Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;

Seit Jahren fahren wir in die Wohnung Elvira. Wir sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl von der Wohnung als auch der großen Liegewiese, die an einen schönen Olivenhain angrenzt, hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Imperia, die Häfen und das Meer. Im Bereich der Liegewiese befinden sich umfangreiches Mobiliar und liebevoll angelegte Bepflanzungen. Man kann herrlich entspannen und in Ruhe genießen, die wunderschönen Farben, die einzigartige Natur, einfach alles, was Ligurien ausmacht. Zu nennen ist vor allem auch die Liebenswürdigkeit der Eigentümerin, Frau Montolivo. Sie ist jederzeit gerne für einen da, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frau Montolivo gibt auch wertvolle Tipps, was Veranstaltungen wie Konzerte, musikalische Darbietungen und Feierlichkeiten, Besichtigungen von interessanten Bauwerken, Höhlen und vieles mehr betrifft. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren in der Wohnung Litta. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist komplett geschützt. Dadurch war die Aussicht leider nicht besonders gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Francesca spricht sehr gut deutsch und war außerordentlich serviceorientiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zweimal im Sommer in der Wohnung Bianca. Sie ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern, da sie die einzige Wohnung in einem Haus ist und über einen kleinen exklusiven Garten verfügt. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns jedes Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. I 99 olivi bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut durchdacht und liebevoll arrangiert. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin Francesca Montolivo stets kompetent und liebevoll während unseres Urlaubs beraten und konnten so einen wundervollen Urlaub in Ligurien genießen. Litta Apartment, very nice, tastefully furnished and equipped with unusual appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine. The small garden is cute, very green and with a nice space for eating outside... something we did all week because actually the spaces inside are quite small and lack support surfaces but also simple hooks to hang tea towels. Even in the bedroom you feel a bit the lack of a chest of drawers, but obviously these are considerations that apply to long stays, for a few days you manage. The location is strategic: above Villa Grock and a few minutes from the center of Oneglia, on the edge of a slightly busy road during the day but absolutely quiet at night. If the garden were not protected by a reed net, you could see the sea, which is however enjoyable from the garden available a few meters above. Very friendly Mrs. Francesca and very prompt in meeting our requests: given the intense heat that made sleep difficult for us, she immediately provided us with a fan that solved the problem. Recommended!

The view is spectacular like the garden in the olive grove, the house is perfectly equipped, the friendliness and flexibility of the owner. Just a bit narrow and quite busy is the road that separates the various accommodations from the parking lot.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una piacevole e rilassante settimana presso i 99 ulivi. L'appartamento, adatto alle nostre esigenze pulito e funzionale. La signora Francesca ospitale e disponibile. Basta Hotel. Con un poco di spirito di iniziativa e l'aiuto di internet, tenendo sempre conto delle proprie necessità, puoi trovare chi come te ama la semplicità e il "silenzio" quello buono, quello dell'aria di mare, ma in collina. I casolari, quattro, sono immersi nel verde e discretamente si affacciano sul mare ligure. La struttura è sicuramente interessante per chi vuole vivere qualche giorno tra mare e entroterra ligure, in vacanza. Francesco.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa battina io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 Golden Retriever. Francesca la proprietaria è una persona molto disponibile. La casa è pulitissima, tutta accessoriata ed ha anche la lavastoviglie. Un piccolo giardino privato con tavolo sedie e lettini per prendere il sole. Il posto auto è a poche decine di metri chiuso con cancello. Sopra gli appartamenti facendo pochi gradini c'è un giardino in comune con prato e olivi, dove si gode di una stupenda vista della città e del mare. Ritorneremo presto.

Ottima struttura. A cinque minuti in macchina dal mare. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Piccola oasi di tranquillità con giardino privato e parcheggio in piena sicurezza con cancello automatico. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.
