Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, gentil accueil, emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique. La chambre et l'immeuble, style années 70 sont un peu tristes. Salle de bain commune d'une propreté irréprochable. Je vous recommande cette adresse!

Je recommande vivement ce B&B. Emplacement idéal au centre historique de Naples. Très bon accueil, propreté impeccable, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, chambres et salle de bain spacieuses.

We were four: me, my wife, and two children. Very comfortable and very clean apartment. Very good welcome. Efficient WiFi. It's a pity that, due to the anticovid regulations, it was not possible to have breakfast: however, the kitchen was very well equipped and provided with every comfort. Logistically in a strategic position: in the center, a few steps from the main attractions of the historic center of Naples, two minutes from Spaccanapoli. Only downside: four floors without an elevator to reach the apartment, so pack light. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would say that the value for money is extremely positive.

We stayed for a couple of days in Naples on our way back from our vacation in Salento. Family of 4 people (2 adults plus two teenage girls). Accommodation in the historic center of Naples, very close to San Gregorio Armeno. Dimora dei Giganti prestigious, we stayed in a large room on the fourth floor (attic) with a private bathroom in front of the room. The accommodation can also accommodate other people while maintaining privacy. Large spaces and you can also enjoy a spectacular terrace. Kindness, cordiality, and availability.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato 5 giorni a Napoli ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B. Ci ha accolto Stefania, davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ottima dispensatrice di buoni consigli per visitare Napoli. Le camere sono pulite ed hanno tutto l'essenziale per passare 4 notti tranquilli. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare le aree comuni per via delle disposizioni covid ma abbiamo visto che sono molto attrezzate. Carina anche la terrazza per rilassarsi! Posizione centrale per visitare tutto. Unica cosa...il b&b è al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore e con scale non proprio comode per salire... quindi lo sconsiglierei per chi ha qualche problema a fare le scale, per il resto nulla da dire.

Salve Loredana Secondo le normative anti covid, che le abbiamo detto prima che lei prenotasse, il frigorifero le stoviglie e la cucina non possono essere utilizzati poiché potenziali veicoli di trasmissione del virus Il palazzo è del XVII secolo in centro storico patrimonio dell'UNESCO per cui avere un terrazzo all'ultimo piano è un piacere che ripaga il salire le scale gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati perché lei non ne ha fatto richiesta. Per le normative anti covid Il personale non può entrare in una stanza occupata per evitare il contatto con gli ospiti. Se ce ne avesse fatto richiesta glieli avremmo lasciati fuori dalla stanza. Strano dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è 1 non avendole pagato nulla poiché usufruiva del bonus vacanze.

La mia recensione purtroppo è negativa. Scopriamo che il B&b si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore 2 giorni prima della partenza, ci diciamo non ce problema, ma purtroppo parliamo di un 4 piano di un palazzo antico, quindi equivale circa ad un 6 piano dei palazzi moderni. Sappiamo già che il mezzanino ha un tetto basso e il proprietario ci dice che visto che usufruiamo del bonus vacanze potremmo scegliere un altra camera, gli diciamo di no, ma non sapevamo che arrivati in camera c'era una puzza di muffa allucinante, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperto. Per non parlare del bagno da dove usciva un tanfo impressionante, ma non finisce qui... la cosa più assurda è che per una settimana abbiamo dovuto fare fatica per farci una doccia per non parlare dello shampoo in quanto l'acqua usciva freddissima, si intiepidiva appena dopo 5/10 minuti dipendeva dai giorni, ma rimaneva sempre tendente al freddo e non parliamo della pressione dell cqua della doccia praticamente inesistente, vorrei vedere al proprietario a farsi una doccia cosi... riferitogli il problema ci risponde che è normale visto che siamo al 4 pino e ci sono gli altri inquilini del palazzo che fanno la doccia ed usano l acqua, in tutto questo ho chiesto anche ad una coppia di inquilini se loro avessero lo stesso problema ci hanno risposto di no. Il prezzo rispetto alla stanza è stato caro, l'unica cosa che si salvava era il terrazzino la parte più bella dell intero appartamento. La posizione in termini di vicinanza è il top perchè sei vicino tutto il centro storico, anche se per trovarlo abbiamo dovuto chiedere perché non c'è indicazione di un B&B in quel vicolo. la colazione per via del covid non era prevista anche se per il prezzo per cui abbiamo pagato poteva stipulare qualche convenzione con qualche bar nelle vicinanze, e rendere cosi un servizio maggiore al cliente. ANON CI TORNEREI E NON LO CONSIGLIERO.

Caro signor Sega La sua fantasia sfiora quella del miglior Fellini. Spieghiamo le cose come sono andate: appena lei è arrivato nonostante non pagasse niente con il bonus vacanza (per cui il prezzo di cui parla lei non so che cosa si riferisca), aveva prenotato la camera più economica poiché non voleva aggiungere neanche 1€ al di fuori del bonus gratuito vacanza. Lei ci ha chiesto di avere un'altra stanza chiaramente senza pagare nulla di differenza. Per cui con il bonus vacanza gratuito lei avrebbe voluto avere la suite facendoci capire chiaramente che ci avrebbe fatto una buona recensione in cambio. Il suo agire è inqualificabile. Le auguriamo una vita più onesta.

Ci è piaciuta la casa e il gestore è stato molto gentile, proprio in centro vicino alle cose che abbiamo programmato vedere: Cristo velato, Madonna con la pistola, Napoli sotterranea, Piazza del Gesù Nuovo per il mio libraio Dante e Descartes, Pio Monte della Misericordia per il quadro di Caravaggio.

B&B curato ed elegante. Camera pulita, calda, accogliente, letto comodissimo e temperatura riscaldamento piacevole. Colazione libera e self-service: ottima idea, forse solo un po' scarsa. Bella la terrazza, ottima posizione. Da tornarci!
