The property is very clean and new, with everything at hand. The hostess and her son were both extremely helpful and warm-hearted and made me feel welcome and at home. They offered all the help they could when I asked, although I don't speak much Italian. I also met other really friendly guests here, which made my journey extraordinarily pleasant. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The B&B A casa di Emma is a property with some very nice rooms and an internal parking. Breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor, we found a couple of cakes made by the owner, very good! The B&B is 10 minutes by car from Modena and is located in a very quiet area, especially for nighttime rest. Special mention to the owner who welcomed us in a friendly manner and gave us great advice for visiting the city! If we were to return to the area, we would definitely stay at A casa di Emma.

The structure is located in a position that allows you to reach the center of Modena quickly. The rooms are cozy, carefully furnished, very clean. Despite the proximity to a busy road, the environment is quiet, perfectly soundproofed. Excellent hospitality from the managers. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent welcome, kind and helpful manager, well-kept rooms and bathrooms, location fairly close to the center of Modena. Being winter, it was not possible to assess the outdoor spaces. Parking a bit difficult.

Very well-kept and clean structure. The rooms are comfortable and very welcoming. Clean bathrooms, internal parking, en-suite bathroom and wifi. A positive point is the manager (always available and ready to give advice on what to visit and which roads to take) and the kitchen always available in case one wants to have a tea in the evening or eat a sandwich. Breakfast is included, prepared by the manager, it is excellent and complete. We stayed in two separate rooms and we are a family with two children, we had a great time. The structure is outside Modena between Carpi and Modena, a few minutes by car from both. Considering the services offered, I feel that the room price is convenient especially compared to other structures in the center of Modena. Recommended B&B!

We stayed in the two brand new rooms in the second week of November. The rooms are comfortable and very well furnished. Also excellent the internal parking. Moreover, despite the proximity to the main road, the rooms are perfectly soundproofed. You can see that there is care and above all attention from the managers, very courteous and attentive. Excellent base for Modena but only if you have a car because the structure is not easy to reach. Breakfast was very good (even for a coeliac like me - and I didn't inform them of my problem) with every kind of comfort. Truly an excellent choice. Congratulations to the managers.

In a great area to reach different locations, this B&B is very comfortable with an indoor parking where there is ample freedom in terms of time. The kitchen can be used to have meals and the rooms are really beautiful and functional. The manager is very helpful and present, in short, you can't ask for better.

Wonderful structure, we stayed in the "Bianca" room which we recommend for the exposed beams, really very beautiful! Despite the location (adjacent to the Modena-Carpi highway), it is very quiet. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows. For breakfast, there are machines for various drinks and a coffee machine, homemade sweets (!) and others. Snacks, yogurt, and fruit available. The husband and wife warmly welcome you and are available to give advice, during breakfast the conversations never end, for those who say: "Don't talk to me before coffee", it could be difficult to manage ahahhaha.

The structure is very nice and the rooms are new and well furnished. The bathroom is comfortable. The manager was really very kind and friendly, he also provided us with the remote control for the automatic gate so we could be independent. If I were to return to Modena, I would most likely stay in this Bed. Recommended.

Small but cozy and very clean structure. Don't be scared by the location close to the busy road connecting Modena and Carpi: thanks to the excellent fixtures inside, you won't notice anything. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Strong point: the breakfast, abundant and also composed of fresh artisanal pastries. Excellent. Parking is a bit narrow but there is room for everyone. If we have the opportunity, we will use it again.

At Casa di Emma is a welcoming, warm and elegant place. The rooms are beautiful, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The owners are kind, smiling and helpful. The value for money is above average. If I had to return to that area, I would choose this structure again without any doubts.

I am often in Modena for work and since I was recommended 'A Casa di Emma', I always come back very willingly! The structure is very refined and detailed, I love the taste with which the rooms have been furnished. The level of cleanliness and assistance is more than excellent. The very quiet location is ideal for any type of stay, in a few minutes you can reach Modena and Carpi. The owners will also be able to recommend excellent restaurants. The welcome is always pleasant and the owners are always very helpful. The family atmosphere (yet very professional) also allows those who travel often like me to find, even far from home, such a serene atmosphere that coming back every time is a pleasure.

We were the first to sleep in the new room of the property, delightfully furnished and equipped with many ultra-modern comforts (one in particular: the device that regulates the skylight opening). The welcome, typically Emilian, is one of those for which you would immediately want to move your residence to the land of tortellini. Excellent the bensone, a typical Emilian sweet filled with plum jam: dense, black, delicious.
