In the scenic neighborhood of Garbatella, immersed in one of the most fascinating archaeological areas of Rome, lies AtticoRomantica, a cozy and modern establishment perfect for those wishing to explore the Capital. The three rooms, meticulously detailed and equipped with private bathrooms, are tastefully furnished and offer contemporary comforts such as smart TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and minibars. From now on, each room is equipped with a kettle for preparing herbal teas and coffee, for a wellness-focused awakening.

Located a short distance from the historic Caracalla baths and the enchanting catacombs of San Callisto and Santa Domitilla, our establishment overlooks a bike path that allows you to immerse yourself in Roman history while cycling towards the Appia Antica and the ancient Aurelian walls. This charming historical route leads to emblematic sites such as the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella and the picturesque Aqueduct Park, providing an unforgettable atmosphere for your explorations.

The area is well served by public transport, with metro, buses, and Italo trains making it easy to travel to the city's main points of interest. Not far away, a five-minute walk will take you to the renowned Eataly, a triumph of the finest Italian products, and a selection of trendy spots to dive into the lively Roman life.

Although we cannot offer breakfast directly on-site, we have created agreements with nearby cafés, where you can enjoy a satisfying breakfast at advantageous conditions. Very convenient property with a garage and parking, bars and the metro not too far away, a quiet area, a nice apartment and a very helpful host.

The cleanliness was impeccable but I thought it resembled more a hotel than a rental with 3 rooms almost attached. There was noise from the street and everything could be heard when the flatmates from the other rooms entered, exited, or talked outside the room. The location was well connected to the heart of Rome and there were several buses, but I thought Garbatella was a nicer neighborhood, it was a bit odd. As for the room, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and nice. I think it was a bit expensive for what they offered. I will definitely not repeat.

Located near the wonderful Caracalla Baths, the AtticoRomantica has cozy and very clean rooms. The manager is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I stayed 2 nights in this splendid structure. Giorgio is a lovely and helpful person. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. A 10-minute walk from metro B Garbatella, excellent location also for parking.
