Purtroppo c'era un matrimonio nella vicina chiesa e, come lei ha fatto notare, gli invitati hanno occupato gran parte dei posti di solito liberi. Sono eventi particolari e anche abbastanza rari. The managers of the property were very welcoming and helpful. Although it is a private house, there is no lack of privacy and independence for the guests. The breakfasts and dinners, besides being really good and well prepared, were accompanied by advice and stories about the history of Perugia. The property has an excellent location to reach Perugia and move around the surrounding areas, of course with a car.

Great hospitality from Piero and Rita who welcomed us into their comfortable establishment. Piero demonstrated his deep knowledge of local history and Rita is a great cook who, in addition to the delicious dinner, prepared us an abundant breakfast in the morning. We stayed in the two-room apartment, located about a hundred meters from the main building, where we went for breakfast. The rooms were clean and welcoming, the managers were very hospitable and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Close to Perugia, convenient for visiting many places of interest in Umbria. Recommended to everyone, including families with children like ours.

Ci dispiace che sia stato insoddisfatto delle colazioni che sono un nostro punto di forza. E' capitato in un periodo che era da solo e quindi non preparavamo le nostre solite colazioni più ricche. Comunque avrebbe potuto chiedere il salato che di solito gli italiani non gradiscono e che prepariamo solo su richiesta.

Host very helpful and friendly towards the guest. The accommodation facility located close but in an independent position from the host's residence was comfortable and very clean. Nearby there is also a bus stop to Perugia and other neighboring locations. Furthermore, a short distance from the facility, it is possible to follow a cycle path along the Tiber River. If I find myself in those areas again, I will return.

Il fatto strano è che proprio in questi stessi giorni ho avuto altre recensioni di clienti , due su BedandBreakfast.it e una su booking e tutte e tre le recensioni come potete facilmente verificare, sono da dieci. Non sarà che questo cliente si è offeso perché per farmi pagare ho dovuto chiederglielo un paio di volte (sempre cortesemente, eh!?). Boh! Ci sta che qualche cliente si aspetti la luna o che non sia soddisfatto. COn questo voto ci fa abbassare la media? e vabbè, i clienti non sono stupidi e capiscono le recensioni interessate o piccate o dettate dalla rabbia e dal risentimento. Ci accontentiamo degli altri.

Clean structure, spacious room and excellent breakfast, varied and abundant, especially the one offered on Easter morning. Located in a quiet position, just outside the city of Perugia, strategically allows to reach many Umbrian locations. A special thanks to the owner, a kind, affable, educated person and connoisseur of the area, on whom we relied a lot thanks to his valuable advice (both logistical and culinary). Although this b&b is located on the outskirts, it was still easy to reach the center of the city of Perugia and the surrounding areas, even better because in the center it is not possible to drive on many streets. The structure is located a few kilometers from the center of Perugia, in a very quiet hamlet. Ideal if you have your own means of transport as it is very easy to reach the main roads and visit the major points of interest in the area. A stone's throw from the structure, there is a free parking where you can leave your vehicle. The managers are very kind and you can feel the family atmosphere. The cottage room (also equipped with a bathroom and independent kitchen) is very nice and comfortable. The only small flaw is the only access to the rooms through the owners' living room, which could be inconvenient for some. The breakfast offered is very good and abundant. Overall, great experience.

The manager was willing to pick us up at the station. For the rest, we glimpsed them passing through their living room, the only access to the little house. Not having an independent entrance was quite unpleasant and embarrassing. We did not have breakfast due to our food allergies, so we preferred to eat in the little house. The place was not very clean, there was a musty smell and dust, perhaps it had been uninhabited for a while. The location is convenient for public transport to reach Perugia, which is about half an hour away, and is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Overall, nothing exceptional, I don't understand the overly enthusiastic reviews.

Ci dispiace per l'esperienza non molto positiva che hanno avuto queste nostre ospiti. Siamo stati disponibili, come con tutti i nostri ospiti, a far da navetta gratuita da e per la stazione. Avevano tante allergie alimentari (e forse non solo alimentari) e non hanno fatto colazione che è il momento in cui si socializza con gli ospiti. Un B&B vero come il nostro è una casa in cui qualcuno abita e ospita delle persone quindi meravigliarsi di attraversare la nostra sala, calpestare il nostro tappeto persiano di inizio novecento per giungere al nostro giardino e quindi alla "casetta" il cottage di legno che lì si affaccia ci sembra cosa tollerabile. Poi è strano che quasi ci si rimprovera di "averci appena intravisti" e al contempo quasi ci si senta infastiditi dal dover attraversare la casa dove viviamo. Arieggiamo sempre le camere e il cottage, a maggior ragione in tempi di COVID. Forse l'odore che le ospiti hanno percepito era dovuto al trattamento con l'ozono che facciamo sempre prima dell'arrivo di nuovi ospiti. Per la polvere non saprei, tutto può essere, ma nel mese di ottobre siamo stati in sold out per tutto il mese, senza un giorno di pausa, escluderei quindi il "orse era da un pó di tempo che non veniva abitato". Speriamo che per la prossima recensione che faranno queste nostre ospiti siano più indulgenti con chi fa di tutto per rendere gradevole il loro soggiorno.

To say that we are satisfied is an understatement, the studio of Percorso Verde is very cute, very characteristic, romantic, and well-equipped. Truly complete with everything, including the coffee machine with pods and kettle, microwave and regular oven, fridge, and freezer, dishwasher. Everything, really. The bed is an oasis of comfort. The location is reserved and quiet. The breakfast prepared by the managers is excellent, very fresh and abundant, Mrs. Rita delighted us every day with a different dessert made by her. The managers Rita and Piero have been exquisite, always present but not intrusive, competent and very kind, they advised us on truly beautiful paths to see. We thank you very much for everything and for making our vacation even more beautiful.

A true Bed and Breakfast. A bed and a breakfast (very abundant and delicious!). A room dedicated to us, in a multi-floor house renovated with art (architect's word). The human environment, in addition to the physical one, contributes to the perfection of a stay spent in serenity and tranquility: Piero and Rita are two very kind and gentle people. Impeccable cleanliness: the house is very clean and fragrant. Great location: outside the urban center of Perugia but so close that it only takes about ten minutes to reach it. Very well connected with other communication routes. A separate chapter for breakfast: excellent, genuine, (pies, donuts, pancakes, jams... all homemade). Recommended!

The cottage is beautiful! Equipped with everything you need to make pasta, a good thing if you have children! The garden is also nice, too bad we couldn't have breakfast outside... Piero's pancakes: exceptional! The location is also excellent: three minutes from the E45 highway that connects the whole of Umbria! We had a great time.

I spent 10 days with my family (with two children aged 3 and 6) at the B&B Percorso Verde and we really enjoyed our stay. The "casetta" is a very comfortable and clean annex. Piero and Rita, the managers, proved to be exceptional people, welcoming us and giving us many useful tips. The breakfast was excellent, with Rita adding a variation every day, often made by her (such as cakes, pancakes, and the typical Easter breakfast). Highly recommended.

The owners of the house are truly wonderful people. They know how to make customers feel at ease and serve a spectacular breakfast. I stayed at this property with my partner, where we were welcomed by two wonderful people, always available for everything and ready to help us with their advice on the various itineraries to make the most of our visit.
