappuccino e brioche (molto buone e grandi). Purtroppo non c'è WIFI e il cellulare prende poco ma non è assolutamente un problema! B&B consigliatissimo, dovessi tornare a Roma so già dove alloggiare:).

Salve, ho soggiornato al B&B Idea dal 2 al 7 luglio 2017; il B&B si trova a 5-7 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Castro Pretorio (Linea B); ideale per chi dovesse sostenere concorsi in polizia via del castro pretorio. La stanza era molto pulita con TV e bagno privato (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, tovaglie e phon). Colazione all'italiana all'esterno in bar molto fornito Unica pecca la mancanza di linea Wi-Fi. Gestione familiare, molto educati e disponibili.

Struttura davvero ben tenuta, nuova, pulita, con bagni in camera. La padrona è molto gentile, disponibile e abita al piano di sotto. Unico neo per qualcuno può essere il terzo piano senza ascensore.

Ottima la posizione in cui si trova la struttura, vicinissima alla stazione Termini e da qui é possibile spostarsi facilmente sia con i mezzi che a piedi per visitare la città. Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera. Buona la colazione nel bar vicino la struttura. Consigliato!

Ho soggiornato nell'aprile 2014 in questa struttura con il mio fidanzato e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, personale gentile e disponibile, buona la posizione vicino alla stazione termini, e camera pulita e spaziosa. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
