The villa, surrounded by greenery, is a 2, 5 km from the beach, anything less from the center.

Consists of several apartments. all independent and fully furnished, kitchen area, spacious bedrooms and private bathroom.

The house faces toward a courtyard, surrounded by flowerbeds,
there is a small pool and a gazebo, equipped with kitchen, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, tables and chairs at guest’s disposal. The mansion is surrounded by a fenced and neat county: the ideal place if you love nature and quiet.

You can walk on country paths and visit the farm, which lodges donkeys and sheeps.

The driveway access, leading to the villa, we relaxed and safe, especially when children are present.

The house, simple furnishings and curated gives the opportunity to spend a holiday with friends and relatives while maintaining their independence.

Structure environmentally sustainable with photovoltaic electricity and solar thermalfor hot water.

The villa is on a hill, 2 minutes drive from the sea, the beach is wide and is free for non-payment; and it is 1. 5 km from supermarkets, shops and pharmacies in the town center, so it is necessary to move by car.

The weekend was very bad. The other guests were very rude, they made noise from morning till night (especially the first night they were outside screaming I don't know what until 3:00 AM despite there being signs in the stairs and hallway not to make noise and to be quiet... As if? People sitting on the floor in swimsuits in the hallway as if it were an extension of their room and to pass you had to slalom, and they looked at you badly because they had to move a leg. Not to mention the pool, my son wanted to use it and the children of the aforementioned "guests" told him that he could only go in when they came out, indeed they never left it and my son could only use it after 7:00 PM and for a few minutes. This is because there was never a manager on site to monitor the situation, it felt like being in a military barracks where you had to endure the famous "nonnismo", we arrived first and so you must follow our rules. Unfortunately, because of people like this, I do not recommend this place for a vacation or a weekend.

The property is far from the sea, but in the end you get used to going down to the coast. The rooms are cool and without insects, fortunately. The atmosphere is familiar and, all in all, it's good.

Apartment not very clean with old and cluttered furniture, cobwebs in the corners. A hairdryer is something that should be there for the price it can cost, no shower gel or shampoo. Luckily it was only for one day.

I spent a week with friends in this property. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. There is also a large shared kitchen and outdoor gazebos where we spent pleasant evenings barbecuing. The house is on a hill, but in a few minutes you can reach the center and the beautiful beach of the town. We also rented bicycles and it took ten minutes to reach the sea. The owners were very helpful and ready to meet all our needs. We particularly appreciated the opportunity, offered by the landlords, to use the products grown in the surrounding garden and the eggs that their hens laid daily. The quality price ratio is also excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in the name of relaxation.

Fantastic week. Apartment quality price excellent, countryside position but in 2 minutes you arrive at the sea and in the center. Kitchen and refrigerator in the apartment, perfect for young people who do not want to spend too much by dining out every evening. Barbecue always ready and skiticchi under the gazebos at will. See you soon.
