A & F Colosseo is in the heart in Rome, in a warm and family can enjoy, walking quietly, all the sites and historical monuments of the eternal city.

We welcome you as one of us, and we will show you historical tours and entertainment.

Our facility will offer comfortable rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, laundry and daily maid service also will be served a continental breakfast with specialties like cappuccino at the bar.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 25 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 24 to 6 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 5 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Marco was an incredible host and very helpful. He made a simple but adequate breakfast each morning and cleaned every day while we were gone. The bathroom was a bit cramped but overall I felt the space was all we needed! Would recommend a stay here!

I highly recommend this B&B; location is great. Marco help us in planning our trip in Rome. The downside were the mattress need to be replace, the steep stairs, if you carry a lot of luggage.

We loved our stay! Marco is the perfect host: easy communication, very helpful and always ready for some good tips. Thank you for the daily toast, cappuccino, espresso and hot chocolate! Our room was very spacious and quiet. The location is perfect: most sights are walking distance, and you're surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

Excellent for a short stay. Very co. fortable bed, a good choice of breakfast to start your day. It is an excellent location, close to train and bus station and close to places you want to visit. Excellent restaurants within a short walk.

Marco is super welcoming and warm. He was very attentive and helpful, he texted us before arriving, gave us directions to enter the building, a map with the most important attractions in Rome, restaurant recommendations, clean towels, the room was very nice and clean. He also asked us if we wanted him to clean the bedroom and the time we wanted to have breakfast, he gave us the wifi password and the room also had TV. He came to make us toasts and an excellent cappuccino! We also had juice, bread, croissants, yogurt, cereal, etc. It was GREAT, and the price is very cheap. We totally recommend this place! Quello che fa la differenza con altre strutture è la presenza e assistenza costante del proprietario pronto a consigliare su come muoversi in città. Camera pulita, grande, dotata di confort come aria condizionata, prese e wifi e minifrigo. Posizione comoda e pratica in centro città. Oltre ad essere vicino a termini, metro e Colosseo a piedi, il ritornare a casa dopo un giro sotto 30 gradi, in una casa fresca, grazie ai muri spessi, secondo me, non ha prezzo se poi si aggiunge un gestore che ti prepara la colazione e ti consiglia dove andare e come muoverti, rende la permanenza ancora più piacevole! ospitalità romana Top👍 soddisfatta in pieno, grazie Marco

Piccolo ma ben organizzato, in posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Il quartiere Monti è tranquillo e vi si trovano ottimi ristoranti e locali. A piedi si raggiunge velocemente la zona della fontana di Trevi passando dal Quirinale e comunque la metro. L'host è molto disponibile e ti mette tuo agio.

Bed and breakfast pulito e fornito di tutti i servizi necessari, situato in posizione strategica per visitare la città, vicinissimo alla stazione, al colosseo e alle metro. Il gestore Marco, molto carino, disponibilissimo per consigli e accoglierci nel migliore dei modi. Quando torneremo a Roma torneremo sicuramente.

Camera tenuta molto bene e pulitissima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e dai Fori romani, a 5 minuti dalla Stazione Termini. Gestore disponibilissimo. Ci ha consigliato anche un elenco di ristoranti che abbiamo provato e sono stati ottimi. C'era tutto l'essenziale. Nulla da dire. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siamo stati benissimo

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal Colosseo e vicino alla stazione termini, camera molto ampia, confortevole, ed arredata con ottimo gusto. Peccato l'assenza del bidet in bagno. Marco il gestore è una persona, molto disponibile ed accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera più grande per famiglie e siamo stati davvero bene. Lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Roma ci ritornerei. Grazie Marco.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, alla metrò in due parole molto centrale e quindi si può fruire facilmente di tutte le attrezzature dedicate a noi visitatori. Ottima la pulizia e la sistemazione in camera. Nella colazione ho dato nove non perché sia scarsa, ma come stimolo ad un miglioramento complessivo. Tuttavia il mio giudizio è molto favorevole sopratutto per la meticolosità di Marco a cui va il mio ringraziamento.

Ottima la struttura, pulita e arredata con gusto, la posizione veramente ideale per raggiungere il centro storico. Gestito da una persona gentilissima è disponibile, che prepara una ricca colazione con un cappuccino buonissimo, spero di poter ritornare presto.

Area Monti

Rione Monti is the oldest in Rome and our property is located 100 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and 5 minutes from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, 10 minutes from Piazza Venezia and close to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna and a quarter of an hour from the main shopping area of the capital rich. The metro station " Cavour " is only 100 meters while 600 meters away is the station Termini. Il Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica are within walking distance with a 45 minute walk or subway in 15 minutes.
