The host was kind and a wonderful lady. She allowed us early check-in and late check-out. She also provided her kettle and cups so we could drink tea. The room was very quiet and dark at night, which helped us rest well. Warm blankets were available for the night and there was air conditioning. The TV had a good selection of movies in English. The property itself is clean, bright, and in a good location: not far from the airport (a short taxi ride) and within walking distance of the seashore. We liked the place and would stay again.

We knew our late flight would cause us to miss the shuttle and reception staff. But the host was a great communicator on text, helping us to check in on our own with information and videos. Our flight was delayed so the bus was not running and we had to take a taxi about 6 minutes from the airport. This was frustrating since it was a short trip but still cost 30 euro. In the morning we were able to take the bus. There are no open stores to buy a ticket so that cost 7 euro per person. With transportation costs included we could have stayed somewhere more expensive with a shuttle. BUT that was not the fault of the host. The location was a short ride to the airport, the room was clean and spacious. Two bottles of water and towels were waiting for us. The shower was GREAT and the AC worked very well. We were happy in the location but getting to and from the airport without a car was challenging.

The place is fantastic to stay for an overnight for the airport. The lady at the front desk could not have been nicer. Super friendly and set us up with a place to go to dinner (Cielo) which was great and also set up a taxi for us for an early pick up. The hotel charges 20eu for a shuttle service or 25eu for your own private taxi. The rooms were the perfect size. Very clean. If flying out of Rome airport this is where I would stay again.

Very convenient location, close to the airport, and reasonably priced. We got through Rome traffic in the evening, and just took a quick shuttle to the airport in the morning. Room was a bit noisy, but the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. Nice staff kept in touch with us about our later than expected arrival time. Definitely would stay again on a return trip from Rome.

I booked this lovely B&B for only one night since it was close to the airport. I now would book for several nights because it was so enjoyable and close to the coast where fishing boats come in and sell their catch of the days. The host was very helpful with instructions on how to take public transportation from Rome to the B&B site. The B&B was close to stores, and very good restaurants. The room was beautiful, clean with very comfortable beds, it even had a cute corner fireplace. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for an overnight layover. Claudia was such a lovely host and even stayed at the front desk late to check us in when we had to wait at the airport for our luggage. She gave us a recommendation to a taxi that was 30 Euros instead of Uber (which was 40 Euros) and even booked our taxi back to the airport the next morning. So helpful! There were water bottles for each of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was walking distance (3 minutes walk) to a great local Italian restaurant for dinner.

I have been here a few times and absolutely loved the rooms and the price was perfect for the quality. This year I was so disappointed. The room even though not deluxe was disgraceful. Small and uncomfortable and old. Skirting boards weren’t even on the walls and I paid almost double than a year ago for a more premium room. Even the breakfast has gone downhill. I was so shocked. Great location but not worth the price of the room.

Well-kept room, decorated in a comfortable but slightly cheap style. Had everything we needed, including complimentary water bottles upon arrival. It is not located very centrally if you are looking to spend time in Fiumicino and are only walking, however the staff did provide a couple good restaurant suggestions within walking distance when we checked in, and we really enjoyed the place about ten minutes away which we went to for dinner. Our check-in was in the late evening and the receptionist was very friendly and fluent in English.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and while the room itself was clean and the bedding was fresh, our experience was marred by its less than ideal location. Our room was situated on the ground floor, right next to what seemed to be a septic system. This proximity meant that we had to keep the bathroom door closed throughout the night to prevent any unpleasant odors from entering the room. This was a significant drawback to an otherwise clean and decently furnished room. The septic odor issue made our stay quite uncomfortable, and we found it rather dreadful. It's a shame because the room's cleanliness and fresh linen were definite positives, but the proximity to the septic system seriously impacted our overall experience. If the management can address this issue, it could be a more enjoyable place to stay.

The host was absolutely wonderful. She provided clear instructions on how to find the shuttle and how to get the keys and let ourselves in when arriving after hours. This included several pictures and a step-by-step video. Our flight was delayed. When I informed her, she already knew as she was tracking it online. When it was apparent that the delay would mean we would arrive too late to use the shuttle, she provided advice on using the taxi. She arranged a taxi to pick us up in the morning and stayed at the desk a few minutes late to greet us when we got there. \n\nThe room was very basic. One double bed and two singles in the same room. A desk and cabinet with a bathroom. Very functional for what we needed (a place to sleep before catching a connecting flight). Everything was clean and in working condition.

I had a very early flight so I booked this hotel because they have a shuttle. Unfortunately, the shuttle didn't run before 7 am, but they picked me up from the airport and then the hotel staff booked me a cab for the next day. The rooms are clean. This property met our key criteria: close proximity to the Rome international airport and a safe parking space for our rental car. The check-in and check-out were easy and we were able to communicate with the person who checked us in (in English as we don't speak Italian). And we got a very good recommendation on how much time to budget for checking out, dropping off our rental car, and catching our international flight the following morning. The bonus was the actual town - we did not realize that this property was located right by the ocean and enjoyed looking at the fishing boats parked along the pier. So we were able to enjoy cocktails at sunset on our last night in Italy at a local bar that was in easy walking distance of the property.

We were to have a shuttle meet us at terminal 3 but no one was there. My husband had to call the B&B three times to find out when someone was coming. They knew the time we were arriving. This should not be called a B&B when breakfast was not provided. There was only a vending machine with coffee, chips, and drinks. I understood we were to be on the main floor but we had to climb two flights of stairs to get to our room and we had all our luggage to carry. The room was very small but clean. The shower stall was also very small and the shower head kept falling. There were no restaurants close by and we had to walk at least 15 minutes in the heat to find some place to eat. For the price of the room, the shuttle service should have been included and not cost us an extra 30 Euros. The people who worked there were very good but I would not recommend going to this location.

The B&B was about 2 miles from the airport. Van shuttle through them is 30 euros. I would suggest calling ahead for it as we paid 40 euros. The property is out of the way and not close to much but the host set us up with a friend of his who took us into Rome for our last night in Italy. Orlando was awesome! I would highly suggest requesting his services should you want to do the same. The room was simple but clean and after three weeks traveling to several VRBO properties the shower was a great shower. We did not add the breakfast as we left first thing in the morning for the airport. The price was great! Overall we felt it was a good choice as all we were doing there was sleeping and being close to the airport for an early morning flight was important to us. Grazie mille... To our host! I stayed at this property for 1 night after a cruise & was happy with my decision. I caught the shuttle from the airport where some people tried to lead me astray quoting higher prices than I was to pay but I got the right shuttle for the price I had been quoted, or maybe even it was free, I really don't remember. I was dropped off in front of the B&B & when I went inside was greeted by the hostess & also happy to see other friendly cruise ladies playing card games at a long table. Room 105 was spacious, quiet & had a kettle & fridge. The shower was psychedelic turning colours! There was a store nearby in this residential neighbourhood. I walked a bit & found a restaurant where I had pizza & a pop then bought snacks next door & mailed my post cards too. The breakfast the next day was satisfying, orange juice, cereal, apricot cake & cafe con leche. I had a good experience there & would stay again if near Rome.

This place was great! When our taxi dropped us off we were a little anxious about the location and the gated driveway. But, the neighborhood was actually nice- a good little pizzeria within walking distance, an open-air market down the street in the morning, and walkable to the beach! The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The lobby area is cute and sunny. Breakfast was typical with yogurt, pastries, coffee, etc. The front desk person was friendly and helpful and easily arranged the shuttle to the airport, which took about 15 minutes and came every half an hour. For a stay near the airport, I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Fiumicino Airport B&B the night before our departure from Rome. The location is very close to the airport and the B&B will arrange an airport shuttle for $7 Euros per person upon request. You do need to schedule the shuttle ahead of time so be sure to communicate with the host upon booking. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the host was very helpful in suggesting restaurant options and providing a map of the area for dinner. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a nice shower. Also, the rate includes breakfast (cereals, pastries, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, juice). I would highly recommend this property for anyone needing to stay near the airport.

Nice accommodations for our one night stay. I could not sleep on the bed in Unit 102 because the mattress had lumps and dips in it. So I moved to the bunk bed but it had no sheet. The other people in our group liked the rooms.

This hotel is fairly close to the airport and convenient if you have an early morning flight. The room includes an electric kettle for hot water and a refrigerator. We found the room clean and fairly quiet overall. Don't bother asking for a sack breakfast if you have an early morning flight unless you're happy with a juice box and saltine crackers. Restaurants in town are about a 15-minute walk.

Great, convenient little place to stay right by the airport. The neighbourhood looks a little run-down, but I felt safe and inside the property it looks beautiful. My only complaint is that the walls are really thin, so I could hear the other guests.

If you are going to spend a few hours in Rome, it is an acceptable option due to its proximity to the airport and because it offers a quadruple room. I had booked it for a cousin of mine who had a flight very early in the morning. I found the property on the internet; the photos were nice and the price was the lowest of all. I told myself that for a few hours it would do. But I was pleasantly surprised: everything very new and well kept. Room and bathroom very clean, towels neatly folded on the bed. Booking service efficient and professional; they even contacted me on WhatsApp and explained well how to collect the key. And in any case, upon arrival there was a staff member for check-in, very kind. I am very satisfied.

The structure was close to the airport but not connected by means to reach the center of Rome and not even to the airport. The room is very humid with a bad smell. It was very dirty, especially the bathroom (sink), and there was dust everywhere on the furniture. The bed and the pillow are very uncomfortable. The girls at the reception were helpful and friendly. I'm sorry, but I won't be coming back.

I booked this place because the next morning I had an early flight. The truth is that the room is nice, the girl who welcomed us was very helpful and kind, but if you want to sleep a few hours before a flight, you can forget it. There is a complete lack of soundproofing and there is a constant flow of people at any hour. You can even hear what the neighbor in the room is doing in the bathroom. I have never felt so bad in a bed and breakfast in my life.

The bathroom and shower fixtures are in precarious conditions, as well as the doors of the same, which were leaking water. Available since the booking moment, when I asked for some information. Spacious and modern room. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel (including the pillow, low as I like it... and there were others of different sizes). Very fast communications. We were even able to retrieve a teddy bear left in the room, coming back from the airport. Very close to the airport and the 'lungomare' of Fiumicino. I will come back here every time I have to stay before a flight the next morning.

Exceptional welcome and availability, even though a check-in after 10 pm was not expected and our flight arrived after 11 pm, with a small surcharge a trusted driver picked us up at the airport and safely escorted us to the hotel with immense kindness (and some excellent advice). Very clean, fragrant, perfectly tidy and furnished room, very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is impeccable.

I was at the property just passing through (arriving in the evening and leaving early in the morning), but for that little time, I found it well cared for and maintained. In the reception area (on the ground floor) there is a well-stocked vending machine. Going up to the floor, a small but spacious corridor allows access to the rooms which are spacious with comfortable beds (I booked a quadruple room and the beds were not bunk beds!), very nice, tastefully furnished with new furniture. The bathroom is sufficiently spacious and above all, everything is very clean! The staff was very nice, helpful, and kind! There is ample parking near the property. Nearby there are pizzerias and restaurants and you can admire the Tiber River! I am satisfied and highly recommend it.

Very familiar structure, helpful and full of advice manager, just ask! Close to the center with bars and supermarkets, if you don't want to take a taxi or shuttle to the airport it is very close to the bus stop that with €1.10 takes you to airport terminal 3! In short, everything perfect, recommended for everything!

Discreet structure. Bathroom really too small. Noisy rooms. \nTo improve: a B&B that mainly caters to guests staying one night before catching a morning flight should be equipped to provide a takeaway breakfast. \nAlthough I asked for something for breakfast in the morning, I was told they would open 15 minutes later.

I felt at home, everyone was very kind, courteous, and friendly. The structure is very welcoming and the cleanliness is impeccable. Before leaving, I booked to come back. For breakfast, there were many delicacies that unfortunately I didn't taste because I'm on a diet, but when I return, I will make an exception to the rule because I still think about that fragrance I smelled as soon as I woke up.
