The Garbatina is located in an excellent place, ideal for visiting and getting to know the province. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything needed to feel comfortable, and the breakfast is varied. It is a quiet place to rest, relax, and enjoy the scenery, which is incredibly beautiful. Surrounded by villages with charming and admirable histories, the location is ideal, close to the sea and the mountains. The Marche region, the province of Pesaro-Urbino, and the people who live there make it a place worth visiting. Lina and Massimo are excellent people, they made us feel at home.

We stayed for a week and were welcomed by Massimo and Lina, who generously helped us with information about places to visit. The location of the property on the hill allowed for a relaxing holiday with trips to the sea and to historic places rich in culture. At the end of the day the surrounding landscape, seen from the pool or on the lawn in the shade of the trees, is a balm for the holiday. Recommended for couples and families with children.

Our stay at Casa Cante La Garbatina was wonderful. We were very impressed by the hospitality of Massimo and Lina, who made us feel immediately at home with their kindness and helpfulness. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also greatly enjoyed the excellent pool and the beautiful panoramic view offered by the property. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

A fantastic moment of tranquility and carefreeness, excellent cleanliness of the rooms! Courtesy in the welcome personally made by the two owners, breathtaking landscape that you can enjoy from the edge of a well-kept and clean pool among the Marche countryside. The homemade breakfast prepared by the two owners and served in a fantastic portico. Every detail taken care of down to the smallest detail, truly a unique experience that I recommend trying for those who want to enjoy a family vacation. Among places of history and culture, Casa Cante La Garbatina is truly an essential part of this wonderful Marche region. We will be back soon!

La Garbatina was a wonderful discovery! Stunning location, surrounded by silence! The nearby road is rarely frequented by cars. The real "noise" is the silence you breathe! The little birds chasing each other, the cat purring and the heron that occasionally visits the pond. The view is like a watercolor painting! In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the sea and numerous nearby inland locations! But the most beautiful memory was the evening return because it felt like coming home, with the owners Lina and Massimo always friendly and attentive! I only missed the sunflower bloom that wasn't ready yet; a good reason to come back!

Beautifully renovated structure with good taste and trying to use local materials (stone floor). The stars are clearly visible and for those coming from the city, it's definitely a plus. We couldn't use the pool because the weather didn't allow it yet, but the outside area is really well organized and was almost ready to welcome poolside aperitifs (I'll book for the next time!). The view of the surrounding hills is stunning and invites you to visit them. We didn't know much about the hinterland or the coast and their advice was useful in discovering distant corners and views away from the masses that only those who appreciate beauty can recommend. They are truly kind, helpful, and lovely people; they were interested in our arrival and on other occasions to recommend typical local spots. We came in as customers and left as friends. The breakfast was spectacular; we ate and enjoyed our coffee in the spacious and welcoming central hall of the house, but as soon as the weather allows it, you can have breakfast outside in the company of their lovely cat roommate. A must-try but... above all, a place to come back to. Goodbye Lina and Massimo, until next time!

La Garbatina is a Bed and Breakfast with a pool overlooking the wonderful hills of Marche. It is an ancient renovated farmhouse, clean, well-kept, and neat, Lina and Massimo take care of it and it shows. It is located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from the sea and the countless villages, famous and less known, among which are some small unknown gems. Lina and Massimo will be happy to give you advice for excursions: just ask. To make sure you don't miss anything, there is an excellent restaurant five minutes walk away and a butcher shop with cold cuts a hundred meters away. In short, a very pleasant stay. Stay in complete relaxation in a structure that enjoys an enviable panorama of the Marche hills and only 20 minutes from the sea. From the beginning, the welcome from Lina and Massimo made us feel at ease, also meeting some of our special requests (keeping some of our belongings in the fridge). Spacious and comfortable room and abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, to be enjoyed under the porch in the company of other guests and with the hosts always available to meet any request. The garden is a oasis of relaxation with sun loungers, benches, chairs, and tables always available while enjoying a wonderful landscape. Excellent advice from Lina and Massimo on villages to visit (close by are Corinaldo, Mondavio, Mondolfo) and restaurants where you can taste excellent local dishes. What can I say, we really enjoyed our stay at La Garbatina and we recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauties of this corner of Marche.

B&B with perfect location on the hills of Marche, the view delights the eye both from the room and from the pool, strategic for cultural visits like Urbino, Corinaldo and Mondolfo, natural ones like the Gola del Furlo and the Frasassi Caves or reaching the velvet beach of Senigallia in just 20 minutes. Quiet, clean, the room well furnished, large with all comforts... from mosquito nets, to windows, to air conditioning. The savory and sweet breakfast with the excellent jams of Lina, the fruit of their production and the excellent pastries. Suggestions on the territory from cultural visits to gastronomic ones. A beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of the Marche countryside. The room is large and clean, with all the comforts, except for the TV which is not necessary if you love discovering medieval villages or want to take a dip in the pool in bucolic relaxation! With the need to work two more days in smart mode, before officially starting the holidays, the structure's wifi allowed to work comfortably enjoying a splendid hillside view, among the sunflower fields! Very close to Mondavio and Corinaldo, two lovely villages surrounded by ancient walls, the bed and breakfast is managed by two very kind and helpful people. If you decide to come here, relaxation is guaranteed!

We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast last summer in August, me, my wife, and our 2 children. We wanted to write a review for a while... better late than never. We had a great time in this carefully renovated farmhouse by Massimo and Lina, two lovely people who immediately made us feel at home. The property is located in a charming place, in the hills in the hinterland of Senigallia and is an ideal place if you want to spend a holiday in peace and tranquility. You can enjoy a wonderful view, and from here you can quickly reach both the sea and the nearby villages. We highly recommend this place to have a very pleasant vacation!

On the Marche hills, in a convenient location to easily reach both seaside resorts like Fano and Senigallia and typical inland villages like Corinaldo, Mondavio, and many others. The structure has been excellently renovated, the rooms are cozy and have air conditioning. Massimo and Lina are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is complete and abundant. We were immediately impressed by the kindness and friendliness of Lina and Massimo, who knew how to accommodate all our requests and needs. The room was spacious and welcoming with simple and functional furnishings. The breakfast was abundant, rich in genuine products, some of which homemade (the mulberry jam made by Lina was exquisite). The property is immersed in nature and silence, with a breathtaking view of the hills. Its location allows easy access to both the sea and the surrounding villages. If you want to spend a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday "at home" with friendly people, La Garbatina is the ideal place.

Beautiful, welcoming and soothing structure. Immersed in a postcard landscape. Surrounded only by greenery and lots of nature as well as a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are simple and comfortable, characterized by antique furnishings as well as the beamed ceiling. There is an atmosphere of peace and relaxation everywhere. The starry skies are then unique. We happily returned to Casa Cante La Garbatina, a splendid farmhouse immersed in the hills of Marche, surrounded by plants and flowers. The property is equipped with all the comforts, including a beautiful swimming pool! Like every year, we visited the nearby villages, considered among the most beautiful in Italy. Lina and Massimo are very kind and welcoming, able to put all guests at ease in a family atmosphere. La Garbatina is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and refreshing holiday. Stunning panorama of the Marche hills, close to the sea and to the most famous historical villages. The structure, dating back to the 1800s, lies on the hills of the Monte Porzio area, offering a magnificent view and revealing itself as a strategic position to reach the most renowned seaside resorts and the most beautiful medieval villages in the region. \nThe recent renovation has enhanced the spaces and common areas, providing all the necessary services and comforts to the environments without however losing the charm and characteristic features of the historic estate. \nPeace and tranquility accompany the stay from the early hours of the morning, with breakfast becoming a moment of conviviality and sharing among guests in the portico area, with Mr. Massimo and Mrs. Lina always available to provide advice on how to make the most of the area and all that it can offer in terms of points of interest and good food. \nThe pool overlooking the valley is a real gem, very evocative and well-kept, and represents a very valid alternative to the sea to spend a day of absolute relaxation.

I returned to Casa Cante La Garbatina, discovered some time ago, to rediscover the landscape and colors of the countryside that had struck me so much. Around the house, there are olive trees and flowers in abundance, comfortable spaces for relaxation, for chatting, for reading, or simply listening to the birdsong while looking at the sky and the slice of sea on the horizon. I made it the base for a week of vacation, exploring the surrounding area. In addition to the beaches along the coast, within a few kilometers, among the hills, there are fortresses and medieval centers, abbeys, Roman remains... Typical day: excellent breakfast under the portico, walk, return with a stop in the pool, dinner at the nearby typical restaurant, walk under the stars, rest in an ancient room but equipped with all comforts (from mosquito nets to air conditioning). Well, Lina and Massimo, keep it up and... I think I'll definitely come back to visit you!

Across a stretch of sweet hills, you arrive at Casa Cante La Garbatina, where the eye wanders infinitely. Here everything is at hand: charming villages, history and art in abundance, nature to discover. Peace and silences of the countryside, and also the liveliness of the coast by the sea. La Garbatina is a structure with large usable spaces both indoors and outdoors, spacious and comfortable rooms. Carefully detailed, it fits perfectly into the environment. I am grateful to the owners, Lina and Massimo, for the strong sense of hospitality and welcome, for their generous availability and care in everything they do. I enjoyed excellent breakfasts rich in choice, I planned numerous excursions, of various kinds, also thanks to their suggestions. Upon return, I was greeted with a pleasant relaxation in the beautiful pool, and the tasty dishes of the nearby restaurant. Then, the contemplation of an immense starry sky. We had a nice weekend at Casa Cante La Garbatina, well renovated. The room we had is spacious and comfortable, but there are also large common outdoor and indoor spaces. The B&B is in a panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the Marche hills. From Garbatina, it is easy to reach hillside villages of great interest, as well as the seaside locations of Fano and Senigallia. A special mention goes to the owners, very kind and generous with advice on excursions to do and attentive to the well-being of the guests.

The farmhouse is immersed in the gentle hills of the Marche region. It has been renovated with great respect for the place but with all the comforts. From here you can reach the most beautiful villages in the Marche region and beyond, the sea and other cities of art and culture. Lina and Massimo are very kind, welcoming and there is a family atmosphere. In short, La Garbatina is the ideal place for a relaxing and interesting holiday in a territory rich in traditions, good food, and natural beauty. We had a really good time.

As a friend's advice: If you want to feel like a queen when you wake up one morning, come up the hill right here at Garbatina! Already upon arrival, the panorama, evokes emotions and in a short time one feels to reconcile heart and mind! Stepping into the lounge, you will experience the feeling of being, in abundance, in the right dimension! To top it off, there's even a pool now, for a dip or a swim contemplating the valley! It's out of the question to limit yourself to breakfast, as a buffet is prepared for the joy of the palate! If I can give you advice, you better not delay, as the place is popular and well booked!

It's like being a step away from everything: silence, good air, landscapes, the sea less than 20 minutes away, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance 30 minutes away, if you're hungry there's a great restaurant 5 minutes walk away (very useful at the end of dinner). And breakfast? Excellent and abundant. The managers are extremely courteous and full of information, suggestions, and "tips". A perfect place to discover the beautiful Marche region. With the opening of the lovely swimming pool, you can relax or refresh after hours spent around the villages. A place to return to at least once a year.

Friends recommended this Bed & Breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise. The view, the colors, the scents, the sounds of nature, all very pleasant and relaxing; the recently renovated house is very well cared for in detail, the rooms comfortable and the pool area very beautiful, all new as well as the outdoor area.\n\nThe hosts are very attentive and kind, always ready to respond to every need, request, and to share moments of relaxation.\n\nThe area has many small villages to discover and is very close to Fano and Senigallia as well as Urbino, a Renaissance jewel, a nice walk with its uphill and downhill streets and alleys, quite a effort but definitely worth it.\n\nI recommend this B&B both for a passing through journey and for spending a holiday discovering the Marche region, it is an excellent reference point in every season.
