In a quiet building located in the center of Casalecchio di Reno, two elegant tourist apartments are available, specifically designed to offer a serene stay to their guests. Surrounded by greenery, the facility guarantees an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, while being in a central and convenient location to explore the city and its wonders.

Renovated in 2020, the apartments feature carefully selected furnishings that blend modern elements with family antique furniture, creating an intimate and comfortable environment. The Giulia apartment, spacious and bright, consists of a triple room, a large double room equipped with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The Nara apartment offers two double rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette, allowing the flexibility to rent the individual rooms with shared bathroom, when appropriate. Guests can count on modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a full kitchen setup, with fresh linens and towels available.

The strategic location of the apartments makes access to nearby points of interest easy, including Villa Chiara and Unipol Arena, both within walking distance. The excellent road connections allow easy access to the center of Bologna, located just six kilometers away, and the exhibition center seven kilometers away, making the apartments an ideal base for exploring the rich culture of the region.

Passionately managed by the Gasperini family, who reside on the upper floor, the spaces are not just a place to stay overnight but an experience of genuine hospitality. Positive experience! Kindness, cleanliness, and tranquility were appreciated. The only negative point is the smell of smoke that permeates the walls and is very noticeable at the room entrance, especially for non-smokers. However, apart from this, I feel like recommending it.

Grazie mille Giuseppe, mi fa piacere che i suoi parenti si siano trovati bene da noi. Mi sembra molto strano che ci sia odore di fumo essendo severamente vietato fumare nei nostri appartamenti. Da non fumatrice non trovo che ci sia odore di fumo e nessun altro ospite ce l’ha fatto notare, anzi gradiscono il profumo che sentono quando entrano. In tutti modi mi dispiace molto che i suoi parenti abbiano avuto questa impressione.

Quiet and comfortable stay! Very nice, well-kept, and new apartment. Mrs. Giulia is very helpful and ready to give us advice on typical homemade Bolognese restaurants and information about the place when needed. I highly recommend it.

Great Bed & breakfast. The owner is very kind and helpful, I also recommended it to some of my relatives who came from afar and they really enjoyed it. Very comfortable and clean place, convenient and close to the center, I only used the buses to move around but it's really convenient!

I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast! We had a great time, and Mrs. Miriam was very kind and friendly, and she prepared a delicious cake for us. We had everything we needed for breakfast, including fruit.

I stayed in one of the two apartments of this B&B: the room had a shared bathroom in my case. The apartments were comfortable, spacious, and clean, the owner was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B to everyone, for the location from which you can reach both Villa Chiara and the center of Bologna (by bus the latter).

I chose this property for my relatives. We were very satisfied. The property is very clean, well-kept, and tastefully furnished. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Not to be underestimated is the optimal location being in the center of Casalecchio but in a closed street, absolutely quiet. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed only one night, given the proximity to the Unipol Arena. A group of 8 guys, very nice, clean and spacious apartments. Close to Casalecchio Garibaldi station, transport from the station to the apartment despite the arrival time - 21.30. Highly recommended. Thank you.
