Easily accessible structure coming from the north. Convenient to visit Terni and surroundings: archaeological site, Marmore waterfalls, lake... The room was furnished in a simple yet pleasant way. In our room, the bathroom was new. Personally, I found the breakfast a bit neglected and not very rich.

Welcomed by the smile of Mrs. Maria Luisa (mother of the B&B owner Mrs. Carla), we understood that we would be well and so it was. Clean and cozy room, abundant breakfast with homemade pies excellent the one with ricotta, pistachios, and lemon, the latest creation of Mrs. Carla, too bad I was embarrassed to ask for the recipe! The only thing missing is the bedside lamps, however, I had my kindle for reading. Thank you for everything, Nazzarena and Tonino from Ascoli Piceno.

A stay, albeit short, truly delightful. Just like the lady's donuts and pies, who is also nice and easygoing. Here we found courtesy, availability, cleanliness (fundamental thing) and total tranquility. The area is just on the outskirts of Terni, whose center is 15 minutes away by bus, which has a very close stop, for those who are not driving but, nevertheless, the area is well equipped: very close are a comfortable pizzeria, several bars, a supermarket, the church (practically in front). Really great value for money. The only small downside was sometimes having to wait a bit before the hot water came out of the tap (in any case, not more than 5 minutes).

Very close to both Terni and Sangemini, clean, abundant breakfast and even more upon request. The only weak point is the narrow access road to the structure, which is very close to the main road.
