The house is very bright with double exposure full of windows, quiet, in the pedestrian zone.

sempione near the park, green area in the heart of the city.

close to the museum of the Triennale and the Sforzesco Castle.

The house is accessed via a long private balcony with flowering wisteria, jasmine, roses, calla lilies.

The building has a courtyard garden typical of the old milano almost impossible to find today.

The house is spread over two floors, 220 m2.

On the top floor (third floor), 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.

On the lower floor (second floor), large living room, kitchen, dining room

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Camilla Santi B&B's studio is very cozy and charming; designed as a small double-story studio, it has everything you need to stay in comfort and beauty. The only negative note is the absence of a bidet.

The apartment is very authentic and special. It is located in a nice neighborhood and there are many bars and places to eat. Our room was spacious with a very large bathroom. Climbing the stairs is not so easy as they are narrow. The owner, Camilla, is super gentle and helpful with everything we needed. Although we had a small issue with the hot water, she managed to fix it on time.

We had a wonderful time in Camilla her little studio in China Town in Milano. Very friendly host, beautiful and creative environment. Inspiring place! Would stay there again when coming to Milano. Good location, nice area and very well connected to the rest of the city!

This is an authentic B&B, situated at the end of a Traffic free street. It is easy to reach the city centre on foot. The room was ok and came with a very big bathroom. The entrance to the room though was very narrow with a steep spiral staircase. For breakfast we went to a Nice coffeeshop just across the street.

Certes, la salle d'eau est exiguë et, en septembre, le logement un peu sombre (rez-de-chaussée), mais nous avons beaucoup aimé le goût avec lequel est décoré ce petit appartement de charme, la tranquillité du patio sur lequel donne la porte entourée de verdure et l'accueil très serviable de la personne qui, ce jour-là, remplaçait la propriétaire. La localisation est très appréciable (proximité de sites incontournables à Milan et d'arrêt de bus et de trams). Le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant étant donné les prix des hébergements à Milan. Nous recommandons vraiment ce B&B.

Very nice structure, decorated with style and originality. Convenient location with main attractions within walking distance. House and room a bit warm due to lack of air conditioning, but with the fan it's possible to stay comfortably and sleep without too many issues. Comfortable bed. Overall, I had a good stay, they welcomed me nicely and provided everything I needed. Positive experience.

Two issues: the management only accepts cash payments, but this was communicated to me only after booking. The single room is small, and I understood this, but I did not notice in the photos that there is practically no space between the bed and the TV stand, so to open or close the window you have to climb over the bed. The overall structure is pleasant and in a good location, but some details should be improved, maybe following the advice of an architect for space organization.

My stay at Camilla's house was very positive. It's a quiet, clean place with a nice design. Camilla was very kind upon my arrival. The courtesy detail with biscuits, coffee, and tea was very good... Close to a variety of restaurants, I highly recommend going there. A really nice house.

For the single room: Regarding breakfast, I was told it was not included, so just a coffee sachet and a few cookies. Checking on the website, breakfast is included. The room is extremely basic, small, to reach the window beyond the bed, the space is 25 cm. The bathroom is private but you have to walk down the hallway. Outside, they are renovating the facade causing major inconveniences, but I was informed about this. However, a light point to ease entry at night would be necessary. It is certainly not worth the €80 paid.

Difficile incontro il nostro, ricco di delusioni, mi spiace. Mi scuso con Lucia per non avere specificato che il bagno è ad uso esclusivo ma in corridoio,che la coazione è una buona scelta di tisane e the ad infusione, cioccolato cappuccino nescafè. solubile.. (bollitore), acqua in bottiglia di vetro, biscotti monoporzione di una nota pasticceria torinese.. Insomma il necessario per. un gentile risveglio. Sono distratta dal fastidio causato dalla ristrutturazione della facciata, il desiderio di essere chiara sui disagi che la cosa può provocare.. mi ha fatto dimenticare di spiegare tutto quello che di solito specifico con chiarezza. Per la luce all'ingresso concordo con Lucia, ho provveduto subito a chiamare il capo cantiere che ieri aveva tolto la lampada /per fare meglio il suo lavoro: ( oggi rimessa. le delusioni sono cose che tutti facciamo fatica di accettare.. deludere un ospite è per me fonte di grande dispiacere. la "piccola stanza" ha anche grandi estimatori, con la sua monacale dimensione, arredata con arte povera, si veste di serena luminosa essenziale modestia.

Alejandra è stata molto accogliente! La stanza in cui ho alloggiato “Letto alla francese” era pulita e modesta. Il bagno era privato, ma esterno alla camera, tuttavia essendo in fondo al corridoio era del tutto riservato. La zona è bellissima, la strada è chiusa al traffico, pertanto molto silenziosa!

Se amate le case con una personalità, se cercate lo spirito antico di Milano senza perdervi la Milano moderna, se addirittura siete artisti, architetti o poeti..allora l'appartamento di Camilla Santi lo dovete proprio conoscere e vivere. Al secondo piano di una bellissima casa (penso di inizio novecento) "di ringhiera" con la corte e i ballatoi pieni di verde. Appartamento accogliente riposante, arredato con molto gusto. La posizione è strategica, nella pedonale via Paolo Sarpi, lunga, pedonale, tanto animata quanto sicura anche di sera. La mattina presto vi consiglio una passeggiata nel vicino Parco Sempione e poi una prima colazione bis in uno dei bar di Corso Sempione. Il B&B si trova fra l'altro a due passi dalla sede RAI di Corso Sempione. Oltre al metrò, incrociano in zona molti tram e bus, vi consiglio per visitare la città, sia la linea bus circolare 94 (all'inizio di via Sarpi) sia il tram 1 che con le sue affascinanti vetture "1928" transita da Corso Sempione.

Mi sono trovato benissimo in un ambiente elegante e perfettamente a mio agio. Bellissimo l'ingresso con tutte le piante inimmaginabile in centro a Milano. Bella la posizione zona pedonale e centrale. Facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Conto di ritornare quando passerò a Milano e lo consiglio a chi vuole stare in pace.

Ci siamo trovate veramente benissimo. In occasione del nostro soggiorno a Milano abbiamo scelto questo B&B e l'abbiamo trovato ottimo!Tutto perfetto. La posizione, la camera bellissima e molto ampia, con tanta luce, silenziosa e ben arredata. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile. Presenza del Wifi molto apprezzata. A due passi dalla fermata della metro e poco distante anche dal centro. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

È stato un grande piacere soggiornare in questo B&B (anche se solo per una notte). Molto accogliente, arredato con gusto ed in modo creativo (aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato). Camilla è molto disponibile (ha sempre risposto a tutte le nostre richieste di informazioni via mail). Posizione vicina al centro (ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici) e possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio convenzionato a pochi metri. Sicuramente un posto in cui sarà piacevole tornare.

Bellissimo e curatissimo, nel cuore della vecchia Milano. Ben posizionato nella tranquilla via P. Sarpi. Lo consiglio a chi vuole essere in centro ma allo stesso tempo lontano dalla ressa.

Camilla ci ha fatto trovare una location davvero particolare e deliziosamente arredata, con grande stile artistico e personale e mi ha fatto molto piacere trovare una cosa così poco comune. L’appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale, non sembra di essere nei grandi palazzoni di Milano.

Una sistemazione comoda e particolare nel centro di Milano in una bella zona comodamente servita.. ideale per visitare la città o quel che si può vedere in pochi giorni. La casa è arredata con molto stile e da ogni cosa emerge il senso artistico della proprietaria che l'ha posta in quella posizione, pulita impeccabilmente e molto silenziosa. Un vero piacere tornare in un posto così dopo una giornata passata in mezzo al caos dell'Expo. Non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la proprietaria ma la ragazza che l'aiuta nella gestione, Bianca, è stata molto gentile e disponibile (siamo venuti da Firenze in macchina e avendo trovato molto traffico siamo arrivati quasi dopo un'ora rispetto all'orario previsto e lei ci ha aspettato ed accolto con molta gentilezza) In conclusione, anche questa volta sono molto soddisfatta della mia scelta e mi sento di consigliarla a chi voglia soggiornare a Milano in un posto che forse non si aspetterebbe mai di trovare in una città così.

Soggiornare presso di Voi è stata la chicca sul nostro viaggio di piacere per visitare l'expo. Nel cuore pulsante di Milano, con tutti i mezzi di trasporto nelle immediate vicinanze, Bar e ristoranti ovunque, passeggiate nel parco Sempione, con parco dedicato per l'amico a quattro zampe. Un appartamento traboccante di arte e cultura, oltre ad uno splendido gusto nell'arredamento, io e la mia amica elisa ci siamo sentite come delle regine, ritorneremo sicuramente anche perché a Milano c'è tanto da vedere e la posizione della struttura permette di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Dispiaciute di non avere conosciuto personalmente Camilla, perché ne saremmo state veramente liete, ringraziamo Bianca per la sua gentilezza, cortesia e grande disponibilità, Vi abbracciamo e Vi diciamo arrivederci a presto... e ancora grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

Viaggio (se così vogliamo chiamare poche ore) di lavoro. Il palazzo non è tenuto benissimo ma la casa è una piacevolissima sorpresa: in piena "chinatown" molto bella e arredata con gusto e silenziosa. La posizione è fantastica e molto ben servita anche dai mezzi pubblici. A piedi è possibile raggiungere moltissimi luoghi di interesse. La proprietaria, Camilla, è stupenda: simpatica, gentile e riservata. L'ho eletto a mio B&B di elezione. Certamente tornerò a MIlano anche solo per il B&B.

La casa è molto bella e arredata con stile. La posizione è ottima, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi luoghi d'interesse come il cimitero monumentale, Parco Sempione e il centro. Camilla molto gentile e riservata. Mi sono sentita come a casa!

Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e fantasia, ideale per un fine settimana romantico. Tipica casa Milanese a Ringhiera, Camilla è una persona disponibile e ci ha suggerito posti molto carini dove andare a cena. Persona riservata e non invadente. Consiglio senz'altro la struttura.
